Grant has been very helpful and knowledgeable giving us lots of different quotes as we decide where we want to stop and which courses to play against different budgets; either in Portugal or Spain.
He is was always pleasant and nothing to much trouble great asset to Golfkings

Replies back too me by E'mail swift and good and first Hotel found to have no Tee Times,so an alternative Hotel found quickly with good Tee Times, and same Flt times and pleased with Stuart in his effort to sorting it out. First Class Service. Will give a Recommendation on Return from Turkey on Return of the Package and Hotel. Looking forward to it.

Very polite and professional, nothing was too much trouble, I booked for a party of 12 with 5 rounds of golf of our choosing, the communication was fantastic, kept me informed at all times, all sorted with flights, hotel and golf in just a couple of days. Brilliant.

Golfkings were brilliant but my rating is for continuous building work outside the hotel including diggers and compressors starting up at 6.15 on a Sunday morning and the transfers to golf were a nightmare. Airport transfers were fine.

Been with GolfKings now for 5 years and been very satisfied.
Being constructive and addressing minor details, trying to book room types is a struggle not knowing when you arrive at the hotel if your request has been met.
Golf transfers have always been included but 2020 costs seem extortionate. We are recommended to use taxi's. We the group like to arrive and all is organised accordingly.

I was originally dealing with stuart then he was off on annual leave so ended up.soealing to Alan both wrote terrific and were delighted to help , I will be contacting them over the next few days to see if I can amend the booking a bit but I'm.sure they will advise me well !

Hi, I have booked more than half a dozen holidays with Golf Kings over the last couple of years and everything has gone perfectly. All my travelling companions have been very impressed as have other travellers who have booked with alternative companies and not had things so good. I am currently booking a trip to Australia, New Zealand and Tazmania with them and they can't do enough. I would recommend them without hesitation.

I’ve been using Golf Kings for about 10 years now.
Always efficient and good value.
They use top class hotels with good rooms. Get me what I want from airports to transfers, good golf tee times etc.

Booked a golf holiday to Turkey for four ladies. Good relationship with booking agent initially but now feeling things are slipping a little. Little errors creeping in on Booking Confirmation which means I am having to check every detail.

Update: New IT system meant a couple bugs need to be ironed out and Golf Kings handled the matter very efficiently and speedily.

I dealt with your representative Stuart Northorpe, I presented him with quite challenge due to starting out to be a group of 8 but now 4. He supplied many various quotations which he had to keep altering at my requests and completed the task very professionally nothing was a problem.

I have used GolfKings on many occasions, mainly to Turkey. On the last occasion it was at the time when Thomas Cook airlines went bust. I got a call the day the before we were flying ( the day they declared all flights were grounded ) to say they had already booked alternative flights with Jet2. The arrangements they make at the Turkish end, with flights to and from the golf courses and to and from the airport always work out smoothly. The holidays prices are competitive. They always provide alternative dates, hotels and courses to makes sure you get the holiday you want. I would be happy to recommend them and I will continue to use them for my golfing holidays.
