I ordered my daughters some bracelets and charms for their birthday which is Sunday and Monday and still no bracelets. I placed my order on may 15 and it's still processing I'm very disappointed with this service I have to keep sending emails to them and hope they respond. And now I have to figure out something else to give to my daughters for their birthdays. I want a refund or my items asap

I ordered a bracelet and 9 charms for my daughters birthday she was over the moon with it , the quality is good and shipping from order to delivery was tracked and only took 3 weeks

I ordered two days ago tried calling to make sure that they will send at tge right shipping adress abd havent had any reaponse wrote an email as well and still no response. My order number doesnt even exist !!! What is this ! ?? And where is even the option to cancel order on the website ? If i do want to cancel can some one help !!! Im worried ! I ordered an engraved necklace intended for a family member, It comes about 1 month after being ordered. Delivery was awful, anyway when it comes one of the names on the necklace has a scratch on!! I email the company, and send some pictures with it. I get back!! Sorry for this problem, we can offer you 10% compensation? Are you joking!! 10% for a ruined product!! I reply back with “thank you for the reply but I don’t think 10% is compensation for a ruined product!! Which was intended for a family member. You should be offering a replacement with no stratch! I am not a happy customer and I will not be ordering with you again, so the 10% compensation will be nothing.” And I still stand by my word, since they have even bothered replying!! Would not recommend to anyone!! I have had to give my nana, a necklace with a stratch on , because I have had no reply, and also waited a month for it to come. Will not be ordering with you again!!

Gnoce sucks paid for fast shipping of maximum 3 business days and today it has been 3 weeks haven't even recived a shipping confirmation

I placed my order on May 9, 2020. I expected my order to be here in 7-10 business days with standard shipping. I tried calling your customer service to speak to someone and it went to voicemail. I then tried your live chat link and that didn’t work either. My Order #300423638. I need a call back because if I don’t receive one I’m going to assume this is a fraudulent website and I will be calling my bank to dispute this transaction. Very unprofessional!

I made an order from you guys in the beginning of may to give my mother some charms for mothers day and I still have not received them nor any updates on the tracking number... i have checked everyday since and nothing has changed. I have also emailed them and it has been 3 days and waiting for a response. I am very much aware that covid is a thing right now but you guys CLAIM on your website that you ship in 3 days.. if not on the same day.

I ordered my items on May 3rd to get my wife for mother's day and I still have not received what I purchased. The tracking has also stopped updating. Ordered 30th April still waiting. It’s a present for my daughters birthday in June & its been weeks. Tried to track my order it’s saying my email is wrong when I’ve had an email of a receipt confirmation tried to email the company it says email failed. Received in 17 days which is very good in these unprecedented times, the charms are lovely and have lots of detail I also got a free charm a Harry Potter hat from looks of it but nice all the same, I also recieved a free bracelet which seems a bit flimsy and when I wore it the bracelet fell off so will put charms on pandora bracelet, but as that bracelet was free I cannot complain and overall I love the charms and will order more thanks.

I've placed an order with Gnoce a few weeks ago and it is true that I had to wait around 2 weeks to get the items (which are coming from China).. But I had a tracking number which kept me updated and I was quite pleased when I finally received the charms and the bracelet. The attention to details is really good. The charms fit Pandora/Chamilia bracelet.

I placed two separate orders on May 1st. The first arrived on May 13th. Spent 2 of these days in UK customs. Delivery was via Royal mail 48hr tracking. The problem is from when the package reached the UK. No further tracking until you receive the package. I can state though that the quality of the photo charms are excellent. The clarity is first class and the charms were worth waiting for. However, the second order that was a necklace is still showing processing. When I EVENTUALLY received a reply to my email they assured me they were aware.
I am a first time customer and as we are in a unprecedented time during the pandemic, was impressed with the first order from China. Their Achilles heel is their very very poor communication. Even if the order is lost or delayed tell your customers. We order these items as gifts. Let us down and we may never order again. You have a quality product but it's useless unless you can sell them. I would have given 5 stars for the first item but poor Communication and the missing second item reduced this to 3 sorry.

I have received an email from them requesting an additional 5 days.... (It has already been a month). I still have seen no updates on the shipping (says shipping label created and nothing more).
This company is terrible at communicating with customers and if I do not see an update on shipping soon I will launch a fraud investigation into this company!

I ordered over 142$ of charms and I keep getting the same response of processing since May 9th. My order OL100004060, these are charm gifts for family and it’s suppose to be shipped out in 3 days. I’m going to contact my bank and cancel the payment.

I ordered a ring almost a month ago, said it was supposed to be here within 5-7 businesses days but has yet to arrive. Takes almost a week for shipment updates, phone number goes straight to a standard voice mail, and no replies to email. Their response to every review is COPIED and pasted to the next, regardless of if you received it or not

I ordered my charms and necklace April 11 and I still haven’t even received anything and it’s been weeks . The tracking legit says it’s in the airport but how long is it gonna be in there it’s insane how long it’s taking . My tracking number is YT2010221222031220 , this is ridiculous, and if I don’t receive anything anytime soon I will be taking Legal action , this is ridiculous how much money I spent for legit nothing .

Review Regarding Order Numbers : #300416832 and #OL100001402

I have now received my third order from Gnoce, once again being thoroughly disappointed with the mystery charms as I have received the same 6 again, thus meaning I have received 12 of the same charm altogether. This is extremely disappointing as mystery charms cost £10.44 each, and to receive 12 identical charms is absolutely ridiculous and I cannot use them. These charms are hand picked to be packaged so this was done purposefully.

I have had no response regarding my last review since updating it, and thought best to upload a new review.

A suggested response to this would be to give me store credit / gift voucher for the cost of the mystery charms that I cannot use, but I guess we will see.

I’ve made 3 orders with Gnoce and only received 2 at the moment. Shipping takes forever as they don’t state that their warehouse is in China but the charms are beautiful once they arrive.

Bracelet clasp broke on the first day of wearing sending my charms all over the floor so it’s lucky I was at home.

I ordered 6 mystery charms with my order and I received 6 the same which is so heartbreaking when I spend my money on them, and customer service was useless when I tried to resolve this. My third order which hasn’t arrived yet also contains mystery charms I’ll be very disappointed if they’re all the same again as they have to be hand picked...

The customer service team aren’t English by first language so they don’t always understand what you’re trying to explain to them properly and only seem to reply at 7am and then leave it 24 hours to respond again...

Update: My order number for the package that I was disappointed with is #300416832 . I will update my reviews based upon the results of this.
