Service very good, price great but unhappy to have to an extra £20 to be screened as I declare that I get a vitamin B12 injection every three months.

Have used for last 4 years Staff helpful and quick to respond without being pushy. I like that I can ask for a discount code which helps on the budget???? We haven’t needed to claim but I feel confident it woul d be dealt with in the same way- but hope I never actually find out......

This is my third year of renewing with your excellent Team and the super insurance coverage your policy provides.My wife and I have always been impressed the very professional and proficient way our needs have been satisfied, and queries resolved.
My only regret is that, next year, as your 180day coverage will, under you present undewriters rules, ceases for me, now that I have attained the age of 75, so regretably I shall have to look elseware for my insurance. Being an optimist, I hope that revisions may be made to extend this age restriction, for our holidays are low risk, home from home, with a short commute to the local sea side.

Each time, over the last four years or so my wife and l have always received No 1 Service from your very professional and competent Team, consistent and fair policy premiums also are unique, Thank you for a brilliant product that we are always happy to recommend to Family and friends.
Now as a healthy 76 year old, l was bitterly disappointed that the 180day coverage, that we have been enjoying in the past, was not now an option with Gowalkabout . Hopefully this age limit could be raised in the future. I must admit I did make enquiries with other insurers and could have purchased coverage for this duration but did not feel comfortable in changing from your Team

The staff were all friendly, informative and helpful but the phone queue was phenomenally long (1 hour 20 minutes) to discuss a medical question that could NOT be answered online!

So I've been scouring the internet for travel insurance for a few weeks for my upcoming trip to Australia. SO many insurance companies I contacted either couldn't answer my questions or didn't know the answers which makes you SO nervous before purchasing! However, Go Walkabout were INCREDIBLE!! I spoke to both Andy & Donna over the phone - both of which answering my questions quickly and easily - both very knowledgeable about what they're selling - without turning it into a push for a sale or trying to trick you into spending more money. They were so friendly and helpful that it's truly comforted me that I'm choosing the best providers for my trip. Hopefully *fingers crossed* I won't have to claim at all while being away, but if I do, I'm very confident that Go Walkabout will look after me! Thank you again to both Andy & Donna for relieving all my nerves and helping me out with my incessant questions!

I have used walkabout for the last three years ( wish I had found them earlier ) and have recommended them to friends who have been highly delighted with the service they received. The two men I dealt with were so helpful ...will definitely use them in the future.

I bought 12 month's travel insurance. Not only was the price very competitive, for an over 65s couple, but the service was excellent. I needed to call about a query which was handled efficiently, and then there was a follow-up call to me to make sure I had the right cover.
Hopefully I won't need to claim, but the experience so far has been first class. Thoroughly recommended.

Things got a bit muddled, my tablet would not let me go back to buy the insurance but 2 nice men one from the medical side and one from the insurance side pointed me in the right direction and I got the insurance I wanted.
