I paid for the EIN in 60 minutes. It was closer to 24 hrs. which if I recall, was cheaper. I paid for the expedited EIN but that's not what I received. I did, however, receive it so at least there's that.

I appreciated speaking with Jennifer. She was very kind, patient and answer my questions. My only reason for giving four stars is because I am called by both of my first and middle names and those names are on my SSN card and is my legal and called name. The completed application has only my first and last names on it. I mentioned this to Jennifer as soon as I told her my name initially and before any forms were completed. She assured me that the completed forms I would receive would have my full and legal name on them. They do not. This is a great disappointment as I am very sensitive about this and have to correct people all the time about my name.

The customer Rep was very understanding with me and took the time as if she really cared in order to help me with things that I was not understanding and to get to my own computer she waited on the phone. Because I was in another office and couldn't log on to my E - Mail. So Thank Her

I used this service to obtain a Social Security card and paid $37 for it and received a mailing label and I sent everything required to my local Social Security office and I waited about three weeks and I called them because I had seen that the package was delivered by the post office but Social Security claimed that they don’t have anything in their records of my package. I called this company furious because now I need to know what happened and the bottom line is I had to go down to Social Security anyway and sit for two hours and at first the girl at the desk was not willing to help me until she saw me crying and then she got up and looked around and found my package on someone’s desk unopened so I guess my point is I had to go Down to SSA office, I might as will have save the $37 even though this company “government verified” was not responsible for the delay, it still cost me my time and I could’ve save $37

You are criminal that uses a URL that closely mimics the IRS so I did not know that I was not on the IRS website. You then cheat people out of $147. I am reporting this to the FBI and also to the IRS for prosecution.

I spoke to Miss Ellis ID #1002957544 and she was so helpful regarding the EIN process. I then used the automated EIN application and was very impressed with the speed and efficiency. I received my new EIN within 1 hour as promised. Thank you IRS for your prompt service.

Was supposed to get the IEN number by 10am the next morning since I paid extra for expedited IEN but took the whole weekend until Monday morning to get it.

I would have rated your service five stars; but I was told by someone who gets EIN numbers for their clients all the time that getting an EIN number should have been free!!!! Since you charged me $147, without indicating you are an unnecessary third party, how can I rate you anything but one star or less!!??

I had my attorney fill out the form on line, but she did not need a lot of extra information. We were surprised that we had to pay a fee. It would be great if we had the ability to fund raise before getting hit with fees.
Other than that the process was painless.

The person I spoke with was polite, knew what he was doing and best of all, he made me feel like he really wanted to help me.... I wish I had gotten his name. Whatever he's being paid, it's not enough!!! Give him a raise!

I thought I was submitting my personal information to a U.S. Government agency. Had to cancel two (2) credit cards and initiate a credit freeze. Submitted a complaint to the FTC after the "pleasant" GovSimplified representative told me she was very sorry for my misunderstanding, but that I was still going to be billed. This despite never accepting or getting the Social Security replacement card "application package" from them. Very misleading... Go to Social Security instead. You will save a tremendous amount of money, as well as, have your information protected.
FYI - I initially attempted to charge to one account and it was denied... So I then charged to another account and it was accepted. I contacted my bank and they advised me that the charge had been approved, but that GovSimplified had then denied it. Was this a technique to just get a second charge card number... along with all of my other information. My bank said they had never seen anything like this before and that I should consider closing both charge cards... I did. Beware... Beware... Beware!!!
