The installation went smoothly, I was then waiting a couple of days for the electrician. In that time the boiler went off as I later found out was due to no pressure. As the display had been explained to me I am to blame for poor recall. It would be helpful if a super simple instruction booklet were made for the elderly people like myself.

Boiler installation engineer informed me that proximity of new flue to outside down pipe, would not pass inspection & I should have down pipe repositioned. Work completed regardless!
Rubble from drilling through outside wall was left where it fell. Very little attempt was made to clear mess made inside the house. Engineer arrived late (alone) & seemed in a hurry to finish and get away.

From first talking to Neil to getting the grant approved took only about a week. I had a preferred date and that was granted without question.The grant store installed my boiler and under floor insulation in a morning. There was very little mess and NO hassle. Boiler has now been working perfectly for a few weeks. Would not hesitate to recommend.

Fantastic service, within 1 week of me enquiring my new boiler was fitted. The lovely lad Jack that done the job was excellent and so polite. Delighted with my new boiler and the service I received throughout.

The engineer who installed the boiler was very good. Dan who came to carry out remedial was very good. Unfortunately the overall communication was very poor. I had to make about a dozen calls to arrange the remedial works and took 3 weeks when initially told it would be done the following week. The lead upto the installation I requested to speak to the engineer who came out to assess to understand what the requirements were only to be called 2 days before to let me know they are coming out and I will need to remove a section of the granite work top and cabinet.

The electrician installed the thermostat where the cabinet was to be fitted. He was ready to leave when I stopped him to move it but the wire was too short so moved it best he could.

The installation engineer and Dans work was very good.

I have recently had a boiler fitted with Grant Store, the company was fantastic and acted very quickly , with the lovely guy doing the survey very friendly and efficient, to the guy installing the system, worked very well and didn't stop until the job was done, very tidy as he went along until finish .
Would recommend to all , thank you for a great job , 5 star excellent service .

The contact and assistance I received from Grant Store's office beforehand to review my finances regarding my application for the replacement boiler grant, and to arrange the installation once we qualified was really helpful.
We are really pleased with the installation and the engineer was very efficient and professional.

From the first phone call to find out if I was eligible to the electrician coming to fit the thermostat took just a week .
Really helpful admin staff on the phone,And the boiler fitters were brilliant they didn’t stop working all day.
The boiler is so much better than my old one .
All in all a great experience with this company .

Excellent came out to see me Wednesday rang me Thursday with a very reasonable price and fitted Friday due to cancellation couldn't fault them and based in Wigan
