I can not praise this company enough! I shopped the big box stores and our local independent flooring companies. I found the product I wanted, COREtec Pro Plus Bradford Bamboo, at a local store. On a whim, I came home and "googled" it and stumbled upon GreenFlooringSupply. They were advertising a great sale price. I hesitated a little about making a major purchase online with a company located clear across the country that I knew nothing about, but decided to call to see how their customer service seemed. I spoke with Jorden on a Saturday. He patiently answered all my many questions. When I finished the call, I was sold on going with this company. From start to finish, it was a great experience. I saved at least 25% over the local pricing. I was kept informed on shipping dates and delivery details. The flooring was delivered to my driveway and rolled into my garage on a pallet. It was installed two weeks ago and I still can't stop admiring how great it looks. Could not be happier with the service provided by this company - Jorden, in particular, is a delight to work with. I needed floors for a remodel quickly and had called around several places, all of which wouldn’t be able to get them to me for 7-8 weeks. This company was able to get me floors much sooner and they priced matched. After putting in my order, it appeared only part of the order would arrive in time (Covid has really complicated shipping). Jorden called me right away to let me know and game planned how to get me the rest of my order the quickest. I really appreciated the timely communication and effort to brainstorm solutions with me. After coming to a plan that worked for me, Jorden ended up working his magic and getting me my full order ahead of schedule somehow. I’ll be recommending this company to anyone who will listen - you can’t go wrong with them.

Jorden was extremely helpful during the ordering process and went above and beyond when my product arrived with manufacturing defects. He coordinated a return of two pallets of product and even had the manufacturer call me to ensure that they would rectify the situation. He honored the sale price I paid to replace the damaged product with a different one and ensured that it was manufactured in a different facility and had a quality check before shipping. He has also been a helpful resource for a couple of installation questions. As a real estate professional, I wish all vendors were like Jorden.

I hit upon GreenFlooring by accident when looking for a less expensive source for my project, which I had already researched and priced. The FloorStore was charging .50 more a foot for the same thing I purchased from GreenFlooring ! Jordan was very helpful and the order was supposed to take a week to fill and it only took a day ! We did have to drive over to the Shaw warehouse to pick it up (shipping to our door at the same price would have been the best expected "outcome", but we were still happy to be able to start our project faster than expected, by six days !) I am going to need carpeting in the next few months, do you sell Shaw carpeting as well ???? Other brands ? We were very pleased with the product and the professional and FAST service . Keep up the good work....I am glad to have a place to purchase the quality I want at a price I would like pay ! Thank you .

I can tell you that you'll receive attentive ordering/follow up customer service from greenflooringsupply.com. That being said, I can also tell you that they have a brutal return policy! The flooring I received wasn't quite what I was expecting (texture) from the floor sample I received. It was disappointing enough to where I decided to return my 3,000+ lbs. of floor back!lol Now I'm stuck making thousands of dollars in payments towards a floor I don't own due to their restocking fee. In the future (hindsight) I shall make sure to buy my floors from a company that has a more customer friendly/oriented return policy such as home depot, lowes, floor and decor etc...as opposed to a place like Greenflooringsupply.com who will charge you a 25% percent restocking fee should you ever have the audacity to change your mind on a product! I'm just trying to share my experience so that nobody else finds themselves in my situation. If you do order from here, make double/triple sure you've seen,walked and felt the installed product before ordering.

I only needed one carton of cork flooring to use for a countertop project (which turned out great). They gave me excellent service despite the tiny order. I would be happy to fo business with them again.

I started out ordering coretec plus for 2 of my rentals from Jorden at greensupply. The product and experience was so good that I recently put it in my own house. Now I am putting it into 3 more rentals. Much easier to lay than pergo type products. It is not as brittle. Also ordering was a breeze. It went exactly as told. Order showed up quick and on time.
