Excellent service from staff in the Newcastle shop , helped me with their advice to find that little thing that was missing of my rig.
Was after a fuller sound with dirt while been slightly overdriven that would not die and that would cut through the mix with my modified Les Paul.
Although what they suggested was an expensive option I was fully satisfied with the performance of the famous Friedman Small Box pedal and have left the shop with it as a very happy customer.

Have shopped here for most things I own and everything is brilliant. Staff are great and ultra friendly, they know their stuff and can give good advice, provide good service to ensure that you can try and buy what you want 9 times out of 10 (so long as you call a bit in advance).

I have made two major purchases within a year from GuitarGuitar - both experiences have been excellent. The first was a guitar which required some additional truss rod adjustments and it was sorted immediately in store. Second was a pedal received very quickly via a reputable courier (*cough* not Hermes...!)

As someone who has not picked up a guitar in 35 years and being stuck in Shielding, I took a notion to play again. I had looked online and I was getting a great guitar and accessories delivered to my front door for a great price. Couldn't be happier, I can't say that my next-door neighbours agree with me.

The guitar came on time and the service was first rate, the guitar is exactly what I wanted and sounds amazing, very proud with the customer service, will buy another guitar from you in the next month or so.

Received Guitar within 3 days in excellent condition, brilliant guitar especially for beginners...I will order from here more often, particularly considering I had a bad experience buying a guitar elsewhere.

I ordered a bass guitar and it arrived in mint condition ,it came on the day they said it would
And on the day I was informed it would arrive between 4.30 pm and 5.30 pm and it did.

I was going to buy my brother a top notch tube clean amp for his 70th birthday to play in the house. However I soon realised a Fender classic tube would be too heavy and dangerous if grandchildren about. So I was recommended a Fender Tonemaster to get the same tone with half the weight and selectable power output. Paul was very helpful with the order and my brother was delighted with the amp and oiled ash 2015 limited edition strat I gave him with it.
