Also re the recent problems with cladding - alhtough my block does not have the same problems as Grenfell - Haus were immediately into taking action - getting a survey done and appointing a project manager- nothing ever seemed to be too much trouble - they nearly always got back to you asap and would help out where the issue was really outside their responsibility
Great standards my main contact in all this was Janine Ford - thank you so much Janine and specifically in the issue of he cladding Nigel Thomas is doing a great job
After promising regular updates for resident they have now failed to release any communications for almost 24 hours. We are about to go into a bank holiday weekend and they have now gone silent on the issues. No urgency. No empathy. Do not use this company
Taking on a building with a catalogue of outstanding issues has meant that many things will take time to be rectified. But the experience so far has been really positive.
Every time I have had any interaction with Haus, they have been efficient and friendly. Always responding to enquiries quickly and keeping residents informed of progress. I don't expect perfection and compared to our old managing agents, it's a complete turnaround.
Our building is 100 years old and following a conversion where many corners were cut, it's going to take time to get things back in order. But most importantly, I feel confident that there is a plan of action for the years ahead and we have a professional and competent company at the helm.
an just to be clear the £3500 you claim it cost it was just and excuses so U manager D. wont do his job i have same cameras in my business and also call the cctv maintenance company and this was not the cost and the payment for and iT that was not necessary this just show the lack of knowledge in basic of property management they need to pay £3500 to get cctv from a basic cctv recoded in you building, no only dad vomit in the communal areas from years easy to be clean and the solution for this let pay a company to come and wash the floor i will get quotation " we pay £27000 year for cleaner just to hoover the corridors and get the rubbish out" also again under data protection how is that u make public private matter from your customer, disgusting company.
they only way they know how to Manage is expending money with our care o so ever.

Both women have been patient, polite and determined to help with any request, big or small. They are a pleasure to deal with.
The only area of concern I have is that our service charges have been steadily increasing since HAUS took over management of the block. While I accept a certain amount of an increase due to inflation, I also expect an improvement on facilities, which isn’t always the case. The lift and swimming pool in particular have had long periods of time without being operational, with no compensation for residents. It is an expensive place to live and these occasional lapses in reliability can be frustrating.
Only because I continued to chase the enquiry & the great help i recieved from Kholewa & Teresa i was able to get the sale through but it was with only minutes to spare. If we had lost the sale of this property this would've been down to delays from the directors who signed the DoV & especially Nigel Bakhai who thought he was right & my conveyancing solicitor (of 20 years) was wrong without even investigating first I. E. Phone my solicitor or land registry, he just couldn't be bothered. Very happy with all other staff & director James Aherne but very unhappy with N Bakhai who was unhelpful & had a can't be bothered attitude.
it will be good i could put a picture for everyone to see
but just a small example of the good service they have some vomit the front of the building 2 years a go and the vomit dry still there even so it has been reported over 6 months a go, the property manager call Debbie R. is a rude horrible person that put the blame of the residents of the building, we suppose to have inspections ones a month but they only get there to sign the paper on the entrance door as everywhere has issues .
even something so basic the property manager will have to deal with like the roof of the building that has already growing trees as no-one look after it and can cost several issues for everyone .
stay a way fro them is the worse company and they don't have the basic of services .
