Hi, I signed up to play online 11 days ago 2x Lines for Wednesday & Saturday via Direct - Debit. I sent an email to You on 18th April to ask can I play just for Wednesday & not Saturday aswell & do I need to cancel with Bank, and start again ?

I heard nothing back from You via email yet & you are not answering calls on your number@present..

I signed up for one game, it told me it was a direct debit, £1 a week I thought, well it never happened and I never actually got entered into the game. I got a notification that direct debits take a long time to set up, what the heck? I just wanted to stick one ticket on for that one night. I am trying to close the account right now and can't work out a way to do it. If anyone knows please tell me, I'm not happy for my details to be sitting on a site I'm not going to use. Have stopped the direct debit but it retains my account details. Not being able to leave a site and close an account easily is a very bad sign, I want out.

Finally after sitting reading the reviews, which are all similar to mine, I found a reply that let me close the account. Good riddance!!

This website are the worse total scammers I keep away I put 10 quid into my account won 1400 and only payed back 5 pound I let deposit then I withdraw got my 5 quid back they said I was self excluded if that case why did let me open a account knowing I going to get asked for ID so took money let’s be realistic if put 500 quid to 1k on won’t let bad money back but they wad quick enough to take my money this website not used by real health lottery just using there name. They are massive scram and need shut down and all there sister sites do anyone I asking you don’t play with them if play play with website health lotto all sister sites might well set your money on fire If gonna play with gambling websites bet365 sky vagus all top ones at least get money this health lottery not the health lottery they use there name as a franchise they got about 30 sister sites use main names not real company’s bunch cow boys I hope in future I get money back scammers should ask for ID like rest do before put despot In all should ask ID before playing let despot these they know not pay then win need shut down

When putting on my £20 I put in my bonus code but never seem to get them .
When putting in my debit card details seem to lose the bonuses, Its the most annoying thing.

I have played the Health Lottery since it started in 2011, and also played the National Lottery when it first started in 1994. The most I have won on the National lottery is about £400, but whilst playing the Health lottery when it was just Wednesday and Saturday only, I won the jackpot £100.000 in 2014 and I have been close to the jackpot a further three times. So for only a £1 entry fee I recommend the Health lottery to everyone. :)

Why can't I play £5 like the children's lottery I used to be able to but now its £10

1st month was fine playing one draw each week at £4 pm via DD but have just noticed they've been taking double (£8) and playing only 4. I've emailed with no reply and don't want to phone as its 45p pm+. Scammers

Update. Have phoned twice now and both times they've hung up. Horrible service

Endless emails, at least once, sometimes two or three a day x 365, totally unacceptable!!!!

Had I £1 bet on this lottery, then got an email saying I had subscribed for the next six months. I did not subscribe for the next six months! Sent three emails to help but they did not bother to reply. Tried to close the account online but got the message cannot close the account. Once I sort this out I will never by another lottery ticket from them again. It is no good you emailing them with your concerns as they do not reply as I have sent four emails without a single reply. As I said they are a real pain.

Maybe it's just me, am still confused about the playing process, I just wanted to play one draw for just that one week which is £1 right and I played it online cause I downloaded the app to my surprise I was put down for the next six weeks draw and each costing me £4 or £5 in direct debit, I only wanted to play just one line one draw for that day and I got myself roped into weeks with direct debit, make it clear and simple for people to understand and not mistakenly signed themselves into continues playing that, they don't actually want in the first place. I have spent over five weeks trying to get Health Lottery to follow their assurances that withdrawals can be made from ones account balance. Emails
are ignored, phone calls achieve only a no action auto response and letters are also ignored. That is all three of the "Contact Us" options available.
The reason for all of the above is - when I follow procedure to make a
withdrawal the response is - "Withdrawals not allowed".
Where do I go from here ?

Spent about £30 on scratch cards and no decent return usual robbery.

Tried to play lottery on the 26/5 first tried to top up £18 didn't show money thought must be having problems it will appear later. So put numbers on 16 lines to get 8 free as well paid checked my account no tickets mmm? I'll check my bank £34 paid to health lottery, sent 3 emails in the past 8 days no response so decided to ring help line its closed!! No tickets (might be a winner in the ones I put on ) but money gone I've had several emails telling me about deals there doing but nothing about my complaint!! Very poor customer service????????

Partner checked her bank account last night to find they've taken out money and put her into overdraft without realising. We've never used them and don't even have an account with them.

Hopefully get a response back fast about this considering there's no fast way to get hold of them about it with no active phone lines....

Reduced to one star only because I couldn't make it a minus 5! I see from other replies that they are sorry for the time taken but now more than a week since I have contacted them - now at 5 times.

I note it did not take them long to reply to my initial review which points towards them having a auto reply bot running monitoring review websites. Not good!!

Only reason not giving lower rating is the hope that someone from them will contact me. I have sent numerous emails regarding them taking the money for 10 tickets but not giving me the tickets in my account. Last week I placed 2 quick pick tickets for 5 weeks on Saturday draws. The £10 was taken from my account but on checking online for my tickets there is nothing there, it just shows my previous tickets and not the next 5 weeks.
Having sent three emails explaining this to helpAThealthlottery.co.uk and one to infoATemail.healthlottery.co.uk I have received ZERO replies.
If no one replies I will contact my bank regarding their failure to supply the merchandise, in this case the lottery tickets.

Replied to Health Lottery email with Trust Pilot as subject yesterday - now a week since first email AND STILL NO REPLY!! - iF NOT RECEIVED REPLY BY TOMORROW 5PM THEN i WILL BE CONTACTING MY BANK!!
