I had place an order but due to my order being a promotion, I could order only one even though I was able to put more then 1 into my cart and process it. I was initially offered only a store credit, but I explained it was not my fault that their website processed my order. Then they discussed it among themselves and replied back with "We can cancel your order but we will have to charge a 20% processing fee." WTF? I replied with if you can give me the items at the agreed upon price I wouldn't need to be canceling and I'd be glad to take the product. They put me back on hold to discuss. And after a few more minutes they finally offered me a full refund.

I orderd a parcel on 8th of november 2010 , I still haven't received it. I fear they have just kept my money and there passive aggressive way of dealing with customers in unacceptable.

I have dealt with this company several times in the last 3+ years. I live in Alaska, which presents extra shipping challenges. I have never failed to receive my complete order within the promised time, many times in less time than they predicted. Customer service has always been very helpful and responsive, and have now replaced a product completely for free when it would have been just as easy to simply ship the replacement part. Outstanding!

I place an order with them at the start of the year. And never received it!! I tried emailing them and calling them about it but never heard a work or anything about it!! So all in all never got my package or even my money back!!!

placed order 12/31 just after 5am. Paid for OVERNIGHT shipping. Item still had not shipped out as of 1/2. If they were not operating on 12/31, they should have provided notification. Finally on 1/4 their site shows it shipped on 1/3. However, as of 1/4 end of day, it's still not reflecting shipped by USPS tracking number. What a joke. After reading some of the other reviews here I wish I'd checked that first. I'm crossing my fingers that my items arrive UNUSED and intact and functioning.... and sometime in the next few weeks. I'll post again after receiving the items, but at this point, just don't waste your money one expedited shipping. It's anything BUT. Also even though the item was shipped to me, because we used my husband's credit card to pay for the order, when I called they refused to even tell me IF the order had shipped.

Lesson learned: just because some website has the lowest price around doesn't mean you're getting the best deal. Buyer beware.


***update 1/5/13 - order received. I guess I'm just spoiled with the fast turn around I've received when ordering from other sites.***

I got a vibrator 3 weeks ago and it came today.i had a big surprise when I sow that the vibrator has been used.what a waiste of money.the batteries don't stay still so it doesn't vibrate.now it's in the garbage and I will never shop with them again.

i ordered from h&a before i seen this page, otherwise i would not have ordered.i live in Alaska,and am used to mail taking a week or more.i am glad i didnt see this page first,and i NEVER write reviews.but with all the bashing on here i had to speak up.my order was complete intact and unused.i had the cheapest means of shipping,7.95 i think it was.got my order in less than 1 week.wife comes home tomarrow,cant wait:)

I ordered the Hitachi Magic Wand (with a cord) and was sent a knock off "Magic Wand" by Intertek that was rechargeable. Customer service said they would send a return authorization via email. After two more calls, each time they said they did send the RA via email, and I never received it. I even gave them an alternate email address and still no response. I admit that I got angry with the CS representative because, for one thing, she told me that what I received was Hitachi and that the "Magic Wand" part of the name was the important part. There are many knock off brands that call their product "Magic Wand". I truly wish I had never come across this company. If I could give them less than one star, I would.

I bought an item but then the next day, around 12 hrs later, decided to cancel cause I found something else that was better. They wouldn't let me cancel, fine I guess, so I had to wait for it to arrive at my place. The woman on the phone told me that I wouldn't have to pay the restocking fee if I didn't open the package. 3 days later it arrived at my house and so I immediately stuck it into another shipping bag and paid for shipping fee for it to be sent back. 3 days later the company received the package and I got an email 2 days later about my refund. They said that the item had actually been opened and would charge me a restocking fee of 20 percent. I'm very angry because I didn't open it. I should have take a video for proof. Upset and would never purchase from here again.

Paid over 20 dollars for 2 day shipping it's now been 3 and just now getting a email saying it will be here tomorrow

I bought a clear glass **** and got sent a floppy purple one was very dissatisfied and it was a waste of my time and money and will never buy anything from them again. They don't even know there inventory or what I ordered and obviously didn't care .

I have been a customer with healthy and active for a few years. I like their reviews and great photo's showing how items should be used. Prices are fair and shipping is fast.

Paid for expedited shipping, they put a hold on my order for two days and still charged me for the expedited shipping. I have NEVER had this much hassle with any similar businesses. Their prices are high and the only nominal benefit was shipping speed.

I placed an order within the “same day” shipping time and my order wasn’t shipped until the following day. I was pretty upset, so I called their customer service line. The lady over the phone was so nice and understanding that I will forever be a happy customer. Not to mention my toy is super strong, and a great price for what I got!!

We found that the domain for this business is older than two years which could be an indication that this is a trustworthy business with an established customer base and experience in their field.
