BEWARE OF THIS RIP OFF COMPANY…
If I could give 0 stars, I would. I hired this company to do a deep clean and carpet wash and right from the start it was a nightmare. I went upstairs and caught the man smoking in my house and when I asked him not to, he got shirty with me. The male and female that came, all they did was argue and sit around on their phones. They were here for 6 hours and I’m still trying to figure out what they did in that time. I contacted the office and was offered a reclean, they came back today and asked what needed to be done, I showed them and they said they had cleaned it already and didn’t know what else they could do. They phoned the office and the office phoned me and said a deep clean doesn’t include scrubbing anything, just wiping with a wet cloth: this is quite obviously not a deep clean. I told them they might as well leave and I’ll clean it myself and with that the office offered me 10% back, I refused, they then offered 20%, I laughed told them I wanted at least half, they said they’d phone me back and haven’t… what a horrendously disgusting company, taking peoples hard earned money for a service they have no idea how to offer…. We also had a carpet clean but was told by the male cleaner that if I want clean carpets, then I should buy new, I’m gobsmacked this company is still getting away with robbing and wasting peoples time…

Our landlord requested we get our Kitchen appliances professionally cleaned for when we move out. The cleaners arrived half an hour late and were done in half an hour. When I checked it out on the surface everything looked great, but when you looked deeper... it was appalling. The only things that were properly cleaned were the fridge/freezer and the oven extractor fan. When I provided photographic evidence that things weren't cleaned I began cleaning them myself whilst waiting for a reply. They came up with excuses such as; 'it was mostly mold' and 'they couldn't remove the dishwasher filter'. I was in the other room, had they asked I would have shown them how... it's a simple twist and lift.

When they got back to me they would only offer to come back and re-clean; which I was already half way through doing myself so this was worthless. When I requested a refund since they only did 25% of the job, they offered me £20-40 refund.

I told them to keep their money because honestly, I hope they feel happy about ripping off their clients with the promise of re-cleaning what they should have done in the first place. This wasn't a case of missing a few things... the washing machine wasn't touched, and neither was most of the dishwasher and the oven had marks left in-between the glass sheets of the door so I cleaned this up myself too. (The oven in-fact had already been cleaned so there wasn't much to do with it).

This was a horrendous experience and I will never be using this cleaning service again... I hope they can buy better cleaning supplies with my payment so this doesn't happen to anyone else who takes a chance on this service.

Two stars given are only for the two bathrooms cleaned very well by one of the 3 cleaners sent by Hello services. After completion of cleaning i couldn't see the stains and dirt still left on carpet and sofa during inspection due to them being wet. They did a deep cleaning of the sofa which had one water mark to be removed along with food stain. Instead, the type of cleaning they did on the sofa, left it with more water marks or i dont know what to call them. Will end up paying more to landlord for their mistakes and will go through so much hassle. Fair enough that the company tells you they can't guarantee stain removal. But when I told them the cleaners had made it worse by leaving more stains, company refused to do anything about it. The carpet after it dried, i saw that all the hair was left there. Clearly not a good job vacuuming it. When i raised the issue of sofa being left in a worse condition, the cleaners lied saying the sofa had nail varnish stains. When i challenged the company with this claim, they came back saying the cleaners guessed it could have been nail varnish, they are not sure. Strange that they showed me every stain that couldn't be removed prior to attempting cleaning it. But didn't mention anything regarding this one as clearly they knew they had messed up. This company has good reviews but may be i was unlucky, don't want to name the cleaners but I hope they don't do this to someone else. So I strongly recommend customers to take a 'before' picture so they can use these pics to hold the company responsible. Instead of blindly trusting them like I did. And if you don't want the cleaners to smoke in your balcony/ property, agree this with the company before booking as these two of them didn't heed to my request not to smoke when they visited.

Your company did a fantastic job deep cleaning my sisters house, she was overwhelmed by it, it was such short notice(24 hours), but you accommodated, my sister came home from hospital to a beautiful and spotless house, I would recommend this company

I recently had a large removal and end of tenancy cleaning done by Hello Services in Brighton. They were very friendly, professional, careful and respectful. They did an excellent job, highly recommended.

My cleaner is Vlasta. She is friendly, very punctual and provides very good service.

A big thank you to Tina and Rachel for coming in and doing a deep house clean this Saturday. Spent 4 hours deep cleaning the kitchen. Carpets. Dusting and cleaning behind beds and sofas. Very pleased. Smells and feels slot lighter around the house. Pet hairs gone and definitely less sneezing (allergies amongst the young ones). We would highly recommend this pair and would definitely have them back in a few months.
