I believe that one of the Q & A in the Assessment was incorrect. The question asked "what does the LA do if a child is FOUND to be at significant risk of harm" [or similar]. This suggests that an investigation has already taken place, so the next step would be to apply for a court order. However, the "correct" answer was given has "make enquiries before deciding what to do next", which I would have thought would be the answer if the question had been "what does the LA do if a child is SUSPECTED [or REPORTED or CLAIMED, etc] to be at significant risk of harm".

I answered question 19 in my opinion correctly. I understand the question was when should you give CPR and I answered when the patient has stopped breathing, however, it came up as wrong ? Can you clarify this for me please Thank you

Again i have completed a training course with Highspeed training, perfect in every way, ideal for me as i am housebound physically but not mentally so i got to work improving my knowledge of the food business, i found the course very rewarding and i was addicted to learning more and more, i am very pleased i passed all three levels and i will return to Highspeed training in the future when i need more training.

Really happy with the two course I have purchased in Food & Hygiene Safety level 1&2. Both courses are very informative, easy to follow and you can work in your own time :) I purchased the wrong course at first, but the lady in customer services was more than happy to help and offered a refund soon as. I highly recommend! I will be taking more courses with High Speed Training in the near future.

I have been using high speed training for years now, in my role as a care assistant right through to me beinga manager of a care home and using High Speed for my staff training. i have recommended High Speed training to lots of fellow managers and even informed my Care Regulator of the courses we had been through and gave her the details.

Although I have been on a number of first aid courses, this one in particular was more detailed, and I liked the support videos and the summary at the end of each section, it made it easier to take notes.

I’ve used this a few times now to increase my knowledge at work, I’ve done around 4 courses because it’s so good. No pressure when you finish it, log in when you can and you get a certificate at the end, it’s fab.

I found the Level 3 exam informative interesting I did have to take the exam twice ...read questions thoroughly.... on 2nd time questions do differ so that is good I would say my 2nd attempt was easier.

I am knowledgeable about DVA, however this course was very detailed and will be extremely supportive in our work with children, young people and their parents/carers. I found the course helpful and would encourage others to use the course in their settings.
