I am very satisfied with the products that I purchased, the shipping Dept. went all out to make sure I received my order in a timely fashion, it arrived earlier than expected, Hats off to you!! The Top hat has had numerous compliments as well as the Walking stick. This is my first time to order anything like this, so I was cautious. I ordered a full outfit for a presentation of a 19th-century preacher, and every piece is dead-on! Perfect! Well, except for the pants, which I ordered too tight. I called and was guided through the process for exchange. I was able to order the new size and return the wrong pants, all in time to receive them for my presentation. I am so happy with H.E. and will look to them again when I expand this performance!

I am very impressed with the quality of the clothing from Historical Emporium. Well worth the price. And when I had a question about a product I called customer service and the agent actually went into the warehouse to take a look at the item in question to make sure she gave me accurate information. You just don't see service like that very often! Highly recommended.

I was a little hesitant at first.. as I was wanting a "real" holster and not some dress up toy holster. But this is the real deal, and the employees at Historical Emporium stayed with me with full support through the whole process to make sure I got exactly what I needed. I couldn't have asked for anything more. Highly recommended!!!!

I spoke to the employee by phone and ask what the reverse side of the bandana was like. The employee said, " hold on a second and I will retrieve a bandana from the supply room and look it over and tell you. " GREAT customer service. Thank you for the special attention. I've ordered several times over the years and treasure my purchases. The quality is excellent. This last order was delivered even quicker than usual and I only contacted customer service via e-mail to thank them for combining my shipment and refunding me $4.95 on shipping.

Only problem is with size, but it was taken care of, Items made in China are sized smaller that we are here in America, but exchange was fast and I also ordered another item when was perfect. Thanks for being there, when needed. great products and prices, except for you "CANES", LOL, how ever you did give me some ideas and I still had to go to Amazon to find what I wanted

The products are very good! I have used the store before for my theatrical plays. I would suggest an additional measurement if the hips though as pants I bought for myself based on the ' high waist' measurement were too small.

The brushed cotton pants are great for winter here in Sydney, Australia. They're not too warm, but not too light, either. The sizing is generous; they have an adjustable strap for a bit of extra looseness or tightness. The style of these pants is so versatile; you can wear them as part of a smart vintagey look without being in full costume.

I was having issues placing the order and receiving confirmation afterwards. The individual I spoke to was helpful, polite, and wonderful. The products are being used to supplement incomplete historical costume displays and they are of excellent quality. Lovely!

I love this website! The clothes are great, and real; sturdy- not like the cheap costumes you find in online marketplaces. If you want genuine historical clothes there's really nowhere else. I just wish they had a UK branch!

I purchased a western style holster and gun belt for my 357 Bounty Hunter. I ordered the wrong size, and called to arrange an exchange. I immediately got a live person, who was very helpful. Ordered over the phone, service was great. Delivery time was decent given the state of things globally (mail certainly slowed down in my country.) Quality of the suspenders and canvas pants is rugged. The pants fit very well and I did not order the size above my waist size, but then I am slender and fit. Plenty of room for my midsection having ordered according to my actual waist size, in case anyone finds this info of value. Overall, the pants are neither too tight nor too loose - just right. I am wearing these pants/suspenders daily on the farm. I would not hesitate to buy more. This is functional, comfortable clothing in a much more interesting style than current fashion work clothes. I expect it to wear very well given the quality of the canvas.

...easy to order - good description of the product (a safari jacket), fast, very fast deliver, and a quality product! the jacket is well made and sturdy, has nice details, is cut long (that is very welcome as I am tall and many jackets are simply too short; not the case with this one!), plus the jacket has an extra pleat at the shoulders so you have extra movement. the two lower pockets are deep so they will hold a lot of key items and all four pockets are secured with an attractive and sturdy metal button. also, the jacket sits well and is ideal for summer wear in the countryside or the big city ( i split time in both). in short, very pleased with the entire experience.

I looked at holsters for a colt saa. I wanted a cross draw holster and liked what I saw on your web sight so then I looked at reviews and that was a seller for me. What a nice holster that you can adjust to fit your particular gun .

Your size chart is not accurate. I used my bust size to order a vest but the actual article of clothing wasn't even close. It's YOUR mistake, but I had to pay an additional $24 to send it back and cover YOUR shipping costs for the exchange. I know of no other company that does that.
