I've never had issues with Netflix. Hulu has you login back and forth between two TV's non stop. Then, I save my password and it makes me reset constantly between each TV and retype and reset every time! If you don't have high blood pressure , you will if you sign up with Hulu!! Worst wait for customer service too! Lol not worth the money I'll go elsewhere since so many streaming channels available!!

I signed up for Spotify which offered Hulu add on demand for free as a perk. Upgraded to Hulu live. Terrible service. Lips and speech always off sync. Canceled Hulu Live. Asked to be returned to Hulu perk as part of my Spotify. They refused saying when I upgraded to Hulu Live I forever lost my Spotify perk! How unfair and stupid from a business model I'd that! Avoid Hulu on demand or live at all costs!!!

Hulu is having an issue with some subscribers using their chromecast. They haven't corrected the issue yet and their is no eta. Since app was purchased thru Apple, they can't credit me for a service that I currently can not use. Doesn't make much sense to me. Either find a way to credit me or fix the issue. This has been on going for weeks now.

I have been having issues with Hulu for so long.... Their auto play between episodes always eventually has issues. The app never seems to update what episodes I'm on while I'm using the app (coming back to the app is fine but when I change screens to change episodes it shows older episodes as my current episode so I have to search through the season episode list to find the ep I'm currently on).

Biggest piece of $#*! in its category. The user interface is literally the lowest IQ interface I've seen in my entire life. I mean, did a 5 YEAR OLD CHILD could come up with something better. Low tier company.

Two hours of my life gone. Three customer service reps--Paula, Muriel and Liezel. Cut off twice. No one could figure out why I could not activate my account on my LG TV. Then I remembered! I have an LG TV that had sent me a note telling me they no longer support Hulu. Customer Service is clueless. Endless resets. The ultimate injustice, three different credit cards denied my enrollment. I had to call my credit card company to get them to approve $5.99. They told me Hulu is flagged as highly fraudulent. Can you believe this??? Save yourself a lot of time. If the user set up doesn't work right out of the gate, give up.

It takes atleast 4 to 5 times for me to get logged in. Constantly says error, can hardly ever watch shows that I like because of errors or reloading issues. Get stuck, volume goes out, or I'll start to watch a show, and next thing you know, it's not even in the category I found it. ALL of my other streaming apps work VERY WELL WITHOUT ANY ISSUES AT ALL. So I know that it's not my internet service, or my t.v. Hulu sucks BADLY

having trouble with there service so i went to the website for answers. They say contact us but don't give you a phone number there feed blames my internet connection but my 63 other feeds work fine. I'm dropping my subscription. If a company is having problems it is one thing but not being honest about it is not acceptable. The service has never been great and with the price increase it looks like i'm going back to Sling

It's the worst streaming service, they make lots of money with commercials and still can't get their site working without any problems. I've had like 5 problems with Netflix in the 100 years I've been a member. Hulu I have problems every single time I watch a show.

In the short time I had Hulu, which is about 5 months, the one thing that drives me nuts is the ads. Feel like I am watching regular tv. And then after each ad and the movie or show comes back on, the words do not match the persons lips. You have to stop and restart the program in order for it to be back in sync. Very frustrating. Then they want you to pay more money to have the option of less to no ads. This is why I will forever be loyal to Netflix. Have been paying the same rates for years, with absolutely no ads and ultimate streaming. They did it first and still killing the game. Only have Hulu because certain shows and networks pick and choose who will have access to their shows based on contracts.

Hulu has raised their monthly fee and I cancelled because they're not worth the extra money. There's only one channel I really watch -- TCM. I'll figure out another way to watch it. When I told their representative I wanted to cancel (the week before the end of that month's subscription), they told me it would be yet another month before it could be cancelled. I don't like being hi-jacked when it comes to my money. They will never get my business again. They have entirely too many "junk" channels for my taste. I'm not that into sports, murder or news.

We only stream. Amazon Prime, Netflix CBS, NBC all stream fine. HULU RARELY WORKS I tried contacting them with zero help. I write this review under my name so no retaliation from them again. BUYER BEWARE

Forget about the annoying ads. I get it, they have to make money. My issues with Hulu are that it's not user friendly, doesn't offer intuitive navigation and the layout is clunky at best! Haven't the developers tried Netflix and prime? How do they not offer restart episode? Why is it so hard to see what episodes you've watched and go to specific episodes? For the love of God why does it take so long to log in and get started? It's like the developers don't actually use the app or it would be much easier! If the Handmaids Tale was available literally ANYWHERE ELSE I would cancel my subscription. I hate Hulu so much.

I pay for Directv. I don't need Hulu other than Directv removed all of the on demand content of past episodes and now Hulu has those rights. If I want to watch reruns of anything I either have to record it on my Directv genie and never delete it, or pay for Hulu. Well now Hulu wants me to sign up for their Hulu+TV just to watch certain shows. 100% will never ever pay Hulu a dime again. You're just effing with consumers to get every last dime from us. Later Hulu.

Subscribed to Hulu (no ads) and HBO, the shows I watched still had ads and hulu forced me to subscribe to location services being turned on. SO disappointed, no wonder netflix is the main streaming service. Cant even get help directly from hulu, they're "chat robot" cant understand any messages sent to resolve these issues. 0 stars if i could.

This is the worst streaming available. If shows were amazing maybe I'd try to figure out why. It is so bad I can't believe anyone pays for it. Buffers all the time. And that's when it's working. Usually it isn't.

I want to see all the Pimple Popper episodes under my streaming live tv plan. You are cheating me from what I am subscribing too. I do not recommend this company. I will be checking out Google Tv soon.

I do love it for for the few shows I can find. They are absolutely wonderful but they come at a cost; having to sit through not only ads but much "rainbow" show previews and political campaigns against President Trump and their Kids forum has brainwashing shows to turn little children into homosexuals like "Rosaline," Buy the way, Hulu's (one's who debuted and still have this show 3 yrs later) parent controls are essentially zero according to parental reviews on another review site. They have shut down their Contact Us avenue as I have tried multiple ph #s and all are shut down during this step up of political campaigning. I have discovered that paying double to avoid ads does NOT stop the political garbage they are slinging.

Started using as a replacement to Sony Vue. Not even close. Sony stopped the Vue service and needed something for all live and local content. A few months of Hulu and I think we will give up live/local content. Not worth the $50/mo. Ads drive you crazy.

When you have access to so many other subscription services, there's no point in purchasing Hulu. You buy a membership but you're still hit with so many advertisements and it's already incredibly expensive!! 50+ dollars every month? To still see ads? What's the point...
