Moved to London with the help of Lyvly, and it's one of the best decisions I've ever made. They always help with any issues I have and communicate effectively with their tenants. Great service, great team, great everything!

I've only been living with Lyvly for 3 months but my experience so far has been nothing short of phenomenal. When I first approached the company, I didn't know what to expect and Ryan was the first person I met who answered all my questions without hesitation. With having no background or friends or family in the UK (I just moved to London from Canada), I was having difficulty finding a proper place to live and Lyvly really figured out a way to make it so much easier for us fresh Londoners to find a home that not only felt safe and comfortable, but included community. I've only been able to attend some Lyvly hosted events but the weekly and monthly gatherings are fun and so welcoming no matter when I go.
Lastly, a huge shout out to Abdul who has helped me tremendously in all my questions and concerns about any maintenance situations I experienced in the flat. He always responded within a couple hours, even on weekends, and has shown me what great customer service really means. I'm not one to fuss so much on faulty appliances as I tend to try and fix things on my own first, but again Abdul has been such a great help in all of my inquiries and is quick to send someone over to take a look and help.
Overall, I'm loving my flat, my neighbourhood and incredibly grateful to the entire Lyvyly team for making my first time living in London an experience to remember. Thank you, Lyvly!

It's been one year since I moved to Lyvly straight from the airport late at night on the 23rd of December after a 16-hour journey from Thailand. Since then I slept comfortably that night and every night since. The amazing benefits of Lyvly are it's an active community for which I'm an active part of and helping organise my own events.
Having our own cleaner once a week and all bills included has taken the stress of living. I have lived in 5 different places in London for over 3 years and nothing compares to this. I now have 6-7 solid good friends who I hang out with even though they have busy lives, next year i hope to travel with some of them.
The only thing I think Lyvly needs to improve is its 24-hour response service and full clarity on what the internal community decides.

I lived with Lyvly since 2017 and had a very enjoyable experience and after a short stay somewhere else I have come back for round 2. I had to move out temporarily due to a family reason and while it was only for a short period of time; I found renting from a private landlord extremely stressful with lot of admin with never-ending squabbles with housemates. Lyvly takes all that away and let’s you live your best life with the best housemates. Couldn’t recommend Lyvly enough

Great place to move if you are moving from abroad, or moving into London from somewhere else in UK. Rolling up all your bills into one payment (direct debit) makes it less stressful when worrying about water, electric, council tax, TV License (I'm from the US and this one is bonkers), gas, etc. The rooms and living spaces are really nice; they outfit them with IKEA furniture and nice decorations; can spruce it up on your own a bit if needed.

All maintenance is handled by the Lyvly crew and they will email you when someone will be around the property to fix the issue you have made them aware of. Although living with 5/6 people definitely sounds stressful it never really feels that crowded because people do have different schedules and have lives outside of the house, but if you're lucky you will get along with most of the house and you will enjoy weeknights together and go out on the weekends.

I do recommend Lyvly as a place to move if you are looking to not have the normal bill stresses you would have through normal renting scheme, but just make sure you are ready to live with 5/6 personalities that are different from your own. Most everyone should respect the living space they are in, but that doesn't always happen.

Grace showed me several apartments till we found the perfect one for me, she has been really kind and available to all my doubts and necessities. Abdul welcomed me at the check in and showed me the apartment in detail. Excellent organization, very satisfied

A good place to start if you've first moved to London. All-inclusive makes it super convenient and the community makes it much easier to build your network and make friends. But, if you don't take advantage of the community or you don't value living in a really nice space then they're just an expensive rental agency.

Where do I start my life has changed since being at Lyvly, I’ve got great new friends in my home and I meet loads of other awesome people at the events, especially the whiskey night, I didn’t feel so great the next day! All in all I couldn’t imagine living anywhere else, it’s super convenient and the design in my home is super cool! Thanks Lyvly!

Update:
I moved out of Lyvly in July 2019. I just received an invoice from them for March 2020. Instead of apologising they blamed me for not cancelling direct debit. This is not a standing order, direct debit was set up by Lyvly. Unbelievable.

I was in a Lyvly home for 2.5 years, in the end I had to leave because the bullying and verbal abuse from one housemate was too intense, I had to avoid the house for 2 weeks (despite still paying rent and Lyvly was fully aware Of the situation) and to this day she still lives there despite the tenancy contract says Lyvly doesn’t condone harassment but in reality Lyvly would not do anything to protect you if harassment does happen.

Then there was the issue of rodents. We had mice and rats issues for 4 months.

Lyvly is a good concept, it is a shame that it hasn’t been executed to its full potential and it is a shame that it doesn’t care about its members’ mental health, and allowed bullying to exist.

I have been living in one of Lyvly's co-living places for near 7 months & it's been a good experience so far. I strongly recommend Lyvly to all the professionals looking for a hassle-free place to live. Be it the leasing process, pre & post-move-in assistance, supplies, cleaning services, are all very smooth & transparent.

Special mention to all the team members working at Lyvly - you guys are amazing.

Should I come back to London in the future, I will definitely knock Lyvly's door again.

Piece of advice - Curation of housemates should be vetted for thorough professionals & no-nonsense persons. It will make life easy for both the housemates & Lyvly.

Piece of suggestion to Lyvly - I think you should expand your community to small families as well (Ex: Family of 2 or 3) who probably are looking to lease the entire flat. Huge market potential I must say. [1 bed flat or 2 bed flat]

Overall, the best place to live at ease.

Having been part of Lyvly for over a year, I must say that it was one of the best shared living experiences I’ve ever had. It is super convenient given that they take care of everything including bills, council tax as well as cleaning, but the best part is the community events. I’ve met a lot of like-minded and super cool people I can call friends now. Lyvly deffo gets a 10/10 and I can recommend it to everyone, especially to people who are new to London or tired of taking care of unnecessary rental admin.

I have been living in a Lyvly flat for 4 months now and I have enjoyed every day of it.

They offer great quality flats in good locations for very reasonable prices.

They also offer a great service when you encounter any issues in your flat.

I moved from Canada to UK (London) on a very short notice for a 2-year work assignment, without really knowing anybody here. Lyvly provided me with 1) a great pre-furnished home with everything that I could ask for, 2) an amazing community, and most importantly 3) someplace I could call home in a new country.
