Hurricane Golf

I found shopping online at Hurricane golf very easy. The products are organized and easy to display. I shopped around alot before deciding to buy at Hurricane. No other golf stores could match the low prices at Hurricane. My purchase arrived yesterday just 5 days for shipping. I took my new Speedline driver to the range today and Wow, am I ever satisfied, must have picked up 30 more yards! Can't wait to get out and play!

I ordered a set of Callaway Razr X HL iron golf clubs from Hurricane Golf. They had exactly what I was looking for at the best price I found. I also liked the idea that they were a small shop located within 50 miles of my home. I received an immediate email response from them confirming my order. I placed the order late on a Sunday night. On Monday I received an email from Hurricane Golf that the order had shipped with the tracking number as well as a confirmation email from Fedex that the order shipped. I received the order on Tuesday. The clubs arrived well packed and in perfect condition. I appreciated not only the quick response from Hurricane Golf on my order, but also the follow up emails alerting me of the progress of my order. I would definitely purchase from Hurricane Golf again.

My shoes came in two days for regular shipping. There was a good amount of communication between the store and the customer, and the product came exactly as specified on the website.

I ordered TaylorMade Rocketballz Rescue. Shipped on Aug. 14 and received on Aug. 16 FedEx ground service. I try the #4 Hybrid. I feel it is very good Hybrid and the price is about $35.00 cheaper than the other suppliers. I also purchased TaylorMade gloves. It is leather gloves and the price is less than $9.00.

I was very satisfied the excellent service from Hurricane Golf. The customer service person I spoke to was very informative to all questions that I asked him. I would definately recommend Hurricane Golf to all my friends.

I stumbled upon Hurricane Gold while searching for Callaway Diablo Edge Hybrids. Their price was the best, so I did some further research. My main concern was the authenticity of the clubs and the overall reputation of the company as a whole. Other reviews convinced me Hurricane Golf was legitimate, so I ordered the clubs. Two days later, I received the package and all was in order. Great prices, great service, and prompt delivery! Hurricane Golf will continue to grow as more people become aware of these attributes. I will recommend and continue to visit their site for any future golfing needs....CB

I don't buy much online until recently since I moved a few hours away from most retail city conveniences. So it was a bit tough when I decided to buy my wife some irons for her birthday. I was doing my research and came to find out that there are counterfeit clubs out there. I guess I knew they were out there but it never really registered in my mind until now... and that freaked me out a little bit about buying ANY clubs online. So I decided to do further research online (even tried price matching with some well known retail outlets but NO ONE I found had the prices like Hurricane - closest I found were $100 more). I also called Taylor Made (since I had decided to buy the LadyBurner 2.0's) to see what they'd say about Hurricane and they said everything about Hurricane Golf looks legitimate. So I ordered them and here are the results:

1. Ended up having them in hand in 2 days - Amazing for only $10 shipping!!

2. Called Taylor Made w/serial #'s on the clubs to confirm clubs were legit - they are!

3. Now I have a GREAT gift for my wife that she'll be very excited about and got it all at a GREAT price...

4. On top of all that, Customer Service at Hurricane Golf was great. They answered all my questions and were very professional.

I'll be coming back to Hurricane Golf for future orders for sure and I'd recommend this company/these guys to anyone!

The service was amazing, the prices were unbelievable, and I got my shipment in 3 business days even though when you order it says 7-10.

I had a really bad customer services experience with Hurricane Golf.

I ordered a full set of Taylor Made r11 clubs to be shipped to Australia. It took a week after I made the order to touch base to check in on my order, only to be told I needed to provide further details which included copies of my bank statement, showing the visa card number and address. Had used a VISA debit card, My statements did not show the card number, only the account number. To compensate I provided copies of my drivers license and a screen grab of the payment pending from my account, I was told this was still not enough.

I tried working through this issue on the live help chat, after hours of effort at 2am, I was left hanging waiting for a response, In the morning I had to follow up once again, only to find out this will still not enough information to have my order shipped.

In the end I gave up. Really disappointed. I understand they have to protect themselfs from Internet scams, but this is at the cost of a good customer service.

I am very pleased with the service I got from Hurricane Golf. I believe the price was very good and the delivery was very quick. I will buy from Hurricane Golf again. Jay King
