I found iMarine to have the lowest prices on the item(s) I needed and by far the lowest shipping costs (flat rate $9.99)
I placed an order on Saturday morning and after placing the order, realized that I needed additional items. I emailed iMarine with the additional items I needed and within an hour, they had modified my order and billed me via PayPal.
I am VERY satisfied with the service I received from iMari

I received my order on Wednesday morning (UPS).
I was pleasantly surprised with the speed in which the order was shipped and that they use UPS instead of some cut-rate shipping like "postal innovations"

iMarine had the best price on the Garmin Montana 650t and mount so I placed a pre-order on 6/3 with expected shipping on 6/24. I got a call on 6/22 saying the GPS was shipping that day and the mount would ship a few days later. Instead of holding the order up they went ahead and shipped the GPS first.
I am extremely pleased with the pricing and support given by iMarine USA and will be ordering from them again in the future.

I tried to compare prices with two other well known Marine stores and neither one responded to my email. I searched online and found IMarine and liked the price that they had on the Powerwinch rope and chain that I was looking for. I decided to take a chance and am I glad I did. Not only was the price and shipping fair, but the item was at my door the very next day. Talk about service! I plan to buy from them often in the future. One more important note. I had just come from a bad experience at a different online kayak retailer so I was delighted to find that iMarine, besides having the second lowest price I found in my Google search.. had FREE SHIPPING and bent over backwards to make sure I was satisfied. The boat arrived ontime and I could track it all the way. I even received a personal note thanking me for my purchase and offering incentives if I found other customers.

BUT big problem with Paypal who don't want to recognize New Caledonia. No problem for IMarine and Suzanne Sherwood who arrange the payment by credit card and send the items very fast.
I receive al in very good condition via Australia in 2 weeks and 3 times less price than here in Nouméa.

I have placed 8 orders from iMarine over the past 6 months as we have been doing an extensive refit of our boat, for a total of almost US$10,000 in value.

Initially I was a little worried as to whether they were a genuine site, so I looked up their web-site statistics and found they have been in business with this website for a number of years. I also found a few references to them in various cruising chat sites, all with positive comments.

So I took the plunge and ordered some initial products. They were courteous and responsive, and had no problem dealing with payment and shipping to an international customer (many US marine dealers, including web-based, are not very good at working with international customers, especially when it comes to payment). The goods were sent well packed and received in good condition.

Since then, I've placed 7 more orders, including for things not listed on their website. They've always tried to help me (there's only one thing that they couldn't get for me), and their pricing has always been very competitive, and often lower than anywhere else.

Some of the more obscure products did take a while to ship, but I think that's more to do with the manufacturers than iMarine. Many products shipped the day I placed the order.

I highly recommend them as a marine supplier.

I hadn't heard of iMarine USA before discovering their website while searching for a good price on an inverter. The price was excellent so I called to find out delivery time as one item I wanted was out of stock. The person on the phone was very helpful and got back to me with the information I needed. Since two items that I needed weren't in stock, they had the entire order dropped shipped within a day or two, and gave me the UPS tracking info when it was shipped. It all arrived on the stated day and now I just need to get it installed and put to work.

I was very pleased with the customer service person and probably saved 20% compared to most other dealers.

I have done a couple orders through iMarine USA and they always have shipped very promptly and arrived complete and in fine condition. I did lots of shopping around to find the lowest price for some fairly big items and iMarine came out cheapest but still offers great service. They even called my phone to make sure my order arrived ok. That kind of service makes me believe that if there was a problem with a shipment they would be available to make it right. I'm a fan.

I ordered A Poly Planar WC-400 enclosure for my radio.I became Ill and was not able to put my MRD 60 Poly planar radio in my boat until this week. The Enclosure did not fit the radio as the customer service representative said it would it was absolutely USELESS! I have E-mailed the company but it has not been resolved yet and this was a 60.00 enclosure. Alot of money for something that Doesn't Fit The Manufactures own Product .As of 5/10 the owner ED stayed on the ball followed up with Poly Planar,the manufacturer who told them the radio would not fit and I Marine refunded my money .I am extremely leased with the outcome and will certainly purchase from them again !!!!!

This was my 2nd order with IMarine USA. Very prompt, good prices, and they really keep the customer informed as to the status of the order from start to finish. No worries.

Both of my kayak orders were shipped within 12 hours of my placing the order and arrived in less than 5 days. They had the best price on the web and then shipped for free! Ordered a Garmin Blue Chart on Monday evening at around 7:30 PM. Got a call back immediately probably to verify it was a valid order and the pleasant lady asked me what piece of equipment I was going to use it on and confirmed it was the correct card. I wanted it quickly but chose UPS ground. The Rep told my it would ship from their New Jersey warehouse and I should get it in 2-3 days. That was good news. Received it in Miami, FL, Wednesday afternoon, less than 48 hours after placing the order with a store that had the lowest price. Can't beat that!!

I made a phone call at about 7:25 at night to check stock on a few items and the phone was answered by a very knowledgeable person that helped me with my order. There was an item that I knew I needed but did not have a part number for. In less time than it took to ask the question I had my answer and added it to my order.
