Difficult to order by part number or otherwise, but far easier than ANY other site on the Internet. Admittedly, I may have been looking for rare parts, but they shouldn't be so difficult to find. Blame Brembo? Most likely. But that would assume they really don't want to sell replacement parts for their big brake kits, and that seems a bit much. I found all sites difficult to use, but this site is the only site that proved to be manageable. In fact, it was easy to find the pads I need after I found the rotors. In addition, they also appear to have the best prices.

Great service, good shipping time. My only criticism is it would have bee juice to receive an email confirmation about the order or the shipping. I had to check my credit card to see it was charged to know the order was processed.

Failed to register because I did not tick the "I am not a robot" box, which I did. Try to call the service number but I was holding for one hour then finally give up and just ordered with about 10$ increased while trying to be registered! As I have to install asap, I am just ordering but I am not happy.

quick order and shopping experience so far. Correct brakes arrived in time for my race at a good price. They never responded to my customer service questions on phone or email, but fortunately the parts arrived so all was good.

Easy checkout! Cheaper prices than Amazon. Shipping was slower than expected - had to follow up and was told the products were being shipped directly from the manufacturer. Website says products ship same day when order submitted before 2pm. In my case, the products weren't shipped until several days later. The significantly lower price still made it worth it.

Have had good service in the past. Almost always the best prices. Quick shipping. If ever a problem in past, I was always contacted swiftly and responses to my questions were quick. No reason to shop elsewhere. Thank you

They must have misplaced my order because almost 3 weeks after I placed the order I had not heard from them and I tried calling but I gave up after being on hold for 75 minutes and then I emailed them and two days later I received the shipment.

I've placed three orders with IRP in the six months. Have been more satisfied with each order and will be back for more stuff for the BRZ soon!

I was expecting sub-par service because of the fact that I always seem to run into that when I give a smaller internet merchant (relative to Amazon or eBay) a chance to earn my business. Not so in this case. From the get-go, I was treated very well by Mike (his name keeps coming up in these reviews) and he answered all of my questions. They weren't the cheapest online, but their header on the website said that they would be, so they price matched and shipped them for free. Can't beat that. I thought there was going to be a problem early though, as a promised email receipt never appeared so a few days later I called and as it turns out it went to the wrong email address (it was off by 1 letter). Once that was sorted, I immediately received the receipt. Another problem that arose was that the shocks I had requested were on backorder and so the wait was going to be longer than I realized. But, the parts ended up arriving a FULL WEEK ahead of schedule so I couldn't be happier. All that said, I plan to buy parts from them again in the future. I can't recommend them enough.

I placed my order at 5 online stores and only two were excellent quality of service class VIP.
In this store, I came back and made repeat purchases for his Mercedes GL 450.
Jeff helped me a lot (a very modest man) helped pick up parts for the engine and brakes, helped pick the best option of delivery to Russia and all parts of high quality.
Given the fact that it has fulfilled all its obligations under the shipment.
When I'm having problemma in paragraph get it every day for 20 days helped to solve my problemma.
I'm sorry that I did not know before this store.
This store is a VIP, all indicators for two of the five best purchase I have selected stores!

I bought pair of Honda Accord rotors from them last year and around 5 months before there was shuddering and shaking and they were warped in less than 10k miles. I finally contacted them last week and they said they couldn’t warranty them and suspected I drive fast or brake hard and they could sell me better rotors. I declined and said I am normal average driver who uses car car for commenting and not racing. They sell junk and don’t warranty so stay away from these guys. Buy OEM pay higher and have peace of mind I would never do business with them again. You can’t contact them via phone only via email. That’s says this is a crooked outfit. Why won’t they talk to customers.

Yet to get my part and I paid 20 something for overnight shipping been two days I want my parts and the money I spent for overnight shipping cost returned since I'm in the us and it wasn't over nighted. I've read others reviews the didn't pay extra and git theirs next day I'm in satisfied

I have been ordering from Import Replacement Parts for years, and they've always been a pleasure to work with. They have a great selection of parts (almost anything you could possibly be looking for) and their prices and service are great! I'd definitely recommend them!

This is the second order I've placed with Import RP, and once again everything went as planned. I spoke with Mike on the phone and he helped figure out exactly what clutch I needed for my car. The price beat anything else I could find, and I had the clutch on my doorstep within 2 days of ordering with the free ground shipping! I will order all of my parts from Impore Replacement Parts in the future!

Item ordered was a cat-back exhaust (646.31 total w/FREE S&H) for a 2014 Nissan Maxima which was on back order from Megan Racing (Manufactor). I knew it was on back order as I checked prior to ordering it from IRP.com, and informed the sales rep that the item was on back-order and getting confirmation from the sales rep at IRP that my findings were correct.

However I placed the order knowing that I would have to wait. Ordered in Oct 2016 and getting the item Dec 28, 2016. Just wanted to thank them with this review on getting a hard to find product and fulfilling the order with no issues/damages/hassle/frustrations.

Thanks for coordinating with Megan Racing on the back-order part and getting 1 unit saved for me. Also thanks for allowing me to order a back-order/OOS part that was not even available in the US during that time.
