We ordered 2 x 1500 wall mounted "Hotello" hair dryers and 3 x 1400 for our shower blocks (rated depending on use). Delivery as planned, easy to order and decent price. Seem easy to install and work well. Time will tell if they do all promised, as only installed today.

One of the 4 handdryers I purchased didn’t work. I send an email asking for someone to contact me about a replacement but I didn’t hear anything back.

I phoned to seek advice on which model best suited our requirements they were very helpful, friendly and efficient. The dryers came on time, look and work great

Although a slight hiccup with the order not turning up as expected, this was soon remedied and the drier turned up the next day after a quick phone call.

I’ve paid nearly four hundred pounds for the two Handdryers I’ve to many complaints from my customers because it doesn’t dry quickly as it was listed so that’s why I’m not happy with the product

the shaver socket on the hair dryer did not accept british 2 pin plugs when i contacted customer services for some assistance they didn't reply having said they would find out why

The purchase was very easy it’s the second hand dryer in just over a week.
I purchased on Friday for Tuesday delivery promised at order it coming today Wednesday very disappointing as my customer can’t use the toilet this happened on the other order

I contacted Intelligent Hand Dryers direct and spoke to Richard who told me the price was so good as the dyer was a return but had not been opened.
True to his word when the Dyson Airblade arrived it was as new and the box had not even been opened. I received excellent service both with advice and delivery time and would definitely use this company again.

I ordered a soap dispenser on the 1st of October and it never arrived.
I had to cancel it on the 10th of October due to the customer could not wait any longer.

Website doesn’t tell you items are out of stock so let’s you order and pay, then after chasing I get told it’ll come week commencing 1st June, today is the 9th and I’m still waiting. Shocking service!!
