Don’t ever buy Coins , I bought coins twice and now never get any wins, they track if u make a purchase and you lose almost 90% because they know you made a purchase and on your daily spins it burns through that in 5 min. Then they want you to purchase again. Beware !!!!!

I signed onto Jackpot Party ten minutes ago and have lost ALL LEVELS OF PLAY. The daily bonus awarded 1.4 million, but after two years, I am back to Level 1?

I am a power player and spend between $750-$1250 per week on JPC and have been a player since 2015-ish? I'm done though as of today having just fried $249.99 in about six minutes. If any developers/managers from the game are reading this (not likely) you have taken something that used to be a fun, thrilling distraction for a lot of people and turned it into a cash grab frenzy preying on peoples' weaknesses and addictions. Nice job bringing the payouts down to demonstrably WORSE than even the tightest real casino -- and right before a massive recession. Nice work, fellas. Good luck getting anyone to buy even the $4.99 package in the future if you keep up these dismal and borderline criminal payout percentages. Clearly driven by greed and avarice. Consumers, this is NOT a game but a way to separate you from your hard earned cash. Avoid at all costs -- as shall I from this day forward.

I've been playing Jackpot Party since 2013, maybe it was 2014, but a long time. It used to be fun. Skip to 2019 where a new company took over. Totally unplayable now unless you buy, buy, buy, buy, buy, buy, etc., infinity. Their payouts must be in the 5% range now. I play slots at real casino's every weekend, and have for about 16 years. My worst casino trip in my life still wasn't as bad as playing now on Jackpot Party. They are only about profits now, not the players. I'm ashamed to even have bought coins from them. You have been warned, don't do it and get hooked. That's what they want, and next thing you know, your credit cards are maxed out.

I have been playing JPP for 5 years from Australia! Had the need to purchase coins (Double $$$ with the exchange rate! Shocking!) Upon purchasing coins - I swear they have "tracked" me? I went down 14 MILLION $'s in 3 DAYS - on the "Anchorman" Game which always payed out big! Not any more!!! Still betting the same amount - never ever winning anymore!
There are heaps of complaints online with people saying the same thing! Make a purchase and they "track" you and make sure you LOSE!! OUTRAGEOUS JPP ......you lost me!!!

After playing this game for 8 years they changed everything. All of the games are tightened and they don’t let you win anything you just spin and spin without winning anything or very little. The bonuses stink and so do the games it’s not worth playing anymore especially if you pay I wouldn’t waste my Money. I told all of my friends who play and purchase to not waste their time or money play something else.

I've inadvertently made 2 purchases at $50 each simply by picking up my phone and setting it back down. I asked them to refund me and take back their points, but they refused. I can't afford that kind of money.

I just contacted hope an told them an sent them some players number as I only play as a guest but my credit card is on file I lost 1billion 700 million shoes them my levels 3rd tier on bingo an they told me they could find any proof I lost so to compensate me well give you 133million which went in about 2 mins I play about 10 million a pull in unbelievable have uninstalled completely I'm like the person who said there ashamed to admit they spent any money I used to like them. All I can say is be very careful money is money real $$$$$$$i mean

Just like all the "free to play" games, you can only PLAY for free for about 1 minute, then you either have to buy credits or exit the app. I've learned the hard way to hardly ever buy because the developers of these games are thieves. SOME ARE BEING SUED IN CLASS ACTIONS IN WASHINGTON STATE, so keep a look out and join class actions (Playtika is one). Get your money back after they lure you to purchase and you lose it all with NO ENTERTAINMENT VALUE whatsoever.

Since the take over, Jackpot Party now SlotsMagic has lost its appeal, customer service levels have dropped, VIP programme it the worst I have seen and they false advertise on there website saying platinum VIP + get faster payouts yet turns out this is not the case and subject to approval, of course the first time I asked for this they never did it??

Been playing this site for several years & was surprised to find a few days ago that the minimum bet on featured games was raised from $180,000 to $500,000. Find it interesting that Jackpot Party took this action during a time when everyone is stuck at home due to Coronavirus. To me, this correlates to greed on their part and a blatant money grab to force a purchase of more coins from their loyal customers who were previously allowed to play featured games with a lower minimum bet. I reached out to their customer service and received a curt repy saying, "It is because the chances of large payouts is higher than other slots." I found this to be an unsatisfactory response since it did not address the fact that they chose to make this change during this particular time. Yes, I like the games Jackpot Party offers, but luckily, there are many other online offerings and guess it is time to move on to another that I feel is more fair.
