Signed up for bingo as new customer to get bonus offer, deposit £10 get £30 I used the code as asked on the site, so I deposit £10 and no bonus so I thought I need to play 10 to get it so I played the 10 and nope still nothing, everytime I click live chat or support page the whole website freezes so I refresh and still froze but the rest of this site works to gamble away money but when you don't get your bonus and try to contact support the site seems to just freeze, Avoid this site if you can, there is 100s of others that are better.

I've been using BGO for a few months now, and this is by far the best online site. Fun and easy to use games with a lot of variety.

I deposited a total of £7,500 in mid April and after losing £3,550 I decided to withdraw the remaining balance of £3,950 towards the end of April and I still have not received the money. I tried e mailing on 4th May to ask why I hadn't received my money yet and initially received a response apologising for the delay but have since received an email (12th May) just stating that my account has been closed, with no reference to the pending withdrawal. I have emailed many times since but have had no replies and on the live chat they just close the chat on me. I am very worried, this has caused me a lot of distress at a difficult time for me.

I opened a new account and won a good sum of money on first day. Tried to withdraw and bgo asked for sllsorts of ridiculous verification. Like a photo of me holding my drivers licence to my face. I sent them loads of verification everything they asked. For them to email saying I wouldn't get my winnings as I'm linked to a excluded account in my name. I've never had an account with them they won't explain and have kept my money . Surely if i had had an account with them they wouldn't let me open a new one. There's software for that. Ive had the same details all my life. My wife has an excluded account not me as she didnt like the bgo site. I should have listened to her. Absolute scam. Will not send proof of so called account and will not speak to me. Wont even give back the deposits I made on the day I won let alone my winnings. Stay clear not a good trustworthy site

A company that's thinks it's OK to allow me to deposit £140 then allow me to win £200but then refuse to give me any ov my money back when I try and withdral.
