Purchased a hoody from jack wills which after two washes has gone super bobbly which is very poor. The shape hasn’t held out nor has the print on the front. Contacted customer services who was very rude in the response and told me to return at a cost to myself and “if” deemed faulty I may get a refund!! Such a shame as this is the first time I’ve purchased from them but now knowing what I know will be the last due to quality

For the first time, I decided to browse the clothes in Jack Wills and - after trying on some jeans but finding, as usual, that I couldn’t see clearly how they looked in the changing room mirrors – decided to buy the pair of jeans and check they fitted correctly at home. Sadly, the skinny jeans did not flatter my 50-year-old figure in the cold light of day away from the hazy changing room mirrors so I decided to return them. I was very shocked to be told that I could not have a refund even though I’d only bought them four days earlier, had the receipt and the jeans had all the original tags on. The lady pointed to an inconspicuous piece of paper to the side of the desk informing me of their returns policy. Nobody pointed this out to me when I bought the jeans or said anything. I don’t require the jeans and really don’t need or want anything else from Jack Wills. Very unhappy about this.

If I could leave no stars I would, so disappointing that Jack Wills has introduced a no refund policy, that's the last time I shop there (as with other stores that have introduced this policy). Jack Wills used to be of a certain prestige and moral standing and have not always had this policy but have sneakily introduced it and do not make you aware at the time of purchases, poor show Jack Wills.

after ordering a few different products online, i received them in the post, only to find out they had sent me the wrong goods. i have emailed them, and tried phoning but there has been no response at all, the items were for a gift, and they are totally different to the ones i ordered, such a let down. cannot get anything out of them at all, so guess i will have to pay for items i never ordered, and wont ever use.

A Quailty brand sold out and gone to the dogs! I used to be an avid buyer of the Jack Wills brand, highlight of Christmas for me was going into the Winchester Store for the invitation day where i spent close to £700 on garments, the quality and feel of the clothes was of such high standard. however since FCB has taken over the brand, he has managed to cheapen what was one a great brand. all clothes now made in China! terrible stitching, I was bought boxer shorts for my fathers day gift, as i like their underwear, but the waist band stitching said Jack Wicks as it had not been matched up properly. terrible company now, i have moved to Blakely Clothing and they now take my money for quality. BOYCOTT EVERYTHING JACK WILLS! PS: below "how quick did the company rely?.... They never did"!

I based in New Zealand, and recently purchased a few items online at Jackwills. 1. They did not update the tracking status, they used to be, for the previous order. 2. When I received them, there were two faulty items. One with the stain security tag on it, another one faulty, missing parts. I will attach our email, the pictures of the items included. 3. I asked Jackwills customer service team, how should I do, they provided pour customer service to this. The first item they recommended me to take to the local store and issue a voucher to me which I am fine with that as I want to keep it. However, It takes me a lot of time as there are no retailers are using the stain security tag. I have tried many stores and I found one finally. after that they did not reply to me about the voucher at all, so I ask for this. and they issued a voucher after 2-3 weeks. The second item, they said will issue 10 Pounds voucher to me if I can fix it by myself. I replied I prefer to return it, then no reply for a week. Then I email them again to get updates, another customer service agent took my case and said I can return and will reimburse the postage fee once I show the proof the postage receipt. and will refund it to me once received the item. But When I proof the receipt of the postage fee to them, they change to another agent to tell me it won't happen. They will process it once receive the item, and here is the argument part. To sum up, They kept changing their promises which confused the customer. and they do not feel sorry for this. what an unhappy online shopping experience. Kind regards, Tia

Sold me a sale item for £70 when the tag said £25! Do NOT buy from JW online EVER!! When i contacted them they refused to give me the over charge back saying, they would not charge me full price for a sale item. But that is exactly what happened. I will never buy from them again. They won’t be around for much longer with customer service like this!

Awful experience trying to return on-line items. Post office won't accept the JW address quoted on the website and return labels, they say it doesn't exist. Tried contacting JW customer service - no response. Gave an honest and accurate 'bad' review on TrustPilot and they answered that quick enough with all the right assurances they'd put it right, but the reality is I'm still stuck with items I don't want and can't return. Watch this.... next it will be my fault for not returning items within their prescribed 28 days!

Had very good customer service from a lovely lady called Hannah in the Chester store today. Pointed out a promotion on polo shirts to me that I hadn’t noticed, went into the store room to get the size I wanted, nothing was too much trouble. A pleasant change.?

Was about to place an order on the Jack Wills site after seeing several items of interest in a sale email. As always, I checked the returns policy and found no mention of being able to return delivery to a store as was previously the case. After checking online, I see they no longer offer this return option, instead requiring you to incur return postage costs if items don’t fit. I therefore did not proceed with my order and will unlikely order online from JW again.

Was not told when I bought a coat they did not do refunds. When I queryed this they said it was because they did not want to "overwhelm" the customer with info at the point of purchase: I'd rather have been enlightened with my rights than had a chunk of money kept in their desperate pockets forever. They refused to accept they did wrong in not informing the customer of this. A joke. This irrelevant brand struggles to stay afloat with its gross 2009 preppy styles that are dead I tells ya, so decides to rob its customers instead. Never again.

Endmoor boyfriend T shirt not as described. If you are going to advertise it as having stitched in turned up sleeves, then the least you expect are turned up sleeves! Just ordinary flat ones on this garment. Didn’t return it as there is no free postage, so no point. But guess what Jack Wills...I’ll buy elsewhere from now on.

SCAM DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE!! SCAM DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE!!! I recently purchased three items from the Jack Will online store and received the wrong order and was charged twice. Attempting to contact JW customer service was a nightmare (sometimes waiting for over an hour) for a response only to confirm they could not help. I am bitterly disappointed and recommend not to use this service.

I went in on Black Friday and got some excellent deals. However the Taunton store is very small and does not stock a full range of clothes (I had been in a Birmingham store a couple of weeks before). Sale prices are excellent but I can't help thinking their clothes are overpriced anyway!

I am not really a jeans wearer as I’ve never felt comfy in them until I tried the Jack Wills ones loved them ... went to buy a second and third pair and the last two pairs the elastic stretch in the crotch is giving way , I’m a size 12 and so, so disappointed to say the least . Is it the fact they are now owned by sports direct that the quality has changed ?? Sadly I need to find another brand with the same cut but better quality.

After I ordered my first items I received an order confirmation and they took the payment but after 2 weeks of not receiving my goods emailed the company to which they were really quick at replying but non of the emails told me much other than they had made an error and my order never went through, tried to order the goods again which half of them were out of stock! So eventually ordered 2 of the items to be told the one which was available of the website he could not guarantee would come as marked as out of stock but he tried to order it anyway hence it didn't come so just received the one item fell the website obviously needs updating more and the service I received was nothing like the service I get when I go to the shop really disappointed in jw online!

Ordered 2 down gilets & paid for next day delivery. complained to customer services after 3rd then 5th day when order hadn’t arrived, they agreed to refund postage. Items finally arrived after 8 days! The delay was due to the company’s poor distribution centre and not the postal service.

No refund on an item I bought 30 mins previously in the Bath store. Only a credit note. I can’t afford to not have my money back, especially over Christmas. Really upsetting. Will never buy from Jack Wills again. Terrible customer service policy.

I tried to buy something with a gift card, which was rejected and i found out that all gift cards were made void a few months back. So now i have to send a gift card to their head office to then wait 21 days and get a replacement. Terrible experience. Would not be buying anything from them if it wasnt for the gift card! Really frustrated, not something i want to be doing around work.
