I have Happily purchased Swatch Watches from this company before but have noticed a change in the display/information of the models limiting my ability to get specifications for certain models. If this is improved I may purchase more!

I ordered two watches that were on sale. Received first a confirmation, and later an email saying the orders were cancelled due to a pricing error, and that I would not be charged. Not only was I incensed at having the orders cancelled due to their mistake, but they did charge me. I had to challenge the charges to obtain refunds for the cancelled orders. I will never shop this site again! Do yourself a favor and avoid this retailer.

I believe that I was shipped a watch that was not first quality. It was either a refurb or return. This unit was defective out of the box. It would not keep time for more than 24 hours. The watch hands would constantly lose sync. I never actually got to wear this watch, every morning when I would go to put it on it would not have the correct time. I called them shortly after I got the watch and they only offered a repair (no refund available). I shipped the watch back to them at (my expense), they refused the package. Several weeks later it was returned undeliverable (seller refused delivery). I contacted them to ask why the package was refused and they offered no explanation but said to ship it back to them again (at my expense). The second time I shipped via UPS and it was accepted. This repair process took about a month. I get the watch back and it has the exact same issues. I call them and once again ask for a refund and the only offer a repair. The suggestion is that I ship again at my expense. Eventually they do offer to pay for the shipping but don't offer a refund on a watch that has proven to be a dud. Fast forward 4 weeks I call them (they had not bothered to call me) and ask the status on the watch. They immediately offer a refund (why I had to call to get this makes no sense unless they were just hoping I would forget). So I finally get a refund at the end of October for a watch purchased in May that I never actually got to wear because it never kept time. I am not happy and will not do business with them again. I lost $30 (around $10 in shipping twice and the $10 service fee that I had to pay for them to look at the dud watch that they sent me). As an update, The seller has attempted to remedy this situation and offered a refund for out of pocket costs related to this transaction. They have assured me this is not a typical experience and I might be willing to consider this seller again in the future because their prices are very good.

I have written three times requesting my tracking number for order 2032557. The first two times I got the same response "Please allow till the end of business day today for us to reply to you with a more accurate response." They haven't responded to my third inquiry yet. I ordered a watch for my best friend almost three weeks ago and still haven't received it. We are meeting in DC this weekend for our gift exchange and I still don't have her present.

I ordered 2 watches with no problems. I ordered an other watch witch I wanted to exchange for an other but they wanted to charge me $14.99 to ship back to them. Already paid $4.99 to get it ship to me initially. That's $19.98 for shipping cost . That's sucks!

it is been 2 months and 14 days since i send my diesel watch to get secondhand fix but i didnt hear from them called in few times they said replacement part just arrived we will ship it in couple days and past 2 more week i called in today same think part just arrived it will ship this week

I debated for about nine months before finding the right price and finally "pulling the trigger." The rose gold watch is exactly what I was hoping for and I love wearing it.

Our employee didn't want our typical 10 year award and wanted a swatch watch instead, we searched the internet and found Jacobtime. The price was right, the service was excellent and our employee was thrilled. Thank you Jacobtime for making this such an easy process!!

Purchased a beautiful Movado for my wife as her Christmas present. There were some credit card security features that prevented me from shopping from many online resellers so I decided to use the jacobtime pay by amazon feature and it allowed me to make my purchase through amazon. While doing so, I was unable to get my 5% discount so I didn't think I would ever get the discount. Anyway the watch arrived perfect, before Christmas and in mint condition. My wife was very happy for the Christmas and so was I. A couple of days later I received an email asking if everything was ok with my purchase from jacobtime and I said yes but told the agent that I was unable to get the discount they offered through the pay by amazon even though the promo code box was there but didn't work. The agent told me that they would still give me the discount and a couple of days later I received the discount on my credit card statement. Excellent service and they really stand by their commitment. Well done jacobtime you got a customer for life!

I've had the Hamilton Intra-Matic for 2 and a half months and it seems to be running fine.
It arrived well packaged and brand new in the estimated time frame.

The watch was perfect except the band only came with 9 links vs. the needed 10 or 11.

I am sad to return it. Service rep offered manufactures phone number to order links.

We were looking for a special watch for my nephew's college graduation and Jacobtime.com had the one I liked for the best price available. When he messed up the settings several months after purchase, their Customer Service Dept. talked him through the reset! I would recommend Jacobtime.com and plan to shop with this vendor again!

Company took week off and almost three weeks no watch. Stay clear!

I wanted a Marc Jacobs watch I seen on a stewardess so I searched high and low. I found it on Jacobtime. I had never heard of them but I found them! Everything went extremely quick and smooth from ordering to receiving within a few days. My watch arrived in perfect working order and as beautiful as I remembered at a GREAT price. Thank you Jacobtime! I will order again. :)

I bought a Victorinox Swiss Army watch from Jacobtime in September '16. It died in LESS than two months (after extremely quiet use as I was recovering from back surgery!) and then cost me $20 to send it to be fixed under warrantee and get it returned. It took nearly two months to get it repaired. So time will tell whether the fix is successful or it'll stop running again in another two months, or less. My last similar Swiss Army watch is still running after years with no problems. My concern is that I might have an oddball Swiss Army lemon.

I have purchased 3 watches with Jacob time.They have all been of great quality and resonably priced.The website is tedious to navigate/use.Jacobtime may consider using a good webmaster to update it's site, and make the formatting of the site a little more user friendly.

I bought the watch as a Christmas gift and was excited but when he opened it and realized the battery was dead. It wasn't worth sending it back and asking for a refund but it was inconvenient that I had to take it to a jeweler to have the battery replaced on a "brand new" watch.

I ordered a watch with standard shipping and it came within the week, so super fast shipping, and the product was new for a really good price. Definite would use this site again :)

I bought myself a watch I was looking for one long time ago and I found it it's not too big not too small something that it fits my personality pretty good good price shipping was excellent n fast I will recommend hundred percent jacobtimes
