You know what in the current environment we understand the many challenges that Vendors,Purchasers,Real Estate Agents, Financial Institutions etc have so I can honestly say that Tony Douglas has communicated every step of the way and that is all one can ask. In the end it's about service delivery and in this instance it cannot be faulted, just tell us how it is and let's work together to get the job done. Jess was amazing from the first time we met her. She was bubbly and very helpful. The purchase process for our new home was really straight forward (once Jess helped us sign the contract on line as we hadn't done that before). She followed up after the sale to make sure everything was ok. Would definitely recommend Jess and Jellis Craig to anyone looking to sell or purchase.

Chris Hingston has recently sold our home in Canterbury. We were extremely impressed with his enthusiasm, knowledge and constant feedback.
