The dress arrived in plenty of time and when I saw it, I loved it I was so scared that the to would be to large , but the alterations were perfect. The dress fitted perfect. The only other thing I needed to wear with this dress was my panties, but it was a little chilly so I wore stockings. A bought this dress for my wedding day as we only arranged 3wks before. A ordered my normal size with no alterations to it. The dress definitely looks more expensive than it was material was lovely. I ordered my wedding dress from Jen Jen House in late April using the exact measurements feature. My dress arrived 12 days later exactly as I had ordered. The dress is fantastic! I took it to my cleaners to steam out as it was just shipped in a brown cardboard box inside out inside of a plastic bag. It looks like a $600 dress at least! I will have a bustle added by my local seamstress but I could'nt be more thrilled. My 5 bridesmaids are ordering their dresses from Jen Jen House and my mother has already purchased her mother-of-the-bride dress, which is also so well made and beautiful! Do not hesitate! I ordered dress #016014726 ALine/Princess V neck knee length tulle sequined cocktail dress in white. When the dress arrived on April 14th the sequined was silver. I contacted the company just after ordering and they assured me the sequined would be white. They will not exchanged the dress for another color. There response to me was they are sorry i don't like the color . it's NOT I don't like the color It's NOT the color I ordered. They only offered me 15% refund.

Veronica Gao from the company has reached out to me and made a better offer for returning the dress. I found a seamstress and gold sequins to have the dress change. I will be keeping the dress. I do appreciate the company making an effort to correct the problem!

i received my item two weeks before it was supposed to come. i have to say that it is so much more than i had expected! it is perfect in every way. the color is beautiful, they have included spare beads, the size is perfect. i faced some technical problems with the website, which they helped immediately. the sizes i had given weren't 100% correct, which they noticed and warned me, even though i had gone to a tailor to get measured. i'd give them 10 stars if it's possible. overall perfect.

My daughter and I selected a beautiful dress from their online site for her to wear to her Junior Prom. I paid for it and even paid extra for the dress to be customized to her measurements. I expected this to ensure I would not have to pay extra for alterations once we received the dress. I provided the sizing information in my order based on the instructions provided by the seller.

When we received the dress it was almost two sizes too large. I had to pay an additional $100 to a local seamstress to have the dress altered in time for my daughter's prom event. After the alterations were completed, the dress was indeed a show-stopper and looked gorgeous on my daughter.

I've recently been contacted by JenJenHouse.com regarding this issue. They were courteous, respectful, and very concerned about my experience. Upon further discussion, we came to a fair and agreed upon resolution.

Originally I had decided not to shop with them again. However, after being contacted by them I feel they stepped up to the plate to ensure their customer was taken care of and satisfied. Therefore, I would now reconsider that decision and would indeed shop with them again.

My recommendation to anyone interested in adding the customized option when purchasing a dress would be to ensure that the measurements sent and received are accurate and consistent -- perhaps request the seller to provide the measurements back to you before the dress is made to help you both confirm their accuracy.
