The necklace is pretty and the Swarovski crystal is sparkling. However, the chain is not even while the chain is fasten on both sides of the stone, which mean I can't adjust the length of the chain. When I was wearing it, the stone is not centered on my chest. It kept off the center.

Bad site. They claim they sell estate and liquidation jewelry and gems, but it's just all cheap junk make in Thailand and India. They use stock photos as well, so the item you're seeing in the photo is not the item you're bidding on. Very misleading and dishonest! And they charge you an arm and a leg for shipping and handling.

I been shopping with them for a while before they got upgraded. Recently I got to win some nice jewelries and got them checked and they were genuine as they were advertised except for one ring that had a difference in design but it's looking nice. Shipping is a bit high if you buy too little amount,buy more and pay less shipping. I recommend anyone to shop at jewelryroom if you want value and variety.

My fiancé and I was searching for the best shop to buy our wedding rings. When we finally got into Jewelry Room we just came out after a few days with two gorgeous rings. That is the place that helped us to decide what we want and get it for a reasonable price. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for quality jewelry.

I have been wearing this ring as my everyday ring for about a year. I purchased it because I wanted a ring that I didn't wouldn't worry about losing, bending, chipping, getting extremely dirty, etc. This ring fit the bill. I work with heavy tools and this ring only had a few scratches. None of the stones have fallen out, it has not tarnished or is bent. I don't take it off when doing dishes or showering. I haven't had it cleaned or cleaned it with anything other than dish water and soap.

The Jewelry Room is wonderful place to buy jewelry. First of all, there is the great selection of wedding and engagement rings I was looking at. I believe I will never buy a piece of jewelry anywhere else again because here I have found the best ring for my fiancé. It's no more expensive than going to a jewelry store and just picking something out. Guys do the great work making people happy!

Best experience ever. Choosing the jewelry is always complicated task. It is hard to find the right size and color and what is more important appropriate price. It is rarely situation when I had such a great customer experience that it is pleasure to write a positive review. I purchased here the marvelous diamond pendant for my girlfriend. So satisfied with this experience. Not only the quality of the jewels here is the best of the best in any category that would fit your budget, the customer service is above superb. Way better than the picture! And fits like a glove! I'm a size 8, and was skeptical if it would fit or not and it fits perfectly. It looks like the REAL thing, lots of shine and sparkle. The size of the center crystal is also perfect not too big and not too small!

Didn't send me what I bought. Sent a cheap piece of costume jewelry instead. Supposed to get genuine amber stone bracelet. Got cheap yellow glass. Had a 'fashion jewelry' tag from China! Supposed to be 18K gold plated over sterling silver. Liars!

The pictures on the website look good. The prices are so cheap...and there is a reason for this - the stock it terrible. I ordered a ring for $200us I waited 8 weeks,the good I received were shipped from Hong Kong - on opening the parcel the ring was terrible - I wouldn't even wear it - terrible quality & cheap looking - think kids jewellery & the worst thing - there is no returns details & the website doesn't even have a contact us page. Be warned - this is a rip off!! I can only conclude that all the positive reviews are fakes!! So idisappointed!!

I really like the Night Lamp with Bluetooth Speakers that I bought from this website. Every night, I use it on my night stand. It serves its purpose really well, sometimes when I'm finished studying and does not need the light, I use it to listen to radio and play with the colors. You can just touch it to change colors. One time we used it for grilling and swimming outside and it is lovely. This has 7 different colors, touch if you want to change it and it is cordless! Very portable and simple to use. Works great, good sounds come out and it is affordable.

NEVER BUY FROM THIS STORE, purchased a three diamond ring for over $400. The setting and diamond were total junk. A jeweler looked at it and said they called it FROZEN SPIT. I sent the ring back through Canada Post and have a receipt saying who signed for the parcel on May 7th. I am still fighting to get my money back. Every excuse is used and you can not talk to anyone from the company. The so called" Live Chat" is a third party company that can not do anything except send them an e-mail. They can not tell you anything about the money coming back to me at all. The company had the nerve to ask if I wanted a credit instead of my money back? What to buy more junk? Never use this company again. I agree with the one of the coments saying that the positive comments must be put on here by employees.

I love my buy & I bought them at a reasonable price, with the cost of gold these days. They are very easy to wear and you can wear them daily and can pair with any dress I have. The only thing that could make these better and I would hope for to be honest, is if they came in ROSE gold too!

I received the ring I ordered 2 weeks ago as a new wedding set for our wedding anniversary. I just got lucky because I have been looking at some black diamond bridal sets and the prices are really high, but I stumbled upon Jewelryroom and got the ring for just $750 ish including shipping! It's really not that bad since I cheapest I found elsewhere is $1,000 something. I saved a lot! It is already a full carat black diamond and I am glad I bought it, it is beautiful and it always what I wanted. It is a catch because price for the amount of diamonds you receive along with it being 14 carat white gold!
