I ordered a Raymond Weil Maestro watch as a deal of the day (3/20/13). The watch I received did not have bright blue hands as was pictured (and as I have seen in jewelry stores)so I called to confirm the correct watch was shipped as mistakes sometimes happen. I spoke to someone that asked me to talk a photo and email it and they would make sure it was correct. This seemed very helpful and I sent the email. But then I never heard back, so after Joma reopened after passover, I called customer service again. This time I got someone rude, who would not even look for or look at the email and told me that the pictures on line are enhanced to make the watch appealing and did I remove the cover on the face of the watch. There was no cover on the watch face or back when I received it and the tag was a tag looped loosely on the band so matching this tag number to the model ordered did not give me comfort that the watch was the same. I asked the gentlemen to look at the photo I sent and he refused and told me if the model number matches then just send it back if I don't like it. I have ordered from Joma before, but may never do so again, I should not be treated rudely by customer service when I am trying to confirm something simple, and I said I you don't have to be rude when I am asking a question. And then I was not provided his name when I asked, there was a pause and then the line was hung up.
I wanted to update this because I was contacted by another member of customer service and they have now looked at my photo and said it was an error and are working to fix it - thank you JomaShop - Levi & Lada- for restoring my expectations.

I‘m a Chinese customer,I had shopped in JomaShop for several times.JomaShop is a great website that I almost visit every day! You will find lots of surprises there if you are a fan of watches. I like it very much as soon as many friend of me in our country.

I received the authentic watch days before the expected date. I'm very pleased with my purchase and has been telling others about the website. I only wish that I could use the $20 coupon for $300 or over purchase that Joma sent me, per customer rep on a chat, I couldn't used the coupon on the watches that I wanted to buy as gift for relatives.

After 20 days, I finally received the watch I bought. Everything looks good, but inside the watch dial plate glass cover, right on top of number 10, a stain which can't be removed unless you open the glass cover makes me unsatisfied.

Orders 17T2330 and 17T2261 placed on 12/21 both arrived incomplete and in disarray, original manuals are missing and items appear used/not authentic. The plastic tape on them appears to be a suranwrap type of plastic, not original plastic covering used on original Rado watches. The watch tag was removed on one item, manuals missing on both orders. I've been emailing/calling Jomashop since late December, I was promised a call or email back from an Azzi on or around 12/26, nothing received back. I've since made additional calls, was put on hold for well over ten minutes before call dropped, called back again and another lengthy hold time before someone in sales picked up and said they are closed. I've also sent emails, a few reps stated manuals were sent, nothing received to date. Most recently, I received an email from an Emillee, this is now almost two months since my initial call to Azzi, too little and too late as I need a refund for items. She stated manuals were sent and had tried to reach me by phone, I've received no calls from her or anyone at Jomashop.com to date. I called today, 2/19 and spoke with a manager, she requested photos of items even though it is past 30 day return time frame. As I attempted to explain to her, the orders are incomplete first of all. Second, the items are boxed and ready to return. I believe photos are irrelevant at this point as orders are incomplete and past return time frame, which is not my fault as Ive been in contact with Jomashop since late December and I've stated I need to return prior as they are incomplete, suspect they are fake/used. I received two additional emails today with information to return, no prepaid return label. Their live chat rep refused to send any label without photos of items. Again, I do not believe there is any point as it is past return time frame and they can simply deny refund even with photos. They seem to miss the point the orders are incomplete without manuals, simply do not care.

Most recently, I received a message on trustpilot.com from a Roe Adler to call him...
He left his number to reach out in regard to my review, I called him without reaching resolution. It appears he merely wanted to discuss my reasons for making such review, could not provide resolution I am looking for which I believe he plainly stated. He seemed to insist I just went ahead and made negative reviews without trying to resolve matter first, which is not true. Long story, short, the call was a waste of time. If you post a review, he will leave his number but wont be able to offer you resolution. It appears this is done so as to save face.

I bought a Federique Constant Classic dress watch from Jomashop.com and an Oris Aquis divers watch from Jomadeals.com in the last couple weeks and both at ~54% discount! I am extremely happy with my purchases and I do plan to buy more watches from them in the future!

They can keep prices low because they are not an authorized dealer for any of the brands they sell and they offer their own 2-year warranty. I am aware of this fact before I purchased my watches. Modern mechanical watches are almost bullet proof so I don't expect I would have to use the warranty service...

Jomashop.com is their full eCommerce site with full inventory, Jomadeals.com is a flash sale site where 3 new watches are on sale everyday, they change the watches at exactly midnight everyday. If you see a watch you like from Jomadeals.com then buy it while it is still on the site! No one on the net can beat Jomadeals' prices, at least for the whole week I have been checking. I think they are selling almost at cost with over 50% discount in general.

If you are in a hurry to get your watch then stay away from the ones that are listed as "Usually ships in 1-2 weeks", try to get one that is in stock and "usually ships in 1 day"; in stock ones tend to have higher discounts too. I think most who complained about slow shipping didn't know about this fact.

From my experience, Jomadeals takes a little longer to ship out the watches like one week but Jomashop usually takes 1-2 days assuming the watch is in stock. They will send you an email once your watch ships out. Delivery was done by UPS and it took only one day for UPS to delivery from NY to Boston.

Overall, I am very happy with their service and products, I highly recommend these 2 sites for finding your ultimate timepiece at a deep discount!

I ordered an Invicta Signature II Chronograph from the deal of the day special. The watch got to my house a day early well packaged in flawless condition in the original box and all the paperwork as it should.(since they only sell new watches) Registering it for warranty was a breeze. The watch itself is great just put a NATO on it, though it was tricky because it has two springbars on each side.

I bought a couple of watches from JomaShop in the past. Average retailer, average service. I recently placed an order, which resulted in getting an e-mail receipt. Everything went well and I should have had my watch a couple days later as I live across the river from JomaShop. About 4 or 5 days later I noticed that the watch still wasn't shipped. I called customer service. I believe they only have one person working customer service as the wait was 45 minutes. Finally I was in contact with someone. She couldn't explain why the order hadn't gone out, but guaranteed it would that night. Two days later, no changed in shipping status, so I called again. Only a 30 minute wait this time. This time I got "Rezkie". She stated that the watch was n stock and should have been shipped. When I told her about my previous experience in calling customer service, she stated there were no notes on my account, I then realized that her voice sounded familiar and realized I had the same person again. Rezkie then received a message from shipping stating that the watch was not in stock after all. She said to makeup for my problems they would provide an additional discount on another watch. Every watch I chose happened to be out of stock. At that point I insisted that the order be cancelled as she couldn't tell me if the watch would ever be in stock. A total of 1.5 hours of my life wasted on their incompetence.

I purchased a Hamilton X Mach Chronograph from Jomashop.com in Jan. 2012. This was my first big boy watch and cost me about $1,200.

I babied this watch, but after three years one of the chronograph hands fell off. This should never happen to a watch of this caliber.

I felt like I got a lemon.

The watch did come with a 2-year warranty and, initially, I was told that Jomashop would not cover the repair because it was outside the 2 year warranty.

This is a automatic watch - it has many moving parts and opening it or finding parts is expensive and time consuming.

I went out to get estimates at local repair shops where I live. The average estimate was about $400 to $500, maybe more if parts had to be ordered.

I called Jomashop again, and they were kind enough to fix this repair despite being out of warranty. They did their investigation and realized it did not sustain damage from being dropped. They then went ahead and began the repair process.

It cost about $70 to ship it to them as insurance is expensive. The item was sent for repair on Oct. 27, 2014. I received it Jan. 25, 2015.

Yet the watch was still not fixed when I received it nearly 14 weeks later.

Two of the chronograph hands were off and could not be reset.

I had to send it out again.

This time, they paid for shipping. The watch was sent Jan. 30, 2015 and I received it back March 9th, 2015.

On customer service:

If you speak to a regular customer service rep, you will likely be displeased. However, if you speak to a customer specialist - like a manager - they will take the extra step to answer your questions.

If customer service isn't helping you, kindly ask to speak to a supervisor.

Other thoughts:

I often wonder if Jomashop is able to sell watches at the prices they offer because watch manufactures sell them watches that didn't make it past their standard level. Just a thought.

Also, being denied the first time for a repair - for an issue that should really never happen to a watch of this caliber - was gut wrenching. Should I spend $500 to repair a watch I spent $1,200 on? It's a tough question.

Would I buy from Jomashop again? I really don't think so. I wonder if the watches they sell are ones that aren't up to the standards of the watch makers who produce them. If nothing ever happened to the watch, then yes, I would likely buy from Jomashop again.

I plan on getting another big boy watch in the future - a nice Omega or Tag - but I'm going to do what most people say after they buy their first watch online: "I'm going to purchase it at the store this time."

I recently ordered a Haurex watch which was shipped immediately. Joma has fantastic customer service and communication, and the quality of the watch far surpassed my expectations.

The only drawback....i can't stop looking at the site for my next purchase- its addictive!
