Genuinely a nice watch. Came with 2 extra straps which I put on my other watches. Extremely comfortable. I placed a nice black leather band with white stitching that came from another Tissot watch and it works with pretty much anything I wear; occasionally I use the NATO strap back on when I want it to be more causal. It also looks much better in real life than in the standard stock pictures. I love Tissot watches and this nice watch at low price point. Thanks, Jomashop!

My order number M1FW3076 was for a Hamilton Khaki King II. Great watch and great customer service from Jomashop. I had a problem with my first watch but Jomashop took great care to make sure I was satisified, my replacement watch for the identical item is great, all I hoped it would be. Solid style, great appearance for the professional setting, quality timepiece!

I bought two watches in the span of one month, both of them defective. In less than 4weeks the second watch did not keep time accurately. Returning the defective watch for replacement and/or service was a hassle. It has been in service for 3 months now, and on our last communication the service department at JomaShop told me it would take another 6 months for the repair to be completed. This is unacceptable, especially from a company advertizing their customer service.

I ordered a watch for my son's birthday gift and paid extra shipping to get it on time. I received the box, but no watch! The packaging was undamaged and looked to be packages straight from Jomashop including the warranty card. When I called customer service they said that it was UPS's fault and that they would do an investigation and I would know what is going on in 4-6 weeks. It has been 4 weeks and still no word from Jomashop.

I don't know anything about watches. Fortunately, I have a friend that collects them. I asked for advice on a nice all purpose watch at a decent price. He recommended several brands but only one dealer for my price range. I selected a decent swiss watch that looks great, keeps great time and jomashop gave me a good price. The item arrived in less than a week. It looks great and I didn't even have to adjust the band. Order # M1FY6907

Watch came with original packaging and protective plastic around watch. Beautiful watch from Tissot. Fast shipping. I had to call customer service to resolve a coupon matter and the reps took care of me! Great job, Jomashop. Would buy from again!

This watch caught my eye because it's a color I've never seen. It doesn't disappoint in person! Almost like a chocolate brown with copper and pops in the sun. Bracelet is a little noisy but what would you expect for this price. I will be buying another Mathey Tissot in the future.

I am really happy with this experience. Ordering with Jomashop was very easy. I was looking for Tom Ford Eyeglasses. It arrived fast, original item with original case. In the past I ordered another Tom Ford through a different site (Gilt) it came with an ugly Gucci case, won't use Gilt anymore. Im already getting another pair of sunglasses, this time Persol through Jomashop. Thanks Jomashop team.

Have purchased several items from Jomashop. Our most recent Tudor watch purchase was received not secured on the pillow. The warranty card from Jomashop was missing as was the NATO watchband. The compartment was empty. The leather band on the watch was inverted. Future purchases give me pause.

The product, for the price is awesome to say the lease. There was an issue with them not having something I ordered, and no one bothered to tell me. When I inquired, they did fix the issue on the spot by letting me pick something else out. What I chose was a little more expensive. They didnt discount it, which kind of rubbed me the wrong way. But business is business. I will definitely use them again.

I was a little concerned about purchasing my watch form here since there are many great and bad reviews but I at least want to try it for the first time because of the price of watch. My experience?..fast delivery and most importantly my first Oris collection comes as new with original box. It's been almost a month and I am enjoying it every day. I will definitely buy again my next collection from here with confidence now.

I was able to purchase Ray Bans (Cats 5000) sunglasses almost half off. I subscribed and got a discount and free shipping. My shades came quick on time and in pristine condition. 100% Authentic Ray Bans. Will think of purchasing again.

It was a graduation gift, but item was delivered 5 days later and missed the graduation day. This is the second time the item was delivered late. May be this company need to stop shipping USPS and use FedEx or UPS as everyone else is doing. They have great products, good prices, the same day shipping, but overall experience is negative because items arrived late missing the special day they were bought for.
