I didn't buy my watch directly from them but they honored EVERYTHING. I have my new watch on and it is perfect. I'm here on their site to see what else they have to buy. Joyswag is AWESOME!!

Created USPS tag & never shipped. When I inquired after a week of no movement on the USPS label I was given a song & dance about an inspection found my item defective. Then was offered a similar product & accepted. They said they’d include the original item if I wanted it. Again I accepted. Then the package arrived with the second item & something totally different. Then they blamed me!

I placed an order for a 12-pack of the morning recovery supplements through walmart.com. when the package arrived it contained only a 6-pack. In my attempts to resolve the issue through customer service Joyswag never even once responded to replace the missing items and make things right. Luckily, I was able to get a refund. I do not recommend doing business with this seller.

Joyswag sent two incorrect items. When I asked via email for them to correct this mistake, I was ignored. Be careful with this company. Since then, joyswag has pled with me to edit this review. While I still have the two incorrect items, I've received a tiny partial refund in return for an updated review. What this company fails to realize is that the product was more important to me than the discount. I would much prefer to have exactly what I ordered than a $5 refund. But given their persistent, I've raised my rating of them from one star to two. Lesson learned here, If you are interested in a partial refund give them a low review and wait for that email. Good day.

I had a slight issue with my order at the start due to breakdown of communication, once this was sorted everything run smoothly. I received the stroller yesterday, love it!

My first order was supposed to be free postage but when the watches arrived here at my home I had to pay the mailman $2.65. I have not heard from Walmart about a refund for the postage. It was supposed to be free, however the second order was free I did not have to pay anything but someone owes me $2.65.

i am pleased with the steak knives I received but I was shorted 2 knives about of the 6 I ordered. It took me almost 2 months for Joyswag to agree to refund my money for the other 2 knives. I would have preferred to have the 2 missing knives to go with my set. Again, I love the knives but the customer service was definitely lacking. If I had received all 6 knives I would have given a 5 star rating.

I tried to buy my watch on a Saturday afternoon. I was told by the website that I had to wait until Shabbat was over to do so. While not particularly observant, not Hebrew, I found this quite cool. And honestly, it made me want to wait to complete my purchase here, as I respected greatly their willingness to follow their faith and put it before making money. The product shipped promptly and arrived quickly, 1 day sooner than expected. I look forward to finding more things that spark joy here!
