I needed a laptop and found a great one on Tiger direct. I was surprised at all the available laptops and prices are excellent. I expected to receive the laptop in a week and it arrived 3 days after my purchase, I will definitly do business here again.

I ordered and just recieved my refurbished Dell Optiplex 790 mini tower computer. I am so glad my local Staples Store deals with Joy Systems. This window 10 computer performs very well and even came with a keyboard and mouse which I did not expect.

computer work fine but it is very slow to do downloadsand vidios had my internet provider ck my system said line to my house a/ok did speed test throue my computer speedtest shows ok on line end but low speed at computer. so whats up can youall fix my compter so it works aok. [email protected] or call me at 717-789-4561 in morning till 11.00then you have to leave message on phone .thank and have a NICE DAY....

I ordered a refurbished Dell laptop from Tiger direct.it was refurbished by Joy Systems.when I got the laptop it would not boot.it would say no boot device found.after contacting Joy Systems support they said to just use f12 each time I boot and try and get to to boot up.i then contacted Tiger Direct who asked for a case number from Joy Systems.i emailed support and was provided a case number. I then contacted Tiger Direct and provided case number,ansd was told I would get and email with shipping label to send this defective unit back.they never did send any email with label or anything else.they do not want to repair or replace or refund,so I am stuck with a non working laptop.do not buy anything if refurbished by Joy Systems!

I tried to do a online review for $20 on Amazon but it didn't go through. They said I'd get the reward anyway and asked for a review. I waited to see if they would fulfill their promise and I'm still waiting. This is why the horrible rating.

I have had a small computer business in this area after I retired for about 15 years. The residents are mostly retirees. I have built and rebuilt many computers during these years but I have also come to purchasing many rebuilt/refurbished computers. I have never been disappointed with the Joy Systems products. If there were any issues, Joy Systems was always ready to go above and beyond in solving the situation. With that kind of service I have always been confident in purchasing from Joy Systems both for my customers and myself. Joy Systems is a real pleasure to deal with in this day and age!

Bought a Lanovo Chromebook for my 9 year old daughter. Did not want to spend a lot on it so refurbished was the way to go. Only issue is space bar keeps popping off. If it works for at least a year I will be happy. Only time will tell.

I ordered a "reconditioned" 2 in 1 computer to replace another in use for home and light (but critical) business support. Following its ontime arrival the keyboard malfunctioned during setup. I contacted the service people at Joy and they offered to replace it once they verified return receipt of the malfunctioning machine (5-14 days after receipt) - a schedule was highly inconvenient due to the urgent need for a functioning computer. The service rep was very helpful and we decided to try a "dyi" attempt at servicing the keyboard. When i took off the back of the machine i could see that the representation as a reconditioned machine was clearly in error. There was a lot of dust and dirt inside the case. It was clear the case had never been opened. With this information they agreed to send a replacement on FedEx verification of shipment. I received it several days later and it appears to be working properly.
Every business has issues from time to time - it can't be avoided. The difference in customer experience is not whether you had a problem or not but how the company handled that problem. This would have rated 5 stars if the company had stated upfront and followed through with a policy of overnight shipping of the replacement product. The service guy was great but his company policy ties his hands to an understandable but outdated practice. The competition does this and so should they.

I purchased an IBM Thinkpad T410 from Joy Systems (through Staples) about 3 years ago
System was like new and has run great

I recently had an issue with the hard disk and could not find my recovery DVD for reinstall
I called Joy Systems and they are sending me a complimentary install CD/DVD even though the
system is out of warranty

Support call in wait time was very reasonable (around 5 minutes or so)
The support tech was able to quickly verify I did purchase the system from Joy Systems
and the reinstall media is being shipped to me today

I was very pleased that I did not have to go through a lot of hoops to get to a tech
and get my (out of warranty) issue addressed

I would definitely buy from them again

Selected this Dell Optiplex 3010 refurb to replace my Vista machine. Quick shipping, looks new, works great, fast, no issues with the desktop box or the included Windows 10. The mouse and keyboard had issues, short call to Joy and working replacements were quickly shipped.

through Walmart website and found Joy Systems just the right one order it was told it would take 5 day to get had it in 2 days

surprised at how easy this desktop was to set up, surprised at how great it works and surprised at there were no problems, it was up and running in 1/2 hr. Would buy from Joy systems again and recomm without end them to other without hesitation.

I recently purchased two identical laptops with the same OS build. The laptops arrived without a hitch and in a condition in accordance with how they were described. One machine required substantial updating but otherwise the set-up was identical and can be readily resolved by someone with just a little system know-how. Excellent customer service...

I recently bought a refurbished desktop hp; it's great! It runs smoothly and easy to hook up/start up. The only thing I did NOT like was the keyboard (keys are too boxy/raised) so I used my old keyboard. GREAT PRICE FOR THIS DESKTOP.

I recently purchased a refurbished Chromebook for my son for distant learning.
The Chromebook was a great price and arrived very quickly.
The condition of the Chromebook was very good. It looked almost new.
It was very easy to install my son's school apps on it.
It is a great computer for him. I am very happy with my purchase.

I was just appointed to a little suburban UM church and their IT equipment left the Ark early. I was looking and found this refurb at Wally World. Brought it to the church and it is working wonderfully. I would say it is a whole lot faster than what I have had in the past, even while on Active Duty with the Army in my worldly travels. Setup was a breeze.
