I just received my dress today. It ONLY took 2 to 3 weeks. It was perfect and the measurements perfect! Quality and materials were of the BEST. I got scared after I purchased and read reviews BUT I am so pleased and happy with this dress. I love it. THANK YOU JUNES BRIDAL for making my day perfect 🥰

I saw mixed reviews, but I still decided to order from them. They first insulted me about my measurements. Their sizes are off so I had to order a customized dress which of course is non returnable. I was very excited to get this dress for my cousin's wedding. I have never felt so betrayed and heart broken over a purchase. The response back from them is that I can sell it on craigslist. It's so ugly I will have to give it away.

I would highly suggest buying from a completely different site. I ordered a beautiful dress from June Bridals and the product I received is a totally different dress. The dress below is the one I THOUGHT I was ordering. When I opened the package, I could immediately tell the materials they used were so cheap and it was not tailored well at all. The lace was nothing like the picture and the neck was tailored so awfully that I got a bad rash on my neck from it. The skirt part of the dress was also so cheap in comparison to what they advertised. If you are looking to buy a cheap wedding dress, look elsewhere or consider spending a little more on a dress you will actually love. This was an awful experience and now I have to start over looking for the dress of my dreams.

I ordered 2 wedding dresses from this place, unaltered and standard sizing. One of the dresses had a big yellow stain and two black marks that are embedded in the lace!! It looks worn!! There was a death in the family which pushed me back 2 days from their 14 day return policy. When I contacted support there was NO empathy or understanding whatsoever. Not to mention the dress is STAINED! In not one but THREE different places. I did not want to ship the dress back due to costs but simply asked what they could do for me considering I now have to take a brand new dress to be dry cleaned before my wedding and that is only IF they can get these stains out. Completely unacceptable!! When I asked to speak with a supervisor I was told they would give me a $10 refund for cleaning LOL anyone know a dry cleaner that cleans wedding gowns for $10??? Total slap in the face. This company is horrible for customer service I would highly recommend NOT ordering from this website. They need a lesson in customer care, I understand having a return policy but in extenuating circumstances they should be more accommodating to their customers, especially when they are at fault aka shipping someone a stained dress.

The dress shown on line and what I received are totally different. Not the right material as described and not the same pattern that was shown. I sent my fittings and they were all wrong also! And because I had it customed they said I can't return it! Even though its not even the same dress as shown on their website. Awful customer service, you can't speak to anyone its just through email.

The company is Mafia groups ‼ I ordered my wedding dresses but after 15 days, they cancelled my order! Almost 1 week now but still did not refunded my money. I have message for all Americans, please report for united business administration thanks

I am now on my third purchased dress from June bridal that are basically non-returnable this one fits and I'm so excited. The problem with this dress is there is pink on the buttons what looks like lipstick, snags throughout the lace on the dress and ripples in the waist area that are unable to be hidden. It is a beautiful dress but the lace is stretched out and I look pregnant. I have contacted them about this with three emails still no response! I am now in three dresses from JUNE BRIDAL that are unreturnable with NO RESPONSE and still no wedding dress.

This company is absolute scum. I ordered a custom wedding dress from them, and it never arrived. Now, they refuse to respond to my emails requesting a refund. Additionally, I discovered that the dress I ordered's design and photo were STOLEN from an Etsy seller. DO NOT ORDER from this company. They are filthy cheats who have no care for you or your wedding. They treat you no differently no matter what you order, and will do only what makes them the most money, regardless of what's right.

I love this short lace dress! So worth the wait It is comfortable and fits nicely, you can do special order by providing your own measurements. Professionally work. I will definitely buy more tops from this artist in the future!

I have received a dress from junebridals last week and I was beyond disappointed.
The dress I have received is a replica/imitation of the dress in the picture.....
The design of the lace, embellishments at the bottom soooo different....

I contacted the customer service and they didnt event want to give me full refund ....only 50% claiming that the dress is high quality !!!! Another big fat lie.....the lace is cheap and horrible. Instantly makes u itchy!

I lost my money on a dress I cant wear on my big day because it looks soo cheap and horrible.

These people have no right to advertise another dress and provide with another dress.....

Dont fall in the same mistake as I did.....SAVE URSELVES AND BUY FROM A TRUSTED WEB SITE COZ THESE ONES ARE TOTAL SCAM !!!

I just wanted to reply on the below comment from junebridals.
Together with customization and fast delivery, I have paid almost 290 euro for this dress.

I have done my part and paid the whole amount; and it is basic customer right to expect to receive the correct product. The design on the dress and the bottom of the dress are completely different.

When I contacted junebridals, the correct procedure would be to either fully reimburse the customer or to send them the item they paid money for.....However instead (as you can see from the attitude below), junebridals does not fulfill what they promised to deliver and keep deflecting on the matter....what does the my country have to do with liking a dress?

It is very simple: If I knew I would not receive the dress advertised, I would not have ordered it, I would not have customized it and I would not have paid for fast tracking....as a result I would still have 290 euro in my pocket. And I am sure I would have found a beautiful dress to buy with this money.

Lastly 57% bad review and overall poor doesnt strike me as customers liking junebridals. As you scroll down, I am not the only customer to complain that the dress doesnt look the same.

I’ll be awaiting for my full reimbursement on the dress, and will keep this thread updated accordingly.

Terrible customer service with attitude.
Too many restrictions. I ordered 3 dresses and was scolded for ordering more than one. Mind you I needed 3 dresses for different occasions. Also all 3 came irregular different sleeve sizes and fabric damage. Pictures are beautiful online but quality of sewing is subpar. They do not look like the photos. Fabric was full of crooked seams and loose threads. They also make returns impossible.
Stay away from them they make money off of the shipping and poor return policy. They are not concerned about customer satisfaction. Buyer beware!

I wish I had read reviews before donating 177.00 to China. The dress was ordered as size 16 the front was ok but the back was probably a size 8. The dress was not made right. And of course they only refund 80% and I pay the shipping. They should not be able to sell products in the USA.

I'll admit I was weary about ordering a second wedding dress online because the first one from another site turned out to be a scam, I never got my dress nor a refund. But Cherry amongst the other staff was helpful and reassuring and it paid off... From the day I ordered my dress to the day it was delivered (which was about 4-5 weeks) they updated me with emails and answered my emails fast and politely... I customer sized my dress, but I didn't like the way it fit around the chest unless I laced the lace as tightly as possible but then you couldn't see any lace and I want the lace shown so I had it slightly altered and now it fits perfectly and my lace shows! My dress was exactly that was advertised... The first picture was the day I got it, the second picture was with it altered and the third picture is what was advertised! I would most DEFINITELY recommend this company and even order from them again in the future! I can't wait to wear this dress on my big day in August.

I ordered a dress for a wedding the dress arrived 30 days later. Doesn’t even look like the dress from the website I order the dress was sewn horribly The sleeves are not even, the sash wasn’t sewn all around the dress it was a stitch here and there. . I ordered a Light pink dress What I got was a hot pink . The dress was way to long if I was seven foot it would still be to long.
Returning is $70.00 plus they are going to take out there shipping cost.
I would not buy anything from them again. Looks like a child sewn the dress .

I cannot say enough nice things about Sunny and her patience with all of my questions to customize a topper and skirt. I got the top with cap sleeves, longer length and a scoop back. It fits PERFECTLY and is exactly how I wanted it. She even rushed the order no charge. Do not hesitate to order any of her hand and custom made items you will not find anything this special or unique in a store. Many thanks to Sunny and her team for making items for us non traditional people.

I purchased a dress back in August of 2018, the service was quick and everything was great. Unfortunately, I had to return the dress because of fit issues. This is were it sort of fell apart - however there is a light at the end. I sent the package back to the company in September and there was a little hiccup and confusion in the return and after contacting the company in November 2018, with no refund, I was returned the product after being unclaimed by the company February 22, 2019!?? After emailing the company, the great customer service from Alex who quickly solved the issue, the problem was fixed! Kudos to Alex who restored the stores claim to have exceptional service! I will definitely pass on the companies ability of service. I would have given it a four star but I had a bit more "friction".

I ordered "Spaghetti Strap A-Line Chiffon Wedding Dress With Lace Bodice" (Item Code ET_711503) about a month ago for my wedding in September. Using the website's "Leave a Message" function at the bottom of the page, I asked if the company would be able to make the top of the dress ivory and the bottom of the dress "Pearl Pink." I also requested that they change the neckline a bit and eliminate the train. I spoke with Alex, and I told him that I would be willing to pay extra for these alterations. He told me that not only would June Bridals make these alterations, but they would do so at no extra charge. Based on that promise, I ordered the dress, put in my measurements, and in the comments section, I restated the alterations that I wanted. Over the next month, no one contacted me to say that there were any problems with the alterations that I wanted. The dress was shipped in good time, and for the price, it is a good quality. However, none of the alterations that I requested have been done to the dress. Absolutely nothing. It is all white, it has a train, and the neckline is the same as the picture. I'm not even sure that they altered the dress to my measurements because the bust area is rather large. I gave the site two stars instead of one because, for the price, the material is very good and the dress is pretty. But I would not have ordered the dress if I knew that June Bridals would not make the alterations that I requested. I don't have time to return the dress because my wedding is in a few weeks, so I will just wear it. It's a bit disappointing, but I knew that I was taking a big chance by ordering a wedding dress online.

I ordered a wedding dress from this site, the shipping took a few weeks, which is expected. When I did receive the dress was not as described... I had ordered this dress: "Boho Chiffon Spaghetti Strap Wedding Dress With Cut Out Waistband" The waist was NOT "cut out" it was beaded... gross... and VERY cheap looking, I mean, I should have expected that for what I paid Also Does run VERY small, I ordered a size 6, it was more of a size 2
