Half hour before we were going to have our dog put down we got a second opinion from an online vet doctor he convinced us to stop the euthanasia and get an ultrasoundbecause there could have been many things wrong with our dog that would be fixable. We took his advice got the ultrasound the story doesn't end well because our baby had a large mass that was spreading but we walk away with a spot of joy in our heart knowing we did everything we could to understand her situation and to make a loving smart decision

I've only used it for a few hours just to figure out some things. I can honestly say that it really is any amazing app for anything. The doctors were really sweet and I even asked them for advice that was so out of topic from the question I asked initially. Regardless of it being so different they listened, despite it not being a medical problem. They have helped a lot and actually made me realize a few things. I can honestly say it was worth the $5. Thank you.

Dr Perry was super helpful in a stressful time where we would otherwise would have had to go to an after-hours vet which would've cost much more for the same info. Really appreciate this type of service when it's not life threatening but you're still concerned about your pet's wellbeing and comfort and Dr. Perry was able to give us some peace of mind and some things to get us through the night before getting long-term treatment/solution the next day. Thank you!

I contacted them and for $5 asked an attorney a question which he answered. The rep told me that they would send an email reminder when my trial period was about to expire, they did not, and charged me the full membership cost. I called today to get a refund, the rep told me I was too late to cancel and there was nothing I could do. Filed a dispute with the credit card company. We'll see what happens.

Praveen was wonderful I bought a new printer for my old Mac and spent the better part of the day installing it. Still would not print. My service tech, Praveen, worked with me for half of the next day and was so patient. He continued when I was ready to give up. He finally got the thing to work perfectly. I just need a new computer. He was great. He followed through with emails to make sure it was still working right. He really cared.

I was initially sceptical about taking out a membership but then I knew I could always cancel if necessary. Cancel? I've renewed it again and again! It has saved me endless web-searching and time-wasting. If your chosen Expert can't find the exact answer they will quickly find someone who can. I thoroughly recommend the membership option for anyone needing several answers or item valuations or just professional advice.

The vet I talked to was very quick to respond and gave me some great tips on what to do with my kitty I had rescued. If I didn't answer for a few minutes they were sending another message because they were truly concerned and had my cats best interest at heart! The only reason I cancelled my subscription is because sadly the kitty passed away. I would use this again for my next pet.

I developed a severe itching reaction on one arm, extremely uncomfortable and sudden on a Friday night. My primary Dr not available so call JustAnswer. After preliminary intake I was referred to a Dermatologist who initially diagnosed and gave some suggestions for comfort. Gave me reassurance it was alright even with my autoimmune disease. Thank you!

Avoid them at all costs! They do not send any email correspondence about your membership. It is unclear what you are even signing up for. I paid $5 to use their service then $70 to speak with an attorney. Never used the service again, never received any communication from them. Then they charged my account $46 3 weeks later and refused to refund it. Do not bother with this company that preys on the reoccurring membership unless you cancel.

I have been speaking to Dr. ALLEYNE And he responds so quickly with every answer to every question that I ask and I could not be happier with his help! It is very much appreciated more than you know. What a great, great service and I am very impressed with how fast my doctor responds. I wish I could take my puppy to him because he is perfect for me and my puppy!

I can't believe how quick I received responses on my questions, in all types of legal matters both with estate law and personal injury matters. The information I received is useful and It's well worth the cost because you just never know when you will need legal advice. I recommend this site and app to all who need reference from a customer.

Other than having to wait 10 minutes to get a doctor on line, the result was an excellent interactive Chat that resolved my issue. The product offered by JustAnswer is quite amazing, convenient and inexpensive. I believe the medical industry should take a look at this pioneering approach to both home and mobile based health care. Just think about it, carry your own medical professional in your pocket via your cell phone.

I was so impressed! Never used this service, have very rare and vintage items which I tried w a set of gold gilt teacups, great communication, asked for several photos, marks, etc and took the time to research, will use again!

It's incredible how many answers you can get within a small amount of time, even in complex topics like law, business, accountancy. Most people answering are true experts and know their craft very well. In the 7 day trial you can ask as many questions as possible, which is really great! I highly recommend it, especially if you have patience waiting for their answer too which most of the time will arrive within minutes!

Cheated me out of more than $250. By predatory practices, tricked me into a membership after paying voluntary $5. For an answer. This appears to be common practice (wonder who gives the workshop on setting these things up?). Younger people (apparently) like the convenience of an automatic renewal, but seniors like me try to minimize our software overheads. Automatic renewal is the key leverage here. It seems legal by their emails, but it is really predatory because many of us get caught by it.

Dr. Roy C was very helpful and informative. It was after business hours and I could not reach any of my veterinarians for advise on my ailing pup. Dr. Roy C took the time to not only listen to my concerns, but he had first hand experience with my pup's issue. The information he was able to provide was more than I had received from any other Vet, the internet or research I had done. He gave me the advise and peace of mind that I needed.

I have been trying to identify and find values for several antique items and was having no luck searching on my own. I found justanswer.com during a google search and thought I would give it a try. Within minutes I had answers to all of my questions! They were able to help me identify antique dishes, furniture, handbags and lamps so far. Will definitely continue to use them as I sort through a house full of unknown goodies.

I am a new pet owner and although my dogs have a Vet, I chose to consult Just Answer for a second opinion. I followed the Vet's recommendation. One of my dogs has not recovered but she's getting there because she woke up today having more energy and has not vomited. Hopefully she's on her way to recovery but if not I will go the the next recommendation. What I liked was that I didn't have to leave home with two sick dogs and wait in my car while the Vet stepped outside for a consultation.
