I used just deals 1st time cyber mon after reading article in USA Today on best discounts. Figured would be legit if in USA Today. bought 2 tablets, did receive late but before holiday. that was the only good part. 1 was fine so far the other had scratch on THE INSIDE OF SCREEN so not shipping damage. OK stuff happens! Since than I am no longer able to access my account claims wrong email and/or password. I have requested password through the typical forgot your password? 5 TIMES no response. Emailed as many times no response. I cannot find a phone number. Read return policy which states 5 days to do so. Needless to say it is well past that. I have read through many of the previous reviews (probably should have done this before purchase) as far back as 10 years and it appears that this is their MO. How is this so? Is there no consumer watch dog that has caught up with them yet? I cant believe no one has contacted Better Business at least! I will keep trying if anyone has recommendations.

I placed an order on December 3,2013. I put 4 inquiry tickets in. I was finally answered on the 16th stating my order would be received by the21st. It is now the 30th and nothing. My account was debited on the 6th. I have tried repeatedly to call to no avail. I also was told that I would receive a tracking number and never received that either. I will NEVER deal with this online store again. I will be contacting the attorney general to try to get my money back.We

I order two zeepads on december 3. On january 2 they supposedly gave me my money back. I check with my bank and the charge is still there, my money havent been refunded.

It has been 18 days since my order was shipped and I still have not received it. I have reached out to customer service 5 times asking them to trace the shipment and have gotten no reply. I have no clue what is taking so long but will never order from this company again.

Sounds like I should have checked this company out before I made an order 2 weeks ago. Same for me...no contact from this company via phone, email or facebook...I have no idea if I will receive my order or not..Took my money with absolutely no customer service..and I was the one that said I would check this site out for several co workers...well, not have to worry about anyone else ordering!

I've sent no less than 15 e-mails to get my password reset after I ordered 2 IPod 1st generations, in hopes of finding some sort of tracking number. No response to days of phone calls where I was never able to get through to anyone and no response to all my e-mails. My packages finally arrived with the wrong items. I ordered 2 Star Master Projector Light - Project on the Walls and Ceiling
Item # OC031 and received and was charged for three. Never received the IPods but was charged for both of those and now my son and husband have no Christmas present. I'm extremely unhappy. You can't answer e-mails from paying customers and don't deliver what was ordered but you can burn up my e-mails with your ads. Thanks for taking my $40.00 at Christmas.

I continue to wait for a Zeepad tablet that was ordered Dec. 3, 2013. I emailed the company 1 1/2 weeks ago and the reply stated that the item would be shipped by the end of the week and I have still not received a shipped tracking number. I can see that this is a pattern with this company by the reviews that I am reading. I will soon dispute the charge with my credit card company and will get reimbursed unless I can get a legit tracking number and know that the item is on its way.

I ordered a 10 tablet back in July 0f 2013. It took about a month to get it, then it was defective. It kept rebooting, defaulting back to factory settings and losing all my information. After reloading everything back in it for the 2nd time and losing it again, I contacted justdeals about returning it. I got an RMA and returned it according to their instructions, then got an email in Oct 2013 that I would have my money back on my cc in 7-10 days. That has been almost 3 months ago and I have emailed them repeatedly, filled out trouble tickets on their website, and tried to contact them by phone. (Forget that, you'll simply go in big circles, never get to talk to anyone and never get to leave a message)

If anyone from justdeals reads this, it is RMA No.: RMA0000001586, issued back on 10/17/13 with the following note:
Status: COMPLETED

Remarks: Refund: Your refund is being processed. If you paid with your credit card it takes about ten business days for your bank to release the funds back to you

Ordered two zeepads for my daughters for Christmas on Dec 5th. This was going to be the “big ticket item” for them. Funny how they take my hard earned money and then don’t hear a word out of them. Have tried emailing and calling but with no answer. Got an order # but no tracking # or anything else. This “company” is a scam that only wants your money and does not care about anything else. It’s nice to see that some people only care about their bottom line in the expense of two little girls Christmas. NEVER GET ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE!!! If you do you are only asking for heartache and a major let down. I will NEVER even look at this site again. Worst company of ALL TIME!!! STAY AWAY!!!

We ordered our main Christmas gift for our 3 year old son here on 12/7. We paid $20 to guarantee it would be here by Christmas. We got an email 5 days before Christmas that it would not be here until January 2nd. So disappointed!!

I ordered 10 mosquito coils made by Coleman that were listed at a very low price. I hesitated ordering them because of the poor ratings but received an email from Just Deals that said the coils were in stock and would be shipped as soon as I paid for them. I did and received a notice that UPN was the delivery company, UPN would update he journey every few days and it was over a month until it was to be delivered by our local post office. It was never received by the post office and never delivered. The whole thing is a scam. I wrote to Just Deals twice with no response. I now contacted Paypal (who I used to pay for it ) to see if they can do anything. I am not holding my breath. This outfit is a fraud and should be shut down.

Just like many of the reviews I have read after waiting for my orders for nearly a month now, I am very disappointed with this company. My orders were small, but it doesn't give this company a right to steal from me. Now in the process of filing a dispute with my bank. I would not give Just Deals a one star rating but it is the lowest one I could give. Please save yourself some grief and don't order from them.

I ordered a zeepad on Feb.28, still haven't received it! It now March 20th I am headed out of town this weekend, I was hoping to get it before I left to have on my trip. Now I'm afraid it will come when I am gone and sit in the mailbox or on my porch until I get back! But by the reviews I have read that won't be happening. I ordered a wireless speaker for my daughter for her birthday, I'm glad that showed up, actually before her birthday.

Ordered computer item. Used my credit card. Confirmed the order. Stated I would get an email confirmation. No email, waited another day waited a week. No email as of yet.
Sent email to them asking for email confirmation, five days later nothing yet. Called customer service rolls right into voicemail. Called a few times. I cannot make human contact with these people.
Never again. I found reviews only to find that this company has multiple poor performance from many diff aspects. I should have done this prior to ordering.
DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!
8/8/14 update
I have disputed the claim with my bank, also sent copies of all the bad reviews to the Attorney Generals office in the state they operate. I sent info to a news station in that state. They should not operate at all. Also trying to find who the senator is so I can send it on to them. They make is so much worse for the honest person that wants to do business. This is a PATHETIC COMPANY. Do not have any deal with them.

Worst online store on the web.After waiting weeks with no responses ,finally reached cust serv got a return merch reqeust passed.Sent my order back they received it on june the 7th,still no REFUND sent over a dozen emails and tried to call over 40 times no response.Now they stole my money and got the merchandise back.If a class action lawsuit is placed on them IM ALL IN!

I ordered a chair from this website that was worth $150 CAD, and when I went to pay, my card declined, my mom's card declined, but my paypal went through. I got a confirmation email and everything, so I thought all was well. Well, two weeks later, I received an email from the shipping company (UPN) saying that my parcel was stuck in Mt Clemens, MI, and that it was a problem with the address that was holding it up. It also said the weight of the package was 0.23 lbs, which is BUNK because how could a armchair be that light!! A few days later, I received another email form UPN, saying the package was being sent back to the sender, which was some dude in New York. It seemed legit to me, because they had been corresponding with me earlier, such as when the item shipped etc, but as soon as I asked for a refund, all correspondence came to a halt. I have emailed the guy so many times, as well as the company, and NOTHING has been replied to.

This is a SCAM, FRAUD, and a CRIME. Judging by the rest of these reviews, there is a LOT of us that should be demanding justice!!! I will be reporting this website to the anitfraudcentre.ca, and I encourage everyone else to do the same. I will also be contacting my bank and Paypal, and perhaps the Police department to try and stop this thing and get my money back!! Let's all work together to STOP these jerks from ripping off innocent civilians like me and the rest of you guys!!
