So far so good. Will update after delivery. Update:. Delivery was 6 days after promise. I know that this was largely out of KBAs hands but perhaps pressure needs to be placed on freight company to up their game. Dealing with KBA was pleasant and problem free. Decent price on what appears to be lovely product. Shipping was another story entirely. Even though they are different companies rating reflects entire process.

This was a good experience. I was nervous about ordering an expensive vanity unseen, and taking delivery of a valuable piece of furniture during the pandemic. KBA gives very specific instructions about uncrating and and completely inspecting merchandise in the presence of the delivery driver. Recently we received a freight delivery from another carrier and they dropped the sofa on the front lawn and left without so much as a knock on the door (and falsely signed on our behalf, lousy job from FedEx freight. . . ) They said this was their procedure and policy due to the pandemic, so we were concerned the same might happen when the vanity arrived. It would've been a big problem if the same had happened in this case, with KBA charging a 25% restocking fee and making the customer responsible for return freight charges - but this freight carrier, XPO Logistics, was professional as always. The driver didn't rush us as we unboxed and inspected. There were some small flaws on the front of the cabinet. These were manufacturing defects, not sustained during shipping, and not the fault of KBA. We could've returned the cabinet for this, but chose not to deal with the hassle. We will sand out the nicks. The finish on this particular item makes that a possibility. Be sure you read all of KBA's policies very carefully before you commit to purchasing with them. This did work out for us in the end, but we went into it with our eyes open.

I ordered a bathroom vanity and a bidet seat from kbauthority.com. In both cases, kbauthority offered the lowest prices I could find. Delivery was prompt and in good order. I am a satisfied customer.

I had questions about the products but no one was available to ask. No live chat and no via phone. In addition, my product indicated "low stock, please call" but I can't call. I went ahead and placed my order hoping that they are still in stock.

It was fine. I was disappointed because I signed up for the coupons without realizing they were brand specific -- so it didn't help me for my transaction and now I am gonna get spam from y'all. But otherwise it was easy to find and order my item.

I couldn't place my original order as you have a minimum $25 order. When I talked to agent I agreed to pay $25 for the $21 dollar part. I feel that the agent should have told me the tank-toliet gasket was not included with the drain flush Valve I purchased. So now I need to pay a $10 part ( I guess) that I probably can't or won't buy from you because of rather $25 shipping issue.

Our first order came damaged and it took more than two weeks to get the situation reconciled and we still had to pay full price for a new vanity and only got a refund for less than 50% of the old one.

The prices were excellent, and I would buy from them again **simply based on prices**. However, the delivery time when I ordered showed 7-10 days... but it actually took over a month. The extra time was not an issue, but what frustrated me was the lack of any status update or tracking number/data from KBAuthority. When my order finally arrived, I found the box had been extremely poorly taped by the shipper, and was nearly open. Luckily, the ordered items were intact within the shipping box, and in perfect new condition. If you want great prices and can live with the third-rate delivery program, you'll likely end up happy and with a good deal.

So far, my experience has been great. But there is one part of the delivery process needs improvement because it doesn't match the emails and guidance I get from KB Authority. In the emails, KB Authority says I need to open and inspect the box before I sign for the delivery from the shipping company. However, when I tried to do that, the delivery person said that they are only responsible for any exterior damage showing on the box and even if something is broken inside the box, that is KB Authority's responsibility. So they would not stay for me to unbox. I was only allowed to take a picture of the outside and then sign the delivery. There is a mismatch in what KB Authority indicates vs the policy from the shippers they use. This needs to be worked out and the communication to customers needs to adjust accordingly.

My order was placed twice, I was told the first order was cancelled and I didn't realize that they had a second order in system for same exact items. They didn't catch the error on their end but I was expected to pay for return shipping and restocking fee. I would not use again.

I placed two orders recently. I got several emails after the orders were placed. They require me to send over driver's license and credit card I used. Instead of sending the required docs, I called and spoke with a rep to verify my info. Two days later, I got a call from a rep wanting to verify my credential again saying they have encountered many scammers in the past. The notification says it takes 7-10 business days, but I received my 1st order in 4 weeks, 2nd order in 5 weeks.

One tissue holder is too large for the space I need to exchange, but I cannot do so. I have to call to explain the reason and got an email to fill a RMA form, scan and email back, waiting to receive an approved return email. I have to purchase the one I just want to exchange.

It's supposed to be a hassle free purchase, but I feel it has too much trouble trying to get the orders, from placing the orders, verifying all info, waiting to receive, return one item. It takes too much time and effort. I didn't get any discount because I was told accessories don't have discount. Why don't you tell me in the very beginning when I signed up?

I ordered an item and was told it would ship in about a week. But it didn't. And whenever I asked, they would tell me it was arriving "tomorrow" or "in the next few days" and then they'd ship it to me. This dragged on for a month. Reps on the phone were unapologetic and suggested I cancel the order if I'm not happy. Needless to say, I didn't want to cancel and start all over again somewhere else.

I ordered a toilet seat on May 2, 2019, that I was unable to find in any stores near me. However, after seeing that my item had not shipped in a weeks time, I contacted the company. They told me my item was on backorder and would not be in until the end of a May. Why are you not notifying your customers of backorders? I don’t think I have ever experienced a company that did not do that. That is the reason I can only give you three stars.

I spent over $200 on a garbage disposal air switch and button, and it was nothing like what it appeared to be in the images. They won't let me return it. It's been a month since I purchased this and I'm still going back and forth with customer service to try and return this completely unused, unopened item. This is a terrible return policy, and EVERY single competitor allows for returns for a full refund. I have no idea how they remain in business, and I will NEVER buy from KB Authority again.
