Wayne Judge went above and beyond to help when we recently had an issue with neighbours. The issue was solved less than 24 h after it was reported. I would highly recommend using Keatons.

Keatons managed to rent my property in Hackney to three tenants, reference and guarantor everyone and organise the check in and inventory, all in the opening stages of a global pandemic. Not a bad effort at all!

Stevie Knight was incredibly helpful with all of the back office efforts and absolutely saw this over the line. Thank you!

From the outset, Ross Fowler, the manager, was personable, knowledgeable and absolutely the right mix of professional and approachable. For sure we could not have achieved the great result we did without his ability to operate under the incredible circumstances! Went far beyond the exceptional level of service you would already expect from Keatons. Delighted customer.

Keatons have been managing the rental agreements, tenants and my property for over 15 years. I can honestly say that in all that time, I have been extremely satisfied with the service I've received. I entrusted the management to Hannah, Abhijit and all the team and they continue to confirm that I made the right decision all those years ago.

Seven years ago Keatons found a young couple to rent my Kentish Town, London flat. They are delightful tenants. A couple of weeks ago, the Head of Renewals, Abhijit emailed me to let me know that they wanted to renew the tenancy again. He emailed me on the weekend. Keatons have always been very good company to deal with, efficient and friendly but at this difficult time, I though the weekend email was over and above.

5/5 Stars for Keatons. The whole team has been incredibly helpful throughout my tenancy at one of their properties. Most notably, Hayley Kew helped incredibly throughout and after my tenancy. Since moving out of a previous Keatons property, I have moved into a new property letted by Keatons. Couldn't be happier with the service.

We rented a flat in Bermondsey through Keatons and we lived at the property over two years.
We were correctly lead through the negotiation and successfully concluded with the landlord, the documentation after that was all prepared correctly and without delay and mistakes. I put high value on error free and correct documentation which was the case.
Thereafter communication with Keatons or landlord was efficient and effective. No unnecessary delays or "hanging around" if an issue required more time - regular updates were provided.
Stevie Knight in particular was exceptional in this service and exceeded our expectations.
Unfortunately our bikes were stolen from the building but Keatons did what they could to raise the matter and see what could be done to help.
Processing of leaving the flat was also efficient and without delays.
Overall end-to-end service was great and the marketing of Keatons in general is spot on by placing the customer at the core of their business.
