They quote for 8 tonne truck with 3 men. I accepted the offer. Then before 3 day of the job, they changed the job with 2 men without having any discussion. I just accepted as I had no time to look for other option. On the day of the job 3 men appeared without any prior notice.

The job start time was from 7:00 am and they appeared around 7:10 am. They finished the job at 10:12 am and on the way to move stuff to new house, they stopped at a cafe and had breakfast. I have no issue for them having breakfast, but even though the actual job time was less than 3 hours, they still charged me for 3 and half hours.

They broke few stuff but when I sent email with all these details to them, they haven't replied me yet even after follow up emails.

The guys are too slow to do the job and they will make sure they charge for 3 hours at-least. I moved all cartoons myself and even after that with 3 men they took 3 hours to move stuff from Clayton to Bentleigh East (just 5kms)

Jenny & Kevin were great to deal with, inspected our current home and quoted the move. Also packed for us and were fantastic. Move had some difficulties but no ones fault and all dealt with well by Kevin and his team. Would happily use them again and recommend to anyone moving.

July 22nd 2019 Update: Excellent Service

This is my second move with Kevin and again the service was brilliant. Guys arrived on time to pack my house and brought everything they needed to do it. Would recommend them for any size move you need to do. I moved a 3 bedroom house and hour and a half away and was packed and moved in 2 days.

As discussed Kevin's men, Rob and Rob arrived at 8 am. Very punctual. They were very friendly and co-operative. They listened to our needs and did everything we asked of them without question. They asked where boxes and furniture were to go if the items were not labeled. We were downsizing from a 4 bedroom home to a 3 bedroom home and we were moving to our new home which is about 15 km away. Everything went really well they completed the move under the estimated time and so our cost was less than we expected. I would recommend Kevin to anyone.

From the day they came to quote to the day they delivered our furniture it has been great customer service and excellent workmanship. We had to change our removal date a couple of times due to builder issues with our new home and Kevin's were very understanding and accommodating each time. We moved from Frankston to Torquay and the fixed price they provided for the day's work was good value for money and worth every cent. I highly recommend using Kevin removals.

*Buyer Beware* - The 2 men from Kevin Removals were extremely slow, they arrived 20 minutes late and took longer than usual to reach the destination (They arrived 20 mins after us even though we both left the unit at the same time). They took their time to fold and pack away blankets instead of unloading in a timely manner. The time taken was added to our moving costs. The move from Balaclava to Essendon took 4.5 hours plus they charged an extra 1/2 hour for travel and $30 fuel. The move was from a 2 bedroom unit to a 3 bedroom house and it should have taken no more than 3.5 hours including travel time.

My husband also had to help with a lot of the lifting as well as they would have taken even longer to complete the job. Do not use this company.

We had used another company in 2012 who were very prompt and had to pick up and move items from 2 separate locations (Greensborough and Brunwick) before delivery to Balaclava. They had 2 men and it took them only 3.5 hours including travel time.

My move was such a good experience with these guys, my 3 bedroom home was moved in a 10 tonne truck almost a week ago, at first I was not sure what size we needed but Kevin removals done a home survey for me free of charge and gave me the best accurate quote for my move, I was very happy with the level of customer service, the guys that worked the job (Adrian & kieran) were extremely friendly and helpful! Very cost efficient and quote that was given met quality standards.

5 stars boys!!! I will for sure recommend your company to anyone who asks!

We were fortunate to have the 2 Robs co-ordinate our move on Tuesday. The boys turned up early, assessed the load & got packing straight away. Our goodies were packed with care & transported to our new home & unpacked quickly & efficiently. I loved the fact that the boys accommodated requests of where to put things rather than just dumping them all in one spot as some removalists do - the truck was clean & neat & Rob (green beanie) made sure to fold rugs as he went so that the work space in the truck was neat for both boys to work in as they went which I think is a sign of pride in there work! A very reasonable price for the work that the guys did. Thanks again guys for making a sometimes stressful experience as stress free as possible! :)

Moved from a 3 story 3 bed townhouse to a big 4 bedroom house quite a while away. They were in good spirits the entire time and the only thing with any damage was the fridge which acquired a few dents. Didn't have to lift a finger to help out. Would definitely hire them again.

Move was to a 5 bedroom house, 2 trips required with 3 men. Friendly service, some minor damages scrapes etc, but generally good. Finished on scheduled time.

We had to move a 4 bedroom house to another 4 bedroom. It was only 10 minutes away. Kevin Removals gave us an obligation free quote and suggested how long it may take. The removalists arrived early and were very pleasant and efficient. The job was completed very quickly and in the time that was estimated. I will contact Kevin Removals if we move again and would recommend them to anyone!

To Kevin, Jenny and team, this is the second time we have used your services. The boys are just great, so amiable and happy to help move things around after they put them in one place I then asked them to be moved. all the boxes in the right rooms, completely hassle free. They are professional and polite and work quickly and efficiently.

Our move was big (house) over a short distance (15 minute drive). We used 2 men who worked intensely the whole day! They were very careful with the furniture and made sure it was all placed correctly around the house.

I have compared among the removals and Kevin is the best because of the positive review on productreview website, very reasonable rate, 8T truck and 2 x crew. They arrived on time, do a quick survey then agreed on start time and immediately they start doing their job. Anthony and Rob are very courteous, efficient and very careful with their job, what an excellent crew. Overall we are very happy with their service and professionalism. Highly recommended.

We moved 2 x big Fridges, 1 x 2 seater sofa, 1 x ottoman, 2 x exercise machine, 1 x dining table (6 seater), 3 x queen mattress, 4 x small cabinet, 1 x coffee table, 1 x TV cabinet, 1 x queen bed head, 1 x trundle bed frame and 4 x bikes. All finished exactly in 2 hours from Narre Warren South (single storey) to Clyde North (double storey). Well done.

We moved from a 5 BR home to a 6BR home and booked two trucks with Kevin Removals. I ensured that they had insurance if any damage incurred during move and they even came to view the house and antiques. The dining table was damaged during the move - fresh scratches and gouges that the driver from the 2nd truck recognised and acknowledged. I was asked for a quote but when this was provided, they now refuse to pay.

We used Kevin's removals in November 2016 and their storage facilities. We then used them from storage to the new house in January. On both occasions the team were friendly, professional, polite and hard working. Slightly delayed in arriving to new accomodation but made up for this with prompt and speedy unpacking. Would recommend them highly and will use for future moves.
