I have used kidspass in the past so didn’t think to look at reviews when I subscribed to their £1 trial as it was easy to cancel. However this time they auto renewed even after I cancelled and charged £39.99! Pathetic- what a bunch of scam artists! Please do not subscribe. My account still shows active even though I have cancelled and have the reference to prove it!

Tried this last year and has very good discounts on adult and child tickets across a hold host of days out. I cancelled the trial last year, however have re-signed up this year for the full year for 2999 and think the app is much better now. Faster and easier to use.

I took out the £1 trial and cancelled within the month. I even checked the app when my month had expired and if said my account had been deactivated. I then noticed they'd taken the annual charge out of my account. I've emailed them and they've said I cant have a refund ???? it looks as though this is happening regularly, how can they get away with it??

Initially tried the trail for £1 which lasted 30 days. We cancelled during the 30 days which was easy enough to be honest. Just go to my account on the website and press cancel trial and you receive an email with a cancellation reference straight away. We ended up re-joining for the year (as you can only have 1 trial) as we saved so much at the cinemas over the trial we worked out we would easily save money and couldn’t bring myself to pay full price when I knew 40% discount off all the tickets was available with the app. We are heading for some of the big theme parks in the holidays which is where the big savings are to be had! – In summary much better than similar things on the market and would recommend to anyone with kids. Could be more restaurants though!

Got this app around 3 months ago, don’t usually write review but this is so good and I’ve used it so much I though I’d let others know. So far I’ve had loads of cinema visits, trampoline park with our 9 year old, theme parks and go karting and other days out with the fam. I’ve saved so much money, it’s great value. I’d recommend it for anyone who is always looking for something to do.... deals of the week have some absolute winners. Love it ☝️

Tried this on the “£1 for 30 days” to make sure our local cinemas were available and they had the big theme parks like Blackpool etc. They have absolutely everything you can think of, with better savings than I have found anywhere else. Continued after the trial and now pay £2.99 a month which I think is really good value considering what you save. Would recommend!

Didn't save any money any real money such a faff having to sort discounts - so didn't bother using for months then realise £29.99 has been taken out of my bank no email prior to this to ask if I wanted to sign up for another year, they won't give me any proof of an email either? Customer/accounts service is total rubbish. They won't reimburse me as apparently it's my fault? I've never known a company like this. Might be all good at the beginning but be warned they are money grabbers not money savers

I don't know what all these negative reviews are about? YOU GOT CHARGED BECUASE YOU FORGOT TO CANCEL YOUR £1 TRIAL?? That's the SAME with Netflix, Spotify, ANYTHING! So MAYBE look after your finances better and look when you need to cancel by! How is that the company's fault? It's yours 100% for forgetting to cancel!!! I LOVE Kids Pass and use it every weekend with the kids, it gives us so many amazing ideas on what to do and saves us SO much money on so many activities! What's not to love?

I saved £120 this year on cinema alone. Even tho it's called kids pass you can still buy just adult tickets. Have also used it for discounts on holidays, days out and food. It's worth the fee.

Incredibly limited deals, rubbish local offers, activities miles away that would cost a fortune to get to and an annual automatic renewal with no reminder, when they know that busy parents won't remember to cancel in time. When you ask politely if a refund is possible they refer you to their T&Cs and coldly decline. Awful customer service, disappointing response and zero savings to be had. Avoid signing up at all costs. They are cowboys...

The pass offers virtually nothing for kids over 12 but unfortunately I signed up for a £1 trial and expected an email reminder score they deducted the annual membership but they don’t tell you they just deduct it. If you complain they turn into ‘computer says no’ and despite offering their product entirely online suddenly will only deal with a complaint if its posted via snail mail and they repeat this to you on s loop if you push it with them - the approach is clearly intended to limit number of people who complain. Disgusting company operating in a very immoral way. Avoid at all costs. Think their trust pilot reviews just come from company employees as nowhere else shows such a positive picture. really disgusted.
