It took forever to get the product. They sent the wrong necklace and refused to replace it with the one I ordered. Customer service is very rude and condescending. Quality of jewelry is poor. I would never order anything from this company again. Lesson learned!

I am used to being patient with things taking a long time to be shipped. The ring I finally received was a totally different ring to the one I ordered. When I complained the response was you get what you paid for. If you want good quality you have to be prepared to pay. I had no issue with the quality. What I really wanted was what I ordered. I usually test a company before I spend a lot of money by buying something inexpensive first. This one really failed the test.

WHERE IS MY ORDER??? It has been 8 weeks!!! Nothing has even been shipped bc i have not received a tracking order!!! Its so frustrating bc I really like the jewelry itself (Ive previously ordered) but THIS TIME I HAVE FORGOTTEN EVEN WHAT I IRDERED!!! Its way way too oong! If it will even ever show up at this pount.

I am pleased with the quality and price,etc. Of my order but I received one of the wrong items. I ordered a rose gold necklace and received a silver one. I don't want to go through the trouble of sending it back, so your company receives a yes and no.

first off its 11/28 now, you sent me a notice that my product was on its way, I have yet to receive the product but you sent me a notice for a review. I had previously sent you 3 messages using your contact us not one word from you. And I have never heard of shipping costing you 19.97, the product was free the shipping was 19.97 there for I will never come back as long as your shipping is so much.

I bought two of the Austrian silver chains. Both of them broke already and I had them less than 2 weeks. All that happened was I lifted it up and there was a light tug to show someone the charms I put on them both. Very bad quality.
