I visited Laings in Cardiff on 22nd Aug together with the son of a friend for physical and moral support to purchase an IWC watch. We were welcomed and offered refreshment by Alastair Harris and a young lady colleague both of whom took considerable efforts to explain how to use and adjust the watches we were viewing and, having made my purchase, I felt completely confident in my choice of both watch and retailer.

I would like to thank Brian Nelson and his team for his help today, he went over and above to sort out the problems which involved him working past normal closing times. He negotiated between his internal team and myself to resolve the many issues that arose.
I look forward to receiving my watches and will not hesitate in using them again for my next purchase.

My wife and I have shopped at Laings in Edinburgh for many years due to the customer service and quality of products. Today was no exception when we purchased diamond stud earrings. Felicity Lynden's knowledge of diamonds and the product range was great but what stood out was how much she made the buying experience so enjoyable. A credit to the company. Thanks again Felicity.

I recently bought a Rolex watch from the Glasgow branch and received first class service and advice from two members of staff, Heather and Yang. They could not take my own watch in part exchange, but advised me of another shop that would pay cash which I duly did. Love my new watch. Would recommend this branch for service and polite,knowledgeable staff .David.

The service I have received from both Mark and Brian from the Edinburgh shop has been nothing short of exceptional. Even during this truly trying time’s they went above and beyond with me to get me my watch. I most certainly will be a customer for life.

My husband and I have been customers of Laings for four years now and I can honestly say they give the best customer service I have ever experienced. Claire and her staff are always very welcoming and it’s an absolute pleasure visiting. We are made to feel like part of the Laing family and having worked in retail most of my life, it is lovely to be on the receiving end. I can’t recommend Laings enough!

Recently received my wedding band back from the goldsmith after the in store designer Angela made my perfect wedding band a reality. I simply went in with a rough idea of what I wanted and Angela made it happen. From showing me the different precious metal options available, finishing techniques to get the final finish I wanted, to even ordering a selection of Sapphires to allow me to choose the perfect shade and brilliance. She really did go the extra mile to hep me feel 100% confident about the design. Once the initial design ideas were made, she then created a digital render of the ring which really brought it to life and if that wasn't enough she then created a wax mould of the ring to allow us to place the different Sapphires onto it to gain perspective of the stone size.

I honestly can't say enough about how helpful, supportive and creatively open she was during the process. If you are after a truly personal and unique piece of jewellery, she is the lady to see.

Thank you Angela, so, so much and thank you to the rest of the team who were very friendly and welcoming.

End of March spotted a Tudor Black Bay Steel pre owned at £700 under retail price.
Thought oh its probably a well used 2yr old watch.
Made contact with Laings and got an immediate response from Glasgow store manager Vivienne Shaw.. who informed me it was an ex display model only 2 months old.. RESULT!!
Paid deposit same day and the rest is history!
An absolute pleasure dealing with Viv very professional very prompt reply to all my questions.. of which there were many!
Got the watch yesterday and as promised it is as new.
Sent Special Delivery via Royal Mail with tracker number supplied promtly by Viv as promised.
Overall a superb experience and I would not hesitate to reccomend Viv and Laings to anyone looking for a luxury time piece.

I first contacted Laings through their website as I was looking for something in particular to buy for my first luxury timepiece. I promptly got a reply from Katie, store manager at the Cardiff store (as luck would have it, this is where I am based also). Katie was very helpful and her replies were quick. She was fantastic at staying in contact throughout the whole process and made things very easy for me. I received my watch today and I am blown away with it- couldn't be happier. I will definitely be recommending Laings, and Katie to any of my friends/family who want to buy anything jewellery/watch related. I look forward to popping into the store when the lockdown is over to say a proper thank you!

After spending many weeks searching for my perfect engagement ring we went into Laings Glasgow where the staff were amazing. We were looking for something quite specific. Vivienne spent time searching for rings for us and brought several other rings from other stores for us to look at. We always felt like this was a pleasure for them to do and in no way a hassle. Not only did they help find my gorgeous ring but also the wedding band to match when the time comes. Everyone was so friendly, nothing was ever a hassle and the communication was excellent. We will be back for those wedding bands soon. Thanks everyone!!

I experienced amazing customer service today in your Laing’s Glasgow Arcade branch from Laura Wallace. My friend and I were in making enquiries about a Rolex watch for a wedding gift. Laura took the time to get to know us and our reasons for buying. She showed us a huge variety of watches and answered all questioned in a professional manner. We really appreciated her personable approach.

Unfortunately we did not make a purchase as the items we wanted were not in stock but Laura kindly noted our details and offered to contact us if and when the items become available.

She is a real asset to your team and company!

I have recently become a customer of Laings over the last few months when I’ve purchased both a Tudor BB GMT and IWC Le Petit Prince.

The staff were wonderful and so friendly when they were explaining the process of sought after pieces (GMT) and assured me of when the watch came in, they’d be in contact straight away.

And then disaster struck.

I was involved in a motorcycle accident and to my delight and the promise of the company, the watch arrived whilst in hospital and was contacted immediately.

The store were so genuine when they were asking how I was in hospital and always looking after my best interest.

After I was discharged, I was greeted by the store manager Vivian,Grant and all the staff who were so kind and accommodating during the collection of my Tudor.

I’ve since been in to collect an IWC Le Petit Prince and I plan on using Laings for all future watch purchases.

I would like to especially thank Grant for all his hard work, his time he spent talking with me, being genuine and caring during the 6 week spell. Also his knowledge of the particular brands was second to none. Also to Louise as she was my first point of contact with Laings and who represents the company wonderfully and Vivian, the store manager for having such a wonderful team to deal with.

I can’t praise them all highly enough and would highly recommend people to visit any of the stores within the Argyle Arcade.
