Order this item for the second time 5/8 received tracking number 5/18. Started tracking item from usps site said it was received by united global development inc(shipper) as of 5/20 as of today item it still in transit with same shipper in the same place chino,ca today is 5/29. Called USPS was told anyone can make a label doesn't mean they physically have the package. Guess it's a waiting game. Gave them a second chance never again.

The ring was delivered as late as possible on the schedule so that you would have little luck sending it back in time to get a refund but since mine was "on sale" it was not eligible for refund. The ring looked gaudy and tacky not at all like the video on the add. The only reason I gave a 2 instead of a one was the nice packaging and the free gift which made my niece a nice trinket. I definitely wouldn't order from them again-

I ordered a ring March 21, 2020... Today is April 20... no ring!... I received a tracking number... but when I try to track order it comes back as " not found"... Emailed the company had to wait a week and a half for a reply... they are of no help.. I will contact PayPal for help.. Very disappointed!.. Ridiculous!

I order a ring set, it took over a month to come in. I ordered an 8.5 and then looked at their sizing chart and it recommended I order a 10.5. I emailed them and tell them I needed a 10.5 according to their sizing chart and now it's considered a "speciality ring". They won't return it for a full refund until I pay shipping back to Hong-Kong. Shipping costs are almost as much as I paid for the ring. I will never recommend them to anybody. No where on their website does it say they are out of Hong-Kong. Had I known that, I wouldn't have ordered from the beginning.

I received my ring after getting the run around that their system was down and my shipping email never went out. It finally arrived FROM CHINA and 2 STONES ARE MISSING!! I emailed them.and they said I have to pay to ship it across the world (I'm sure they wouldn't acknowledge they received it) or, get this..they would send me stones and I can pay to have them put in the ring. Hahhahah. WHAT!?!?! So I have a junk ring. Lesson learned.

I received my ring yesterday, it is absolutely beautiful and the sizing is perfect. The reason for such low stars is shipping time. I order the ring on March 21st 2020 and didn't receive until May 13th 2020. After several emails requesting tracking information. However ring is worth wait...

Ordered ring and took alot longer to arrive than expected. Once received the ring is too large, although I ordered my regular size. I had wanted an exchange, contacted customer service sent in photos of ring as per their policy and 4 emails later still no response. Will be disputing charges with credit card company if no reply in 24 hours. absolutely unacceptable

Horrific. Ordered mid Jan..Express shipping weeks later got refund told to rebuy. Re-ordered and yhats when they annul the discount and send you on a 2 month wild goose chase with dhl tracking numbers that dont work and FedEx numbers for delivery. Numerous "im sorry" reply emails containing nonsense. Then the excuse of our system is broken. Only given them a 1 star as theres no other option. 8weeks later still sitting waiting for the item. If they were honest i would be more forgiving but to keep advertising when they cant cope with what they have now is a joke

I ordered a ring for myself and was so pleased with it, I ordered three more; one birthstone ring each for my husband and kids. Absolutely amazing customer service at such a great price! I absolutely recommend this shop; you will not be disappointed!

I love my ring set!! It took about a month for it to get to me, and it looks so much more beautiful in real life. So many sparkles!! I got an engraving on it, and it's such a beautiful set. I would definitely recommend, I am just so happy with it! :) It also came with a cute little drawer for you to store your ring in.

Where to start. Ordered 1/12/20, paid the express shipping. 2.5 weeks ago the status changed to "ready to ship". When I emailed a week later I got a "we're on holiday" email. I'm not sure why they don't say this on the website to warn potential customers of lengthy shipping dates. After 2 more emails (delayed in response of course) I've requested a refund. I sent them an email stating they have till Monday to send me confirmation of refund or I'm going to my bank. This is ridiculous.

I ordered a few rings on 4/1/2020 and I never received an email stating any shipping/processing information. It is now 6/5/2020 and I have yet to receive my rings or an estimated date when I will get them. Singapore never went on quarantine during this time, so I'm not taking the pandemic as an excuse to fraud people. At this point, I reached out to paypal to get my money back! Beware of buying from this company.

So the jewellery looks amazing but once you receive it you can see the quality is not what's advertised. Their cx support is poor and they will offer you a discount off your next purchase. Do not replace or fix jewellery when it breaks - my ring stones fell off - and they do not uphold their advertised warranty.

Decided to purchase a birthday present for my wife. Should would continue to show me the ring I purchased. Now I wanted to give it to her March 16, 2029 but due to the Covid-19 the order was delayed. We on today March 31, 2020 the ring arrived and she is just elated. Thank you to the person that I corresponded wuth that was so helpful and thank you to Lajerrio for your fine quality of jewelry. I will be a returning customer again and will recommend thus very site to families and friends. Thanks again for I have a HAPPY WIFE and that means I have a HAPPY LIFE. Thankfully, Mr. Green

I would give them 0 stars if I could because that is what I have received 25 days after ordering a ring and paying $20 extra for expedited shipping. I have emailed and attempted to send messages via live chat and I have gotten no response. I am out $130 and have nothing to show for it other than my absolute frustration and distain for the company. I too will be reporting them to the BBB as well as discouraging anyone who will listen on Facebook from giving these people their money. They are crooks as far as I am concerned. There is no number to call and they DO NOT RESPOND to email inquiries.

For her birthday I did three stones, one for each of her children's birthstone. She was almost as excited about the beautiful note as she was the necklace itself.
