One great reason to join Cellar Circle is the 10% discount in Majestic. I hadn't used them for a while, and had forgotten how knowledgeable, interesting amd interested the staff are. i've bought some excellent, reasonably priced wines with complete confidence.

Been with L&W for a few years now and I have received excellent service from them. They contact me the right amount of time with offers that I would consider and if I don't want them there is no pressure. Nothing is too difficult and everything is very easy. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I have been a member of Cellar Circle for a year and have been extremely impressed by the quality and diversity of wine offered by Lay & Wheeler as well as the expert knowledge and efficiency of our Account Manager, Paula. She is always will to offer excellent advice and we have not failed to be impressed by the quality of all the wine we have tasted. We look forward to tasting more of the wine we have purchased when it matures.

I have been a client of Lay and Wheeler for over a year and have found that they offer a first class service, well priced wines and an excellent en primeur service. For more every day drinking the discount offered at Majestic Wines via the Cellar Circle card is invaluable. Highly recommended all round!

I sent in a review last year and received a rapid reply which stated my suggestion (about qualifying for discount at Majestic if you contribute less than £100 a month but had been a member of the Cellar Circle for many years) was being passed to the MD for consideration. I am still awaiting the result of this after a couple of months. Impressed with the first rapid response but not with the progress since.

Have been a Cellar Circle/Fine Wine Plan member for almost two and a half years. Throughout that time the service has been fantastic, they have managed to source specific wines for me and at favourable prices. I have particularly enjoyed the many tastings I have attended, it is just a shame they haven't been back to Oxford for a while.

The 10% discount at Majestic is a fab bonus!

I look forward to many more years of great service from all the friendly staff at L&W.

Placed an order on Friday evening and Monday morning they’re calling me to confirm and arrange delivery.
Given the situation going on with lockdown, very impressed with their customer service and Sam for being so helpful.
Got a feeling I’ll be using L&W a bit more and BBR or Corney & Barrow a little less.

A very fine company, the staff are always courteous, friendly... and generous (my cellar circle one year gift was better than I could have expected). I really appreciate the way you can withdraw mixed cases from your reserves at no cost, which seems an anomaly among UK fine wine merchants, and was a deal maker for me from the start. The broking system generally works very well and I have picked up some genuine bargains. Very pleased I chose them as my main / first choice wine merchant. (It would be good if you were able able to bid - and receive bids - against broking wines..and yes, their commission does appear to be on the high side, but doesn't distract from my overall assessment)
