It was not a big deal, I had a few questions about the product I had just received. I wrote to the client service representative and got a reply in less than half an hour. She gave me the info I needed and her English was really good. It is becoming a rarity these days in some companies. Good job.

I ordered one toy and got another. That really made me angry. I was looking forward to using it but I couldn't. LELO's customer service was OK. No time wasting and usual questions. The product I had ordered arrived ten days later. Good customer service, weird shipping mistake.

I was so happy, the product arrived, I was ready to use it. Then... the charger was not in the box. I was so angry and called customer service. I was ready to shout but they were really professional so I did not. 5 days later I had the charger in my hand. The girl's English could be better, but she was really professional.

I love LELO's products and I could not wait to the to open the one I had ordered. Opened the box and the color was wrong!!! It might not seem a big deal, but it was to me. Angry, I called their customer service, ready to teach them a lesson. I was out of line but the voice on the other side calmed me down. I could not believe they had sent me the color I did not want. Anyway, after a week, the right color was in the box, at my home. I was satisfied and that is what mattered.

I preordered LELO's F1s some ten months ago and I was waiting for a long time. Just when the product became available, I found that that shipping would take 14 additional days of waiting. I just could not take it any more and I contacted their customer service. I said I did not want to wait so long and the woman who responded said that it could be arranged, faster shipping, another carrier. The product was in my hands 7 days later. Two weeks was too much, one acceptable. Still not happy about the whole waiting thing but the customer service woman was polite, professional and I thank her.

It's almost been a month since I ordered my Lelo. I understand that during the covid-19 that there will be delays but come on. At least that is what their customer support is saying. They use two different shippers and I only have a tracking # for only one of the shippers. Why is that? I suggest people not order anything from lelo unless you don't mind waiting a month or longer for something you paid for.

I had some questions about a product and I asked their customer service. Sure, I had to wait for some 10ish minutes, but that is reasonable. It can be much worse. They were very knowledgeable and gave me straight answers that I needed. I ordered the product and received it as promised. Very satisfied.

I ordered a product and it was delivered on time but...it was not the colour I had ordered. I really wanted that colour so I contacted their client service. They responded by e-mail after one day, good English (really rare in my experience). The product arrived as promised. Unnecessary mistake but it is OK.

I spent one day trying to get in touch with them. I had a problem with one product and needed some advice. Once they responded, it was an easy ride. However, it took them one day to respond to a chat message. Maybe I should have used some other options, why the chat options is there and is supposed to be the fastest. The rest was OK.

A few months back I bought one of their products and there was something wrong with the battery. It really made me angry and I thought I had thrown away my money because customer service often means a lot of wasted time with few results. This time it was different. I did have to wait to get through, but the rest of the experience was good. I have a new product and I enjoy it.

Three years ago I had no clue this company existed. A friend started talking about how great their products were. I decided to try one and bought a few more. Top notch quality, pricey though... Excellent products. However, I did have a problem with one product. I received it, I opened the box and I could not find the registration card (warranty). I called their customer care service and the girl's English was not that great. Well, it happens with most companies today. Then I was put on hold and I hated that. However, the next person was very professional and fixed the problem. The card arrived within a few days. All in all, this customer care "problem" is nothing compared to the quality of their products. Nobody is perfect...

I am a fan of LELO products and I buy them from time to time. I am never disappointed, they deliver quality products. However, I had a problem a month ago. I received the product on time but somehow I did not get the charger. I used the charger of another LELO toy that I had so it was not a big deal but I wanted them to send me the charger I had paid for. I had to call and call and I got it 3 weeks later. 5 stars for the product, 2/3 stars for their customer service. I guess 4 stars is the objective rating.

I do not like dealing with any kind of customer service. It is usually time consuming and frustrating. With LELO I was pleasantly surprised. It was not perfect but it was pretty good. My toy stopped working after two months. I had no idea why and I contacted LELO. They gave me a few tips, I tried them all, the toy still did not work. A week later I got a new one and it's been working as advertised ever since.

I ordered a product and it just went to somebody else. I waited for five days. I called their client service and asked what was going. They checked and apologised right away. I could not blame them, we are in a situation never seen before. They fixed the mistake and the product was in my hands 6 days later. The explanation was that the delivery service was a third party. I said I did not mind as long as got my product within a reasonable amount of time.

I ordered a toy during lockdown and I received it really fast. However, the number for warranty registration, was not in the box. I was looking for it but I just could not find it. I contacted their customer service and I got a reply 15 minutes later. I got my number. Good job.

I had a problem with my LELO charger. It just stopped working. I contacted their customer care service without much hope. However, I was pleasantly surprised. The product was only two months old and they offered to send me a new charger. It took me a few calls to get through, but that is fine. I am using my toy with the new charger.

I had a problem with the charger of my toy. It just would not work. I tried everything, but it just did not work. The toy was new. I asked LELO what to do. They were nice and sent me a new charger. However, I did wait for almost two weeks to get it. They need to improve this segment of their business. As for the product, it is great.

I bought one of their toys I was really surprised. After two years it is still going strong. I do not have to recharge it often and the design is beautiful. Silicone is the key because it does not hold bacteria (it is much easier to clean this toy)...

I wanted to purchase my first adult toy so naturally I started doing research so I could find the best product for me and during that research the name Lelo came popping up with tremendous reviews so I decided to check them out more as they were my choice after gathering all my info. I must say seeing the products on other sites was impressive, but seeing the actual Lelo website is even more impressive as the site is well done, classy and easy to navigate. Youre never uncomfortable when you visit their site because the atmosphere is very professional, sophisticated and not at all boring which is an aspect I loved because buying your first adult toy can be a bit uncomfortable, at least for me. They have a wide array of products for everyone including singles, couples, men, training (to strengthen pelvic muscles), lubricants, etc. They prices go from reasonable to high as they have some super high end products, but they worth every penny and you will not be disappointed. I purchased two items from Lelo after reading the wealth of information they provided on their site. The buying process was quick and easy and my items arrived on time and in impeccable condition (it was also discreetly packaged as they said it would be). My purchase was even more beautiful in person (yes I said beautiful) and worked exactly as described. They advise you to register your products (which I did) when you receive them as they have a 1-Year Warranty & 10 Year Guarantee which covers you if you experience issues within 1-year of purchase, they will replace your product free of charge and if your product becomes faulty within 10-years, you will be entitled to 50% discount on www.lelo.com for the purchase of a new device. They also have a blog that so informative and well done you sometimes forget where you are because of the class and sophistication they exhibit across the board with everything they do, even their social media platforms is perfection. Lelo is the pinnacle of adult toys in my opinion and a damn good investment to your sexual health.

I contacted LELO's customer care because I did not receive the manual with the product. They told me I could download it from their website. However, if they say that there is a manual in the box, with the product, then it should be. Not a big problem, of course, but it is something I do not like. The product is really good but they need to fix some things.
