the dispatcher who handled the scheduling of our care service for my boss's guest was professional, attentive, knowledgeable, and very friendly. I loved the customer service your employee exhibited. She was very patient as I asked a million questions and covered the details more than four times. She smiled through that phone the entire time. You need to have her teach phone customer service. Tell her that I will use her car service for my boss's client's needs for now own just because she wowed me!!!

Service was great, our driver very friendly and kept usup to datewhen he was delayed by Manhattan road closures. Got us to the airport in plenty of time. We would definitely recommend him and the company.

Booking this service to give a wow factor to my husband on arriving to New York I was disappointed to begin with that I had to make several phone calls after landing, one to tell we landed, one to say at baggage and one to say we outside. Paying for a limo concierge service YOU should track a flight and be waiting to welcome us as guests from airport arrivals. When we eventually found our car, dirty, covered in road dirt, and having to wipe out hands from the dirt after leaning on the vehicle for a picture. Our driver was dressed in ragged jeans and loose jacket and did not in any way resemble a chauffeur but a non registered bogus taxi driver. Inside, the vehicle looked ready for the scrap yard. Fabric or "leather" was ripped and worn, the radio, lighting and other "features" didn't work, glasses were dirty and the water bottles sat in a compartment with stale water in the compartment bottom. The divide screen did not work nor did the windows. We had already booked a car for the return journey to the airport and thank god they send s standard car as this normal vehicle was far superior than our "Limousine" experience.

After a 24 hour flight driver called 40 minutes late and got an attitude. Left the airport and left me stranded. Never showed up with sign with my name. Office was rude and nasty. Use this service at ur own risk. I had to scramble for another ride after international flight

The car was 40 minutes late. Dispatcher twice said it was five minutes away and she'd call back. Both were lies. The driver apologized for being late but said he had spoken with the dispatcher telling her exactly how long he'd be but she chose the easy brush off to keep the customer on the hook. There were plenty of cabs and Ubers to replace Lincoln.

I've been using Lincoln Limousine for many years now. There prices are competitive and all inclusive. They are always on time, nice drivers and generally present themselves well. Once there was a major backup on the way to the airport and they called me to suggest I leave 30 minutes earlier than scheduled to ensure I made my flight. This was most appreciated! I would recommend Lincoln to anyone--and I do as I'm a meeting planner.

At JFK Airport I have waited for 15 minutes with my family. This was my second time and again Ihad waited for at least 15 minutes at JFK. But, thanks God they've showed up, at least!!!
For return to JFK, at my Hotel in Manhattan, I've called the company at least 5-6 times. The nice lady on the phone was very polite, however, she was probably lying. After 1 hour wait in the Lobby, our hotel staff called a cab and we caught our fly. Again thanks to God, they did not charged my CC.
So beware of them!!! I am done with this company

The driver picked me up from Newark airport about 35 min after my arrival! I don't pay this much money to stand on a curb in the freezing cold and wait for my car service. The car that arrived smelled like cigarettes so badly that I had to ride with the windows down. The car itself was broken in several places, and had stains on the floor, ceilings, and front seats. Not to mention the outside looked like it just drove through dirt. When I called to explain this to the manager he only reimbursed me $10. Worst car service I've ever taken.

The reservation process was very professional and when we arrived they were not there waiting and we ended up waiting 20 minutes, which was fine as it was a beautiful day. the driver was a lady who was dressed very casual with a football jersey on. The car was dirty and worn looking on the inside. there was a bag of rubbish in the back seat under my legs. the driver was on the phone for most of the journey into the city centre and was a very erratic driver to be polite about it! Not a nice experience and I would not use them again.

We didn't request inside terminal pickup, so our driver texted us his location for pickup at LGA. Our name was on the car, clearly visible. The driver jumped out and loaded our bags and we were off. Typical NYC traffic with accidents but our driver took all that into account and we were at our downtown hotel in under 45 minutes.
We used the service for our return. Know what. Same quality service.
Also, I had contact with the office staff, they were very pleasant, informative, handled all billing. They were just great and on point. Would we used them again and would we recommend them the answer to both us yes. If all their drivers are like the ones we had cant go wrong!

For the past 2 years my family and i have been visiting new york on a regular basis, every three months or so. We ALWAYS use Lincoln Limousine from and to the airport.
The service is absolutely fantastic!
Always on time. Always with a smile. The drivers are the best!
The wonderful girls at the office are the most efficient we have ever encountered. They will have the info you need about your flights before you do. They are always courteous and will find a solution for your needs.
The prices are a tiny bit higher than others but we would never consider another option it is worth every cent.
We whole heartedly recommend Lincoln Limo

I took Lincoln this morning to transfer from hotel to Laguardia. The driver was was on time and courteous. I use them whenever I go to New York because they are very dependable.

Booking was easy, they contacted me the day before to confirm, driver was on time and very courteous, company sent a beautiful stretch limo instead of a van, payment was easy. I can't say enough good things about this company.

After making a reservation, called and they said something happened with the car and a driver would come for another 30 minutes. After 45 minutes driver arrived. He said he hadn't looked at the address and asked us for for directions. Overall very stressful.
