I saw a doctor for a knee pain from running. The advice was to take ibuprofen and keep on running. This advise seems poor... to reduce inflammation, rest is better than Ibuprofen especially with Covid19.

Besides He advised to do some cooling exercises post running but refused to give me the details - asked me to look for it online. Overall experience felt unprofessional.

Deliver the results within 24 hours as promised, make sure the details to open the results are correct and don’t stonewall when the customer asks for clarification about whether the results mistakenly logged under someone else’s birthday are in fact theirs.

The receptionist was really discourteous - she rudely berated me from arriving late for my appointment. She asked me again for the information I had already provided online - she gave me no reason for me having to repeat this again. The overall experience with the receptionist was awful!

I have ordered a test kit on the 17th of April. They dispatched it on the 20th of April. It was meant to be a first class Royal Mail service. They told me the maximum delay would be 4 days. Here I am 12 days later, with still not product. I asked for a refund and they said they can’t refund because it’s been despatched and for health and safety reason. But I never received my product and it is their responsibility to ensure that I do. It’s absolutely ridiculous. I recently ordered something from Germany vis Royal Mail service and they delivered it within a week. Absolute ridiculous, the worst service I have experienced in a long long time. Holding onto my money whilst I receive no product. Nice one.

Had to travel to a LDC 45 minutes away due to only a few being open. They ran through a load of questions on the phone before booking me in. When I arrived, they said they couldn't do the procedure due to cover 19 restrictions. I saw the doctor for 5 minutes about Hayfever as I was there anyway and still got charged for the visit. Last time I visited I also got charged 3 times for the visit and it took numerous e-mails to get the refund for the 2 extra charges. Its great being able to book in and see a doctor, the doctors themselves are decent but

I’ve never used a private doctor before, but was really impressed by how friendly, fast and efficient the service was. I called in the morning and was given a same day appointment, which included the tests I needed. The doctor was friendly, provided a thorough examination and was able to get a second opinion very quickly from a specialist.

Hi - I visited London Doctor’s Clinic via a booking with vitality as I was experiencing acute itching throughout my body. It was diagnosed by the doctor as urticaria and prescribed up to 3 fexofenadines day with Bethnovate cream. Unfortunately the treatment didn’t work at all and after requesting a specialist from vitality, it turns out that I had a viral exanthem instead. I am quite disappointed by the diagnosis as if the doctor wasn’t sure / given the severity he should have recommended a skin specialist that very day. Instead this ended up delaying an effective treatment.

Booking was straightforward online and due to an emergency l couldn't make that day and l was rebooked the next day without any hesitation. The healthcare assistant was very helpful as well.

When I booked it on-line I choose what I wanted doing, but they didn't seem to know what I had booked in for, which was strange.I was only doing a blood test so booked in with the nurse, which was slightly cheaper, but on my arrival there was no nurse so I payed the full doctors fee. There seems to be a disconnect between their on-line booking system and the day to day running of the practise.

I booked for a Chinese visa physical exam. It consisted of a routine blood test for HIV and an EKG, which took 15 minutes. It also required a respiratory exam which they provided a referral to another office. Then I had to bring back the results from that office to the first in order for them to fill out the form. It's ridiculous for GBP 450 that they don't have routine service inhouse.

Very efficient, we had the Covid antibody test, so had blood taken ( painless) results in under 24 hours by email, all very easy .

The doctor I saw in London Bridge was very nice and helpful. The blood test I did came back very quickly. I would certainly go there again if I needed to.

I was seen at the clinic on 5/4/20 and had the vaccine for hay fever. Since then I have had no improvement and today, contacting the clinic again for a review, I was informed that I would have to pay £ 45 for this, and just over a week ago I paid £ 80 for the consultation and £ 40 for the vaccine and supplementary medication. . I imagine that I would be entitled to a free of charge review.
