Majority of balls were 2A quality when I ordered 5A mint. Feels like quality control has taken a back seat at lost golf balls. I’m guessing they got too busy, and now their staff is filled with non golfers that rush through their picking?

Lostgolfballs.com is a truly professional and responsive provider of first-rate golf balls! The ordering process is easy and efficient. The balls are just as they are advertised --- often even better! The price is right, for sure. I have compared new balls to these used golf balls, and consistently there is little or absolutely NO difference. Orders are processed quickly, and shipping is fast. In my opinion, this supplier is tops over all of them! Give them an order, and you'll keep coming back!

I have purchased used golf balls whole sale and this is the worst experience I have had. I received cut, discolored, old stock and ladies golf balls.
When I sent an email to customer service, I was asked to return the golf balls. Spending my time packaging and returning “PREMIUM GOLF BALLS”, is not what I wanted to do. What money I saved, I would have spent in my time, gas, and a trip to the post office. Amid this Covid virus I’m not taking frivolous trips anywhere.

I sent a picture of the old and discolored balls and could have supplied more pictures if need for proof. Replacement balls should have been sent. By the time I had

My order was delayed and I was not told why until I emailed customer service. When I finally did received the package it was half opened with the contents scattered in the box. Probably won't purchase again with you unless I am compensated for the trouble.

Been ordering from here for years but it seems their quality control is regressing, the last two orders have included golf balls that were not graded correctly, they seem to be one grade less than in the past, On this order I requested near mint quality and at least ten percent of the golf balls were NOT near mint but average , including scuffs and scratched covers. Im disappointed in the quality. I hate to imagine what the average grade is like now, come on guys clean up your act so I don't have to go somewhere else.

Had a 200 ball order of all different kinds of brands. Upon receiving, I noticed I was missing one 48 pack. The call to LGB was quick and efficient, and they did a great job resolving the issue. Have used LGB for 2 years now, plan on continuing.

9 of the 48 balls I received were destroyed beyond being able to play them. It would be one thing if there was big scuffs but these were holes through the shell. Only reason I am not giving one star is they are sending 9 replacement balls hopefully they will be in decent shape.

I would give them a rating of no stars if possible. The vast majority of my last Oder were the wrong golf balls. I requested an adjustment in the price I paid and was not satisfied with their response. I would never recommend this company to anyone.

Are usually buy five stars and those were for stars and I will never buy those four stars again Lotta balls were at a Lotta yellow from being in the water and only good for shag bag in the past I was very satisfied with the five stars one out of eight dozen they were probably at least 25 balls that were not very good will not do that purchasing

My Prov1 4A were nice and I was satisfied. My "mint/5a" Srixon we're pathetic range balls. They offered an inconvenient way to try to get a refund and I simply accepted that I had purchased range balls expecting brand new srixon as marketer. Will consider shopping there again but not sure if I can because "mint condition" shouldn't be some crappy range balls

They were out of the golf balls I ordered. I only found out after I emailed them to ask on the status of the order. Would have been nice to have been contact about it and not have to be the one to initiate contact...

The price is good. In the end you are still buying used golf balls and even when you are buying mint, there are still at least one if not several that have fairly significant scuffs on them. I was also disappointed to find several ball in mt order that were not the right model and in a few cases, not even the right brand.

I'll never buy golf balls anywhere else again. This is the best place to get balls. I've gotten the ProV1s, Nike mix bucket, and these are my favorite, the Srixon Z-stars. I once ordered a vice bucket mix and there was a mistake with my order or the supply for it so they offered me a bucket of the same quantity for any brand balls. That was above and beyond my expectations and I couldn't be happier with every bucket I've gotten.

Ordered over two weeks ago. A week later, no updated shipping information. Reached out to support, who assured me they would speak to their shipping department that day. It's been over a week now, with no response to my follow up email, and no updated shipping information. It's unfortunate, because I've used them before, and the last experience was a bit better. Here's to hoping they get it figured out

The site is a great place for used golf balls. I believe they are collected from certain high end courses - possibly lake balls. But I cant tell any difference. For the most part of 4 dozen you might have half a dozen or so slightly off the grading but for the price it can't be beat. The balls get shipped out within a day and you get a tracking number - very easy. Their customer service is also excellent - I had perhaps a mixup where I was sent AAA instead of 5A- and they sent me a dozen 5A as a replacement.
I use them side by side with new sleeves - when I feel likes I might lose one. Cant tell a difference! But they do have markings!

The order processed quickly, however once I was informed the order had shipped, it then sat at the warehouse for almost a week. Expected delivery day just kept getting pushed further back. When I contacted to see why, I was informed it was because a ball I ordered was backordered. This was not the information I was given when I was told the order was processed, and would be shipping that day.
Once I finally received the order, it was not correct. I ordered multiple styles for multiple friends, and not only do I have the hassle of dealing with them, but now I have the hassle of dealing with the company to get the order fixed.
Once I contacted to let them know my order was not completely correct, and that I wasn't happy with the service to this point, I sensed to sense of urgency to get the order replaced and completed.
I just today received an email stating the replacement order will ship.
This is about 3 weeks in to this process now at this point.

I've ordered from here multiple times, but this time around I feel completely dissatisfied.

Considering the dozen price of the used balls, plus the tax and the shipping cost I paid $60+ for two dozen balls. A little higher than I wanted to pay. I have a vendor here in DFW that sells mint ProV1s for $20 a dozen and I do not have any of those extra costs. In fact his balls seem to be in a little better condition.

The golf balls are exactly like described. I ordered 2 dozen and they were all mint 5a. The order took a little bit to arrive due to covid but customer service answered my questions within a day and were excellent to work with.

Ordered 6 dozen 4A Bridgestone E6. They came in and looked to be nothing but balls that hit a cart path. Several looked like they had super glue on the cover of the ball. Another bad black tar on it. I won’t buy from here again because their grading system does not fit the mold on their site. That’s what i get for hunting a deal in balls.

Mostly a good experience with fast shipping.

Negative - of the 7 dozen golf balls only 5 dozen were mint, 2 dozen had scuffs and lots of ink.

At least one dozen was Pro-V1X when the order was for all Pro-V.
