Iv been a customer of Luxy Hair extentions for years. It’s always my go to place to put a little “boom” in my look. This time i decided to go with the 16” extentions. Normally I’d go with the longer but i always found myself at the salon having my stylist cut them down for me to blend them to my actual hair. I was so nervous i wouldn’t like the 16” BUT MY GOSH! Just what i needed. It gives me a longer look with so much volume! & it blends perfectly with my hair! I won’t need to bring things to the salon. This is exactly what i needed! I ordered the 16” seamless Bronde Balayage 140G. Perfect color for my hair. I am so happy with my purchase!

Although I did not receive my package because it got stollen, their customer service has been amazing. They helped a lot and although I had to file a police report (which I understand 100% because they don’t want to be scammed) they solved any of my problems right away. My friend has Luxy extensions and for quality, I can say they’re amazing. That’s why I ordered them because I saw how natural they looked. I definitely hope to try them soon!

When I received my extensions I was so excited it was my first time purchasing Luxy Hair extensions I ordered 20” inch seamless (off black balayage) when I opened the box hair felt so soft I put them on and they blend so well with my natural hair. Definitely recommend buying Luxy Hair!!

Beautiful hair ! I loved my extensions when I first got them! Unfortunately after about 2 months I went it salt water and it ruined them .. so they didn’t very long for me but when I first got them they were super soft and thick, and a perfect match :) I would purchase again.

The color is so spot on to the pictures on the website! I like how soft the hair is too. I was just extremely disappointed that it came in and the round box was completely damaged.

I ordered the 20" seamless chocolate brown Balayage clip-ins. You stated that I ordered the "Carrier and Deluxe styler Bundle", I don't even know what that is? In any case I did not receive What I ordered. How can you make this right? Not only that I clicked on the payment plan and yet you with drew the entire amount from my account. Please make this right, no where did I click on the "Carrier and Deluxe styler Bundle". I have a Facebook account and i saw many negative reviews.
I just looked up your "Carrier and Deluxe styler Bundle," and that is not what my package looks like! It's a sleeve, with snaps on each end to remove the hair, and a box of false eyelashes. I am very disappointed! I never order on line but with the lock downs of the establishment where I buy my Remy clip in extensions, I trusted you with my order. Not only did I not get the color I ordered (20" Seamless Chocolate brown Balayage clip ins) but you also took full payment without my consent!!!!
Please make this right, then in this mornings reply from you, you stated, that I cannot return my hair, final sale. That is wrong, you took $260 something and an extra $54.00, that is over $300.00 on hair that I cannot wear. I WANT MY MONEY BACK AND YOU CAN HAVE YOUR HAIR BACK!!!!!!

there’s a piece of yarn attached in two of my wefts and also two defective clips that do not work at all. so much hair has fallen out already.

The clip bangs not well done, meaning the the cap part around the edges need more hair so when placing the cap over your head it wont be so visible that the bangs are faux. Although the quality of the hair is very nice..

AMAZING!!!! the best hair extensions you can buy ! SUPER thick and they make me feel so confident :) will be buying again ! Would recommend you won’t regret it !

So worth the money! I have very thin straight hair, that goes a little below my shoulders and i got the halo set which worked perfect for me. The color matched exactly right as well! It was a little trickier than I thought to put in, but once I watched the video I understood better, so I’d recommend watching that. So SO worth the money tho!

I got the Dark ash brown bayalage (halo) 120” 180 g and absolutely love it! Also purchased the trio bundle.

As soon as I put these on I was about to cry. I’ve had tape ins and spent almost two thousand dollars on 16 inch hair that damaged my natural hair so badly and wasn’t nearly as thick. THESE ARE INCREDIBLE. I was worried they wouldn’t be thick, but they’re perfect, feel great, and they look great. Seriously don’t hesitate on buying these, I wish I did sooner!

Absolutely, life changing! I had very short hair since I had it buzzed off on the sides... in the process of growing back has been difficult to keep it even. I purchased the 240g set and I couldn’t be happier. You can’t even tell how short my real hair is, blends in just like real layers!!
I would highly recommend the Brazilian Bond Builder Extension Care, Shampoo and Conditioner for these also, if you're looking to know how to wash them!

i’m not one to write reviews. but i truly just need to share. when i was a senior in high school, i got my hair done a week before prom. i went to a stylist and asked for a balayage that blended into my natural color. the stylist took my virgin hair to a level 10 in one treatment. it destroyed my hair within 3 months i lost about 10 inches of hair from damage. i was so distraught. i found a great girl who did beaded wefts. it cost $1200 for the hair and first install. i had them moved up once and it was $700. i couldn’t keep up with the cost. i switched to tape ins and i had them for about 2 years. i LOVED them. $700 for new hair and first install, $300 each time they needed to be moved up. the tapes would show so horribly when they grew out and it was becoming expensive. i removed them and did EXTENSIVE research on halos and clip ins. i found luxy hair via instagram and found that they are one of, maybe even the only extension company that has the same quality remy hair as my tape ins did. i found these were the best quality of any other brand. i ordered the 20” seamless volumizer bundle and paid what i would every 6 weeks with tapes. they came and i was shocked. they matched perfectly. they are soft, long and so perfect. they do not show at all. i can install them perfectly within 5-10 minutes. my own DAD even said that these clip ins look so much better than any other hair i’ve ever had. if you’re on this site like i was, researching what brand to choose, choose Luxy. i’m serious. if changed my whole life. i can wear my extensions whenever i want and can enjoy sleeping without tapes in. they are worth every penny and truthfully, they’re very reasonably priced for what you get. i am so beyond impressed. i have been over the moon happy and confident and i really encourage you to purchase these!!!!!

I’m Asian with straight, black hair cut to collarbone length blunt lob. I have thin hair but quite a lot of it. This is my first time purchasing hair extensions ever and decided to go with Luxy off-black 20” 220g. Shipping was really fast. The box came with a sample weft to color match my hair; off-black was perfect because of the warm undertone. Out of the box, the extensions feel heavy but a little thin. They come pre-styled with the signature Luxy curls, very soft and silky. I read on Reddit someone washed their extensions right out of the box to help with the thinness. For anyone who thinks the extensions lack volume out of the box, try washing it first with sulfate-free and alcohol-free shampoo! It really does expand and provide more volume. I will say after I washed my extensions, I was surprised the hair was drying into what looked like 2b type hair, but pretty unruly - very different from what it looked and felt like pre-wash. I had to blow dry it with a round brush and straighten it to get it smooth again. Still, I’m very happy with it! Even while washing and styling, I didn’t find any excessive shedding. I find it blends really, really well if you style the extensions while it’s installed to your natural hair. Trying the hair right out of the box without any styling to your own hair will likely disappoint you. The extensions are undetectable if blended correctly!

Get ready for customs charges if you live outside of the US. After a month of waiting for my order I got a message today that I need to pay nearly £70 (about $100) in customs charges to get it. I’ve paid but I’m really disappointed that Luxy have not made me aware of the potential charges when I was shopping.. at least as an FYI or an estimate. This lack of transparency is really off-putting and make the purchase not worthwhile for me in terms of price/quality ratio. If the colour doesn’t suit me or I don’t like the quality I won’t be able to replace it or ship it back :(

I saw an ad for Luxy on Instagram. I had never worn extensions before but if you ever want to truly feel glamours it should be your wedding day. The ordering process was so easy and straight forward. Any way they are so easy to clip in and comfortable. The extensions are shiny and so soft. My hair stylist after working with them decided to jump ship from her old brand. If you need hair extensions this is the brand for you. Total side note their packaging is really nice.
