Ordered a "made of rose bear"on Feb 5th for Valentines day,never showed up for Valentines day created a war with my wife received a tracking code on Feb 18th had already disputed the order on feb 16th spent almost 82 dollars for this product.the bear showed up on Feb 20th was prob a 2 or 3 dollar carnival stuffed animal was an piece of garbage.The ad is misleading and the product is garbage don't waste your time or money beware of scammers

I purchase the Bear with the deluxe gift box and you guys sent me the Bear without the deluxe gift box. This is the second Bear I buy because the first one you told me I chose the Bear without the deluxe gift box. So I went and purchase a second Bear from you guys, but this time I made sure I selected the Bear with the deluxe gift box, but you guys still sent me the Bear without the deluxe gift box. Please send me the deluxe gift box. These people from Madeofrose will rip you off. Don’t buy from them

Thieves. Absolute thieves. I ordered $275 worth of product and NONE of it arrived. Contacted there support email (useless) and they notified me to “check with local post office”. We have been emailing back-and-forth for about two weeks now, they have provided me with no solution other than to keep checking the local post office. Absolute scam. I would never recommend anybody to do business with these people.

Arrived all in one piece and my partner absolutely loved it. The only small bummer is that it did not come with the personalization I requested. But the item itself is perfect and I will definitely visit this shop again in the future. I saw some bad reviews about this company, but for me this Madeofrose is the best. Thank you very much.

I bought it for my mothers birthday and she was very happy to get it as a gift.This Red Silk Rose LED lamp looks stylish and interesting in a living room,beautiful accessory .I am satisfied with purchase because its made nicely,tidy,the lamp is quite big size,easy to use and also, I like that it can be redecorated,just open lid and put something you want.Great,good as a present. Definitely will buy more gifts from this place. Recommend 100%.

Update: The package took 18 days to reach me. It shipped from china. Didn't come with a giftbox as shown, so charged extra for nothing. Flower looked okay 7/10. Not as healthy as you would expect for $90.

If you are reading this, I hope it's not too late. DO NOT ORDER from 'made of rose'. They misrepresent themselves and steal from those of us who mistakenly order from them in the first place. Their 5-star reviews are FAKE. They posted the EXACT same one twice on the same day from 2 different FAKE people. Here's the letter I emailed them today. I am reporting them to the Better Business Bureau and a bunch of other consumer protection companies.
"I am writing to inform you that I have filed for a refund from my bank since you are not giving it to me as I have asked. Your company is illegitimate, unprofessional, and dishonest. I wish I never ordered anything from your fraudulent website. You say you will not give me a refund unless I send the product back but you do not provide me with a shipping label or a return address. After I asked where to send it to, you provide me with an incomplete address, no instructions, and no shipping label. I am not idiotic enough to spend my own money on shipping back a damaged product to Lithuania in order to get a refund. That is illogical. It is an unreasonable request from any company to ask of an unsatisfied customer. Your dishonesty is turning a BIG profit. Essentially, you are stealing money through your false advertising and horrible customer service. I do not know how you can sleep at night. What you do to others will come back to you many times over. You are making many people unhappy and this will come back to you. You will get what you give. Your company is spreading resentfulness, unhappiness, anger, and frustration. My advice is, shut down your fake company now and stop causing people more harm for the sake of a profit."

This company is the worst company to order anything. Do not order from them. I order a Rose Bear on April 23rd with guarantee delivery by Mother's Day. As of June 12th, my product hasn't arrived yet. I called the company and they can't do anything since product suppose to be out for delivery.

Horrible company DO NOT ORDER FROM. I paid for expedited shipping and came weeks late. It didn’t even come in a box and the bear was damaged when it arrived. It is made out of foam and looks very cheap. The box pictured in the photos is one that you have to put together yourself. The box was also damaged when it arrived. Terribly disappointed in this company and will never recommend it to anyone.

I love the colors and the way the item feels and the overall look. It’s a great gift for a loved one! I opened it up to test it out before I gift it to my girlfriend and my friends all say it’s gorgeous! Definitely will order and rose bear. Thank you team!

This company is the worst and full of Shiii. I place a order a week before Mothers Day of 2021. I have not receive my order yet. I contacted these people on 4-5 different occasions. I even request a refund and was told I need to send the order back. How the the hell can I send something back I never received. This is order coming way from China by boat, then by plane and last by truck delivery. These people said shipping is impacted by the Pandemic!! It still don’t take that long to receive a order. I track this order every week and now there is no tracking available.... WTFF!!! Shame on me!! I should of read the reviews before I ordered from this company. Nothing but bad reviews and these people are robbing their customer.

IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS I WOULD. ORDERED MAY 8th and ITS JUNE 8th and still have not received. Requested refund and said they could not honor a refund bc it has to be done within 24 hours of order... NO REFUND FOR AN ORDER THAT WAS NEVER RECEIVED. These good reviews are fake!! I wish I could give these dirty Mother Suckers a negative 0. I order 2 sets of bears on April 17, here it is June. I have not received anything. I asked for a refund and these dirty ass holes talking about I can only get a refund if I returned the bears back to them. My question to them was how can I returned something that I never received? This sight is full of BS. I will never ever order from this sight again. I will continue to inform people not to purchase anything from here. SCAM! SCAM! SCAM!

Got this for someone for Birthday , but I'm going to order a couple more because they make a beautiful gift and I will also be needing one myself. It is packaged so carefully, it worked well (beautifully vibrant) and the box is lovely. Madeofrose you are amazing!

Ordered two, one for my mother and one for my mother in law. Both came in perfect condition, no damages to bear or box! Shipping can be faster, because it took about 2 weeks to get my items, but thank you Madeofrose anyways.

If they would have had a banner on their site saying that it may take TIME for your order to arrive, I may not have had a problem... I ordered two rose bears, one each for two different females, for Mothers Day on May 5th.. I also paid for two day shipping.. It is now June 2nd and nothing.. I see by the tracking app, in inbound flight got into Singapore on May 17th and thats where they are at now.. I emailed them with my order number this past thur and they replied from what they see the orders are in "YOUR" country and should be delivered soon.. That was on sat.. As of today tracking says they are still in Singapore.. I admit, I didn't do my homework and check this place out but from the reviews I see and the bad experience I am dealing with, this dam well will the first and last time I use the POS company.. Lying, cheating scam artist.. From what I see in the reviews, I will want to hide my head in shame if they ever do show up..


(UPDATE)...ONE of the two FINALLY showed up this afternoon(June 16th).. No box.. And the roses are rubber.. As far as I can see, the other one is California customs... still no ETA on when delivery

This is a total scam. to wait almost a month for an order and upon receipt the packaging was half-ass just thrown together, Secondly, once fully unwrapping the flowers are NOT EVEN REAL. they are of a Styrofoam type material. on top of the flowers not being real some of them are failing off. Bad smell coming from the product as well. I am so dissatisfied. These were a Mother's Day Gift that didn't get delivered until 6/1/2021 almost a month later. I expected so much more and what I got is truly garbage. The moment is ruined and there is no fixing it. I could cry with how unhappy i am
