I placed my order shortly before the Covid 19 lockdown came into being and had pretty much forgotten about it when the windows arrived. They were really quick and easy to install and we noticed an immediate difference in the sound and heat insulation so very impressed all round. Great service in a very difficult time.

Arrived well within the 10 days promised. The website clear, instructions clear and useful. However, the packaging was too flimsy to protect the sheets. One of the corners of the acrylic sheet was cracked. As it was 2 or 3 weeks before we were able to unpack the sheet, and we did not notice the crack until we removed the protective sheet after mounting, we could no send this back.

We first purchased Magneglaze secondary glazing seven or eight years ago and found the service excellent on that occasion. The occasion to which this feedback relates involved a purchase on a much smaller scale, but we received the same level of service and advice. No difficulty was made of delivering to the north of Scotland, which is often not the case.

very speedy service, needed a replacement as one window was delivered with a crack, came within 2 days.

Excellent product, used for two winters now, fits accurately and doesn't slip. May need to get more for other windows, we've been so impressed

I bought and installed several years ago because I have a 22 window oriel bay and didn't want to replace with double glazing. I installed easily and it has made a great difference to heat loss and is not really noticeable. Rather than take it down in the summer as heat builds up between the windows I slide them down so there is a little gap at the top and bottom. This allows natural ventilation saves storing them elsewhere. S good buy and much cheaper than double glazing.

I have had three or four orders from Magneglaze and all have been delivered quickly and accurately. One order which was broken in transit was replaced quickly and without quibble.
Almost all the windows in my draughty old house now have Magneglaze secondary glazing and it is noticeably warmer.
It would be useful to have an option to purchase, at the time of buying, a simple storage bag to protect the Magneglaze panels when they are removed for the summer.

We have a leaded window which offers little insulation so I was looking for a simple and temporary secondary glazing system for Autumn/Winter/early Spring. I liked the idea of using a smaller UK company, the founder of which effectively developed the technology. Ordering was fine and the sales team called to ensure the size. Fitting was easy. The brown magnetic strips were easy to apply and fit well on an old Oak frame and the the glazing itself is excellent, really clear and virtually unnoticeable, probably due to the gauge which is substantial. In fact we left the pane in place all year as it has effectively become invisible. Great product and great team supporting it. Can't recommend highly enough.
