Wish I could give them 0 stars. Still awaiting the product they’ve apparently sent me and there’s no way of getting in touch to sort anything out. I stupidly didn’t read this companies reviews before I gave them my money, I just hope this prevents anyone else wasting theirs on this scam. They provided PayPal with a shipping tracking apparently which means no money back. Strange when I have zero problem with any other mail arriving at my address. Really don’t know how they’re still trading??

Do not buy from this trader, it is a scam.Ordered an item which was advertised through Facebook. Never came, tried to contact the company - always suspicious when they don't give out a telephone number. Despite repeated attempts to send email complaint it bounced back undelivered. I have lost my money

Product was absolute rubbish, terrible quality, totally random sizing and wasn’t even cheap so I was really surprised and disappointed! I have been told to send product back to China at my own expense to receive a refund, which to be totally honest, I don’t feel 100% sure I’ll get. Awful products and shifty customer service. It’s Poundland quality at 30 times the price.

Product came nothing like it was advertised and sizing shocking, I sent back at my expense. Nearly three weeks waiting on a refund emails keep bouncing back no other way of contacting them. Would definitely NOT RECOMMEND ? !!

Product ordered did not arrive just accessories which are useless impossible to contact and have sent 3 emails asking how to return and get a refund reckon I've lost my money. Since read reviews and realise it's a scam site.

Bought a pair of hummingbird pull through earrings,the ear part is missing and you can't balance them.Pure product misrepresentation.There wasn't even a place for the ear sleeper on the chain.Dont buy them.

Several weeks after ordering two toilet brushes they arrived, nicely packed much as I was expecting, but when I looked at the bottom of the container holding the brushes I realised that it was open, ie their was no bottom, so the brushes will drain straight into the floor.

Extremely slow service, nearly stopped. Product not as described extremely poor, not as in promotion video so very disappointed No phone number available to contact so why mention it in the review details Email not even read properly, I asked about canceling and received a reply stating ‘apologies for receiving a damaged order’ Extremely slow service and disappointing would not buy again

When I contacted their customer via the email address on their website it bounce back as unrecognised. Unable to contact them so I went by the root of PayPal dispute. 10 days later and 9 'communications' later still no resolution but PayPal have now escalated it up there chain. This so-called company is also trading under the name of Lakeside Inc. be very careful I have not received the goods or a refund. Hopefully PayPal will come through ..

I bought what I thought was a Hirundu Electric cleaning brush but they sent me replacement heads and are refusing to send me the proper product. The advert clearly shows someone using the product and when you click to buy you click purchase. The receipt email shows the full product but I received replacement heads. They default their site so you purchase the cheaper product without realising it, thinking you have purchased the full product. Customer services then tells you they will not take it back but you can purchase full product for 3 time the original cost. SCAMMERS DON’T PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM.

My order was placed for almost 2 weeks without NO update of preparation , dispatched or delivery. I've email them and still no response and my email is diverted to automatic response. POOR communication. Doesn't have number to call either.

have been waiting for 4 weeks to get hair trimmers still havent received them even though they have told me that I should get them in 1-3 days still waiting. When you go and try and contact them the email keeps bouncing back. What company is this absolutely shocking do not buy from them. I wouldnt give them a 1 star as they are a sham. Wish I had read the reviews before buying.
