Kristy does an awesome job - she's attentive and thorough and takes plenty of initiative with the detail. The house was spotless. Thank you so much for another terrific job, especially working around a dog and two children!

I read several reviews before booking MaidtoClean and now believe they have been made up based upon my very poor experience. For a small two hour job, the young (sweet south american) girl arrived 20 minutes late. I suggest that she has never cleaned a house ( only two rooms) before because the job was so poorly done. Not even the vacuuming of the terrazzo floor was done well, and there was no sign of mopping which I asked her to do specifically. I cannot understand what she actually did for the 1 hr and 40 minutes as there was little sign that the area was touched. I contacted the company immediately and sent about 10 photos. The customer service person agreed that the clean was totally inadequate, but never the less charged me with a minor discount. So what happened to the promise of "100% satisfaction"? - maybe they 'forgot'?

I booked a spring clean plus window cleaning which equates to $288 for 3Br house. Two young cleaners as previous poster stated - 3hrs. Lovely girls but cleaning was not up to what was promised. So many things were missed/not done including windowsill/a few of the windows/ skirting boards/ toilet. The only windows that was done was master bedroom and the kitchen, not the rest of the house.

It took two weeks to hear back after a phone call, Sms plus two emails. Fair enough seeing as we are going through current pandemic. They charged me $218 instead (removed the “spring clean” but still had to pay for “window cleaning”). Still a lot of money if I have to go do the cleaning again afterwards.

I was hoping it could turn into a regular cleaning job but won’t be booking again. Too ticked off to post any more pictures to be honest.

I have used Angela & Sebastian’s services from their first day with Maid to Clean.
I find them reliable, thorough, efficient & friendly.
The corners cut when I clean myself are covered, & my apartment doesn’t just look clean, it IS clean.
A job exceeding just well done.

Our cleaners, Irma and Liceth did a fantastic job cleaning our 4 bed rooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 living areas and kitchen. Vacuuming, mopping & dusting were thorough and surfaces were spotless. They even surprised us by cleaning around our fish tank. Irma and Liceth were friendly, efficient and professional. We would certainly have them back and would highly recommend!

We have now used Maid to Clean twice and both times the service has been good. The cleaners this time were prompt and friendly. They performed a very thorough clean, and were still suprisingly fast. Another bonus is that they respected social distancing.

A very big thank you to Adriana and Daniel who have been looking after my apartment since last December when I moved to Melbourne.
Starting every fortnight they now clean every week.
Love coming home to my clean apartment knowing Adriana and Daniel really care for my place.

I've never hired a cleaner before but with a toddler at home, and being 8 months pregnant I really needed the help.
Katherine and Camila did a wonderful job on all the things that I needed but also did quite a few little things (like the inside of the microwave) I would rarely do myself which was so nice.

I recently booked a cleaner on line with this company. I new nothing about the company but there attractive easy to use web site and good revues helped me decide to give them a go. We've now had two fortnightly cleans and have found the service from our allotted cleaner, Victor very good and the booking procedure and reminders have been efficient.

I am very particular about the cleanliness of my home (I have OCD) and with 2 young boys I never thought I’d be able to have my dream job whilst maintaining everything else. I gave Maid to Clean a chance (after numerous other cleaners) and have never been happier!!

I've used Maid to Clean 3 times now, and have setup a fortnightly clean. Johan has been fantastic. My house is always left sparkling and I couldn't be happier. The admin team are always very responsive and helpful should I need to reschedule or have any issues.

My house is three bedrooms and two stories of actual cleaning, and our regular team is Eliana and Levis. Sometimes I'm home when they come through, and sometimes they use the key outside. They are always professional and courteous, and they always do an amazing job. We have been so impressed by their service we book them on a regular basis - fortnightly - and I haven't been disappointed yet. They also work fantastically around our very old, very grumpy cat.

The team at the office is also fast and polite, and I love that they text questions/problems through rather than calling me on the regular. The website for updating or changing books is possibly my least favourite part of my experience as a customer. It's not terrible but it is clunky, and I often find it difficult to find when I want to change my booking. Payment is simple - it is charged the day after our service to a credit card on file - and the rest of the process is simple.

As mentioned, Eliana and Levis are our regular team of cleaners, and they're fast, efficient, professional, and do excellent work. We've also had replacement cleaning teams come through, and Hardick, Maddi and Val, Zeida and Dorin, and Christina and Ana have all done as much of an excellent job when I've needed to change times but Eliana and Levis weren't available at the time.

I recommend Maid to Clean to friends and family looking for a reliable service, either one offs or ongoing.
